    The last day to submit stories is Sunday. I go by GMT -8, but I won't be so technical. If you submit your story an hour or two late, I'll let it slide, but I won't allow stories that were posted five or six hours after the deadline.

    You can still edit your story as you please. Your story is added, by the way. ^^

    Hey Kat! (I know, crepy me stalking you and your fun story competitions that I can't enter [-sadface-], but I'd love to still paticipate.) To sum this all up I want to vote (which I will fo shonizzle), but do voters get money like other competitions? (gawrsh I sure hope I didn't miss anything in the rules, and/or hope no one's talked about this yet since I just skipped to the very last instead of reading everything :'x )

    Stalker! *points* And yeah, I did mention payment at the end of the first page. Yep, voters get paid, the amount of money depending on the length of the stories, the longer the stories, the more money you receive. :3

    I finished revising my story, and just by the end of the deadline. I hope everyone who wanted to write a story did and entered it, or will have it in by today. And I wish you all luck when it comes to voting time =)

    I'm just going to quickly drop in to say good luck to all of the users who submitted an entry. Rest assured, once my exams are over with, I will take the time to read all of your stories, perhaps Grade a few of them, and vote accordingly.

    Oh, and to anyone who may be wondering (all of one person, maybe xD ), I'm not submitting an entry to this contest. There are several reasons (read: excuses) for this, so I'll give you the three that I feel are the most adequate.

    Since I don't consider myself to be an "inexperienced writer", I feel that this would be a great opportunity to give everyone else a chance to shine here. While anything can happen in the voting, I think that the only way to avoid potentially stealing any of this great opportunity away from someone more deserving than myself is to stay out of it completely. That's just how my conscience works against me most of the time. ^^;

    That, and when I re-read my unfinished NWC entry earlier today, it was quickly approaching 50K characters, I still had a lot of plot to finish up with, and I kind of hated the story's guts. It looked good in theory, but it didn't look good in execution, so I decided to kill it off.

    And the third excuse? Real life. That is all.

    Ah, well. There will be other competitions.

    Again, good luck to everyone that entered, and I look forward to reading your stories!
