    If the story is graded during any point in the competition, the newbie entry you enter will be disqualified. However, you can always put "DO NOT GRADE" on your already-submitted story and then allow a grader to grade it after the competition is over.

    And man, George has made himself quite a few enemies. :p

    I've decided that I'm more than likely going to bow out of this one. Sure, it's a great opportunity to win some cool prizes, and I've got nothing to lose by entering, but...hmm...how can I put this without making it sound like gloating...

    ...Well, in any case, I know that I'm a good enough writer as-is, and I want to see how well everybody else can write when the stakes are raised a little bit.

    That still sounded like gloating. Dammit. -_-

    Unless, of course, the Simple Pokemon chosen happens to be in my list. Then...nah, I'd probably still stay out of this one. I just don't feel the urgency, you know?

    Besides, I've got something else planned that I'm hoping will make users and Graders alike at least mildly more enthusiastic about submitting stories than before. I'm convinced that it will take up the majority of my time on this site when I finally get the okay from the higher-ups about it.

    I do believe I may have spoiled it for everyone just now.

    Crud...Wish I had waited on writing that Ralts story now. Really want one though, so I'll keep the story up.

    Alright thanks. I may just write the story and then if my first story isn't graded before I finish the contest story, I'll put a note asking any grader to wait.

    I haven't had my second Pokemon approved yet. It says that you can only have one Pokemon, so can I enter if my second capture isn't approved?

    I wonder if Kat means that you can't submit more than one story.

    In which case, perhaps it'll be allowed to write another story, as long as you specifically state that it's not a contest entry.

    Count me unequicocally in. Screw my upcoming exams, this is where it's at.

    EDIT: Is there going to be a limit on the story. A Simple Pokemon requires 5-10k characters right ? Are you going to limit us to that ? It might stop everyone being blown out of the water by a mammoth piece written by an expert, but than again if that story is the best shouldn't we applaud the writer's skills ?
