    NBP?

She looked up at them, and held up her front paw, the same one as before, and kept it there. It was as if the Absol was saying 'wait'. Suddenly, a loud crashing sound echoed through. A flurry of dust was blown out of the cavern behind the dark type. The pokemon cocked her head and motioned for a passage.

Stepping around the humans and Sela, she walked through the other passageway, clearly in search of something unknown. Looking into the tunnel that she had come through, one could see that several stalactites had fallen to the ground. The sound of her footsteps soon passed out of earshot.

"Let's keep going then. You can still catch and keep one more." Serenity said with a smile before going into the cavern.

    Re: Individual RP: Siless

As Siless saw the fallen stalactites in the caverns, he felt a great amount of respect towards the Pokémon that just left the group; it had just saved them from being crushed under the fallen rocks before them.

"If we see that Absol again, we should thank her.." Siless hoped they'd find it again; if he were more ready for it, he'd be happy to bring it along, but it was probably for the best that they let it leave for now. If it was still here on a later visit, he would like to be able to see it again..

The Trainer slipped out of his deep thoughts, careful to avoid slipping up on the rubble that now layered the path ahead of them. They were getting closer to the exit; they didn't need to have someone injured because he was a klutz..

    NBP?

They soon came to an opening that lead back into the valley part of Meteor Valley. This one was not on ground level though. Perhaps about twenty feet above, with a steep incline going down.
"I can float down," the Spiritomb said. "But unfortunatly, you cannot." He finished.

"A Teleport would work here if Sela has the energy. We could alwa-" Serenity was interupted by a fairly small, flying pokemon. It was mostly a golden-brown, with a grayish belly. The pokemon made a faint buzzing sound as it hovered over a ledge near to theirs.
"I think it's a Shedinja. What do you want to do?"

Siless peered over to the ledge Shedinja was over, trying to see if there was an easier pathway down the hill, but there was none.

"I'd prefer to leave the Shedinja alone. If it bothers us, Teddson can keep it occupied, and if it tries to attack, he can shoo it away. We need to focus on getting down from here before working on getting anything else."

Sela, if she rested to full energy, could most likely manage to teleport two people down the hill before having to rest up again...

The Trainer turned towards his Ranger. "Could you possibly return Sapphire to her ball real quick? And can Amethyst jump down safely? If so, we may be able to do this in a single sequence of Teleports."

"Unfortunatly, I lost Sapphire's Pokeball a couple days ago, and I'm still trying to find it." The ranger sighed. "But she can get down on her own, and take me with her." That's what I was trying to say earlier." She smiled and turned to her pokemon. Serenity was about to instruct her pokemon, but the Empoleon was already using an Ice Beam to slide down.

"And Amethyst should easily be able to jump down there. She might even be able to take a passenger." Serenity looked over at her fire type. Sapphire finished the ski ramp, and Serenity got onto her back, ready to slide down. "You can get down via either Sela or Amethyst. If you go with Sela, she'll be right behind you." At that, the pair zoomed down the slope safely to the ground.

She looked back up and saw the Shedinja was uninterested in following them. It appeared to be somewhat bored accualy. [escaped]

    Re: Individual RP: Siless

"I'd rather Teleport down with Sela. It feels kinda like you're not traveling at all; you just end up there." Siless didn't feel like sliding down the ice like Serenity did even though he saw it was safe; the rush would make him a bit motion sick again, and though the valley was much more open than the caverns were, he'd rather not stumble into something he shouldn't.

Siless looked over to the Shedinja. It seemed to be completely uninterested in whatever the group was doing, so he recalled Teddson to his Pokéball while Sela grabbed his arm, preparing for the Teleport.

"I'm ready whenever you are." With this, a great light engulfed the pair, and then just as quickly faded away. Siless sighed in relief; he was on solid ground, outside of the cave after what had felt to him like the longest time in the dark.

Amethyst landed close behind the Trainer; everyone had gotten down from the ledge safely.

"Which way should we head now? We have a lot more choice than we did inside the cave." Siless looked to the sky, glad to be able to see it instead of the rocky cavern ceiling.

    BP?

"Uhm. We could go check out that pile of rocks." She said, pointing over to the left. Indeed, there was a heap of stones, of all shapes and sizes. While they walked, Serenity looked up at the sky; it was starting to get dark, as they had been in that cave for a while. Spiritomb had retreated to his new pokeball, and she assumed that he was happy there- otherwise he would have come out.

Sitting on one of the larger rocks was another purple pokemon. Instead of eyeballs, the creature had large gemstones in their place. It picked up a smaller rock about the size of its hand, and held the stone up to its face. The pokemon sniffed it a few times before opening its mouth to show layers of teeth. Glancing over at the intruders, it seemed slightly irritated to have its meal interupted, but shrugged it off for the time being. Serenity looked over at Siless with a questioning look in her eyes.

    Re: Individual RP: Siless

(OOC-Female, since I have a male ghost now. Also, could I get an ability, since I'd be tracing it)

"Alright, Sela. Are you up for getting a little partner for our Spiritomb friend?" Siless asked his Pokémon. She didn't seem to be tired, but he thought it best to check before sending her into battle type-disadvantaged, even though she had bested the stronger Spiritomb. Without Pressure, this battle would be a lot easier on her, but it still would be a bit difficult.

The Gardevoir stepped up to the Sableye and nodded. She stood battle-ready; it seemed that she decided to try and get the ghost captured the "normal" way.

"Alright Sela, a good amount of Sableye wait to counterattack over anything else. Draw on its power with Trace, and then we can see how it will fight and we can react accordingly."

Sela focused on her opponent, trying to copy whatever ability the Sableye prepared to use. Neither Sela nor Siless knew what would happen if it was Stall; it'd probably result in a very patient battle between the two.

    BP

A glint appeared in the pokemon's diamond eyes. Clearly the pokemon acknowleged that a battle was starting. She lifted up another rock and hurled it at Sela. While the stone was in mid-air, Sableye grabbed a few more and piled them into her gaping mouth.

Chomping down on them was easy for the pokemon. She ground them up into pebbles and began spitting them at her opponent as if they were watermelon seeds on a hot summer day. Sure, the trainer had interupted her evening meal, but the ghost hadn't had a decent battle in a while. Besides, payback was much needed.

Serenity glanced up at the golden sky, as the sun was setting. A gentle breeze blew through the valley, and she took a moment to enjoy being outside. She made a mental note to replace the batteries of her lantern, for it had recieved much use that day.

    Re: Individual RP: Siless

The rock was sent sailing at the Gardevoir; she moved her arm in the way to block it. It bounced off, leaving a small wound where it impacted.

"I was not expecting that," Sela commented to her trainer. "I could have dealt with it much better if I had known it would do that..."

The Gardevoir felt her eyesight growing stronger, and relayed this information to her trainer.

"Alright. It's ability is Keen Eye, then," the Trainer told the battling Pokémon. "Watch out for it to attack unexpectedly, then. It's more used to the ability than you are, and can probably see subtle openings in your defenses."

Sela nodded and tightened her stance; she wasn't sure if the Pokémon would attempt to take advantage of any openings or just keep eating, but giving it the chance to strike hard would not be the best idea.

The Sableye began spitting pebble shards at the Gardevoir. Sela was stuck guarding blocking the attacks with her arm as she did the sole pebble.

"Sela! Try using your Hidden Power to break through the stream of rocks!"

The attack took only a little focus, and so three dark-blue orbs easily formed around the Gardevoir. She launched the orbs at the rock-spitting ghost, trying to stop the barrage so she could recover her arm and get prepared for the next attack.

Sableye's stones were mostly destroyed by the Hidden Power. Some were shattered, others knocked to the ground. However, a few managed to escape through. One grazed Sela's cheek, another her hip. The third of the ones that hit her got lodged into her other arm.

The purple pokemon braced herself when she saw the Gardevoir's attack. She crossed her arms over her head and face, which took most of the blow. They went one after the other, half a second between each one. Losing her footing slightly upon the final impact, Sableye nearly tripped.

Next she sommoned up a golden-colored sphere as big as her head. Her eyes glowed. As did the other gemstones on her body. The Sableye lifted up the orb up in her hands and threw the Power Gem at Sela.

    Re: Individual RP: Siless

Siless cheered on his Gardevoir from the sidelines; the Dragon-type Hidden Power didn't have an advantage over the Sableye, but it hit right on the mark, disrupting the attack. It even knocked the Ghost-type off balance, though Sela wasn't prepared to launch another attack; she was just stopping the barrage of blows from doing too much damage.

"After it attacks again, try and dodge the blow, then launch a Hidden Power at it and use Grass Knot to trip it up while it's staggering."

The Gardevoir nodded; it was a combo they hadn't attempted before, but it was a simple one set to trip up the Sableye as opposed to dealing tons of damage at once. They wanted to get an opening for other opportunities, and downing the Sableye would be a great advantage.

The Sableye started to create a large glowing ball above its head, using the power of all of its gems. Sela, meanwhile, started manipulating grass behind the Ghost-type, preparing to lunge it forward to trip it up once her next Hidden Power connected. The gemstone eyes of the ghost began to shine, and the Pokémon began to launch the Power Gem at the Gardevoir; Sela tried to jump to get over the gem-sphere, and launched her own dark-blue orbs at the Sableye.

Sela lept over the Power Gem, but only just. It scraped the bottom of her feet. The Power Gem stung, and she winced at the pain. Meanwhile, her Hidden Power was headed right for the Sableye. She was not caught off guard this time though. This time, after enduring the first two, she reached out her hand and caught the third like a baseball.

Spiritomb crept out of his new home to see all the commotion. Then, he saw her. He saw her grab the blue orb right in front of her. The way her eyes sparkled, the way she grinned with all those teeth. Never before had he seen such a lovely pokemon. How could he have missed seeing her up until now? 'Twas because he never went to this area. All his time was spent either at the entrance, or in his cave.

She threw it like a baseball too, straight at the Gardevoir. After the wind-up and release, Sableye found herself falling to the ground below her. There was something caught on her foot.

    Re: Individual RP: Siless

The Gardevoir was moving too quickly in the direction of the throw to avoid the thrown Hidden Power orb. The Pokémon and the dark blue orb collided in mid-air and slid past one-another; Sela took some damage, but her trajectory overall was undeterred, and she landed right in front of the downed Sableye. As she landed, she released a large amount of glowing leaves, which formed a shield of sorts around her; she thought the Magical Leaf attack would deter the Sableye from attacking physically. As an afterthought, she sent a small number of leaves over to the Sableye to deal damage as well.

Siless was glad that his Pokémon could react on their own to whatever situation they find themselves in, but he still felt he should help with decision making so that his Pokémon could focus on other aspects of the battle.

"Sela! Start charging a Shadow Ball, then release your leaves and hit it head-on!"

Shadow Ball took a bit of time to get to full power, but with the Ghost-type knocked down and the leaves surrounding the Gardevoir, it was the best time to prepare the attack.

The leaves swirled around, protecting the Psychic Pokémon as the spectral ball took form and grew larger. Once satisfied with the size of the Shadow Ball, she launched the leaves at the Sableye, planning on keeping it off balance long enough for the Shadow Ball to get a direct hit.

Siless noted that the Spiritomb seemed to be infatuated with the Sableye. Perhaps it was for the best that they opted to try and catch it.

Sableye looked up at the towering pokemon above her. She was familiar with the attack. While her feet could not move, nothing was keeping her hands and arms from counter-attacking. The ghost began to form a large purple, swirling orb of her own. Hopefully, hers would be stronger, and upon collision, the other would be destroyed.

Something distracted her however. There was another pokemon near the trainer. It was also purple, and she recognized it as being the other Ghost/Dark type in existence. He appeared to be lovesick. This was a rather unnatural occurance for the Sableye. She had observed it several times, but never towards her.

    Re: Individual RP: Siless

Siless noted two things during the fight; that Sableye and Spiritomb seem to have caught each other's attentions, and that Sableye had its own Shadow Ball going. The first could be useful; it may be more willing to come along because of it. The second was far from good, however; a Shadow Ball at that range would hit Sela hard.

"Sela! Throw what you have and get out of there! Go behind the Sableye so it can't hit you!" Siless figured that his Pokémon's Grass Knot attack would keep the Sableye from turning around, so it'd be the safest place for Sela. "Once you're behind Sableye, make yourself a Wish."

The Gardevoir released the spectral orb prematurely; it was nowhere near full power, but she was focused more on defense at this point. The Sableye refused to stay down even when held down, so keeping at top form was a priority.

Sela quickly engulfed herself in light as the Sableye's Shadow Ball headed at her. A second light appeared behind the ghost-type, as well as a glimmer showing that a wish was attempted.

Siless made sure to keep his distance from his own captured Ghost-type; the less he could obstruct the Sableye's view of the Spiritomb, the better. With Sela getting behind the Sableye, Siless considered having her redirect the Sableye's attention to their spectral partner.

She lanched hers immediatly after her opponent. The Shadow Ball of the Sableye broke through Sela's easily. The Gardevior's Telaport barely managed to save her from it. During the flash of light however, the purple pokemon got out of the Grass Knot via Shadow Sneak.

Sinking into her own shadow, Sableye passed right through the constraint. She was never all that fond of using that particular move for long periods of time, so she came out soon after going in. However, she wasn't one to do things the usual way. Coming up directly underneath Sela, she grabbed the green and white pokemon's legs with one arm and wrapped herself around them. Lastly, she used Fury Swipes on Sela from close range.

    Re: Individual RP: Siless

Sela thought she had made a break in the fight, but the Sableye was persisant; as she Teleported, the Ghost-type Shadow Sneaked into the ground as Spiritomb had in the first battle of the park, and the Sableye appeared latching onto the Gardevoir's leg and swiping at her.

"Siless, do you have a plan to get this thing off of me?" the Gardevoir inquired of her trainer mentally. She almost instinctively launched a powerful, telekinetic blow to knock the Sableye off, but the Dark-type would be greatly resistant to the damage of the blow; it may not even remove the Sableye, though if there was no idea soon, it was a better attempt than nothing.

"Can you try channeling a Thunderbolt attack through your legs instead of your arm?" Siless responded, again mentally. An attack like that would be best done without the Sableye expecting it; it was an unorthodox blow for an equally unorthodox opponent. "If you can kick Sableye off, try to toss her to Spiritomb; she seems to be infatuated with our own Ghost."

Sela started feigning to struggle to get a leg free from the Sableye's grasp; the Gardevoir didn't truly try to escape, as she was just trying to lull the Ghost-type into a false sense of security before the blow. Sela doubted she could struggle her way out of the grasp if she tried. She instead spent more energy focusing on sending a powerful jolt through her legs; the attack, the Gardevoir and her Trainer figured, would be more effective than struggling anyways.

The jolt of electricity started in her horn; it was the easiest place Sela could focus while being Fury Swiped by the Sableye. Almost instantly, it shot down her body in an attempt to damage and disable the clawing Pokémon. As soon as her focus overrode the sense of pain in her mind, she kicked her right leg out towards the spectating group, trying to launch the Sableye to the captured Spiritomb.

    CRASH!
The Sableye had been flung directly at the Spiritomb, and she was now on top of him, both seeing Starmies. She had not been expecting the Gardevoir to be able to free one of her legs so that the other could kick. Sableye clambered off, still dizzy from the impact.

Shaking it off somewhat, the ghost began to form another Power Gem. This one however, was a lot less round. It was somewhat crudely made, due to the maker being slightly out of it. She set it on the ground, and soccer-kicked it right at Sela.

    Re: Individual RP: Siless

Siless was not expecting the Sableye to crash, only to get closer to the Spiritomb. The plan hadn't worked as well as they had hoped, though the Ghost-type seemed to be unable to keep focus after the blow; her Power Gen lacked the form of her last one, and it... was kicked?

The Power Gem bounced along, moving erratically due to deformities in the spherical shape. It was impossible to determine where or how the orb would strike, only that it was bouncing in the Gardevoir's direction. Such an unpredictable attack would be hard to avoid; Siless figured it would be best to block a wide area to avoid the blow.

"Sela! Try making a Psychic wall in front of you to block the ball!"

The idea reminded the Gardevoir of a game she tried playing with her Trainer when she was just a little Ralts; she recalled the name to be Pong. Her memories of the game were vague, but all she remembered was moving a small wall to bounce an orb to the other side...

Siless quickly grabbed a Park Ball from his pocket; the Sableye was wounded and dazed, so Siless figured it was the best time to attempt a capture. The throw would be easy, as the Sableye was just off to the side of the group after climbing off Spiritomb. The Trainer tossed the ball at the ghost he hadn't already captured.

Sela saw the ball sail through the air; she immediately decided against attempting to deflect the orb back at the Sableye, instead opting to angle the wall to push the Power Gem to the side so that it wouldn't bounce back and damage the ball.
