Trainers' Estate: Grounds- Lake

Halas surfaced for air as Kiyru had fallen, "Oh no," he said to himself. The Gyarados rushed toward the boy and Empoleon. Halas dove into the water and dragged him onto his Gyarados one at a time. "Go back to shore Amp!" Halas said as he held on to the uncoinous boy and Pokemon.

They reached the shore and Halas carried Kiyru and set him down on the sand, "Oh my god," He said scared to a point where he thought he was dead. "I-i-i didn't know this would happen. I-i'm so sorry." Halas then sprinted toward his Gyarados and recalled it into its ball. He brought out another one and it released a Staraptor. He grabbed onto the bird and it flew straight up. Halas dropped his belt and just flew higher and higher.

 

"Kiryu!?" Serenity quickly stood up and yelled. Sapphire was ready to swim over if needed. "Are you okay?!" She was ready to help as well.

 

When about 100 feet in the air, Halas let go. He felt so bad he didn't care about himself anymore.

Falling, not knowing how much more left until the water, he just fell. Halas closed his eyes and waited.

 

He coughed up some water but was still in bad shape. "Some ones gonna die." he thought as he was in his own mind. He struggled to regain conciousness but no luck. Archer and Tsuna were angry. They were about to set after the boy when Sakura told them to calm down. Rai was worried over Kiryu and Mizu and Lapras floated over.

 

Halas plummited through the air and hit the water hard. Knocking the air out of him. He didn't slow until the pressure was enough to hurt his ears. He hit the bottom of the lake with a thud. He sat there for a second identifing all of the pains around his body, his back was definatly bruised all around.

A huge splash caught his attention, he looked up to see his Staraptor diving down at him. Its talons caught his swimsuit as it propelled through the water. It broke the surface and dropped his on the shore to grab his things. He looked down at Kiyru. He sighed, "I'm sorry man." He tossed a wad of cash near him. He got onto his Staraptor and flew toward the door to the Estate.

 

Daniel decided to try coming out here again. Even if someone didn't talk to him, the scenery was amazing. He noticed a poor injured person flying away on a staraptor and felt bad. But his mind shifted away from that as he decided he would wait for someone to pass by so he could start up a conversation.

 

"Kiryu!" She called out, as Halas seemed to be okay, Kiryu was the priority of the moment. Serenity got over as quickly as she could and leaned down and pressed her ear to his chest.

 

He coughed up more water and gasped for more air.

 

He has a pulse. Make sure they have an airway. She thought as hard as she could to recall what to do if someone nearly drowns. Tilt their head back to open the airway! Serenity gently grabbed Kiryu's head and tilted it so that it would be easier for him to breathe.

 

Some air made it through but not all. He was drifting fast. He felt his head tilt back a Serenity tilted it.

 

"I'd better leave" said Daniel "I've been here a bit too long"

 

Serenity had a determined look in her eyes as she put her mouth over his and blew, while pinching Kiryu's nose. The comforting thought for her germaphobia was that she could always sanitize. A life could not be brought back. Sapphire watched her trainers' discomfort and was proud of her for fighting past her fears and being brave.

 

Kiryu coughed a bit and opened his eyes. He groaned and coughed the water out. He leaned up and looked at her with dog like eyes. “Y-you saved me?"

 

"Like I was gonna let somebody die." She said as she sat up. "This is why horseing around is a bad idea." Serenity scolded. "Now where did the guy with the Gyrados fly off to? You can't just leave someone hurt! When I find that guy, he's gonna get a piece of my mind!" The girl angrily rambled.

 

He smiled and put his had on her shoulder. “Nah its not worth it. Thank you for saving me. How can I ever repay you?" he said with some perkiness in his voice. He was determined to pay her back no mater what the cost would be.

 

She slid away when she felt his hand on her shoulder. "You don't need to do anything. Except not do anything so reckless." Serenity added and stood up.

 

“Ohh ok. I still want to pay you back. Are you sure there isn't anything I could do?" hr he said as he stood up as well. “But sure I'll be more careful."

 

"How are you feeling? You should probably get some rest. Takeshi too." She suggested as she stretched.

 

After having a good meal in him and having a nice conversation, Zeferin walked up to the beautiful, scenic view of the azure lake just outside of the estate's main building. Yawning and rubbing his eyes with his thumb and pointer finger, Zeferin walked over the the nearest tree by the water and slumped down.

Shortly thereafter, two, large Pokemon joined him. First came a huge, dark blue dragon that had a red and yellow underbelly, razor sharp teeth, and massive, blade-like fins on its forearms and back. As the Garchomp walked by Zeferin, it neared the water, and slowly waded out in it to the point that all but its snout was fully submerged.

Behind the Garchomp floated a bulbous, bizarre creature, looking more like a being from the great beyond rather than a Pokemon. Mainly a dark gray, with bands of gold around its arms and strips of gold that made a Jack-o-lantern face on its stomach, this lumbering giant glanced around with its one, red eye at the landscape before it. Seeing nothing of too much interest, the Dusknoir settled down next to Zeferin and rested.

Taking a deep breath, Zeferin exhaled, feeling surprisingly relaxed. Calling out the Garchomp, Zeferin said, "Ketu," and turning to the Dusknoir next to him, Zeferin said, "Charon, what do you guys think about letting Akisora out to enjoy the water a bit?"

Ketu, giving an unenthusiastic grunt, swam a bit further out and sunk her snout a little under the water and blew bubbles. Charon, on the other hand, simply rolled his round body over on his side, away from Zeferin and let out a loud yawn.

"Well, I'll just take that as a yes from the two of you." Reaching down to his belt, Zeferin took off a small, round capsule from its belt clip. Clicking a small button in the center, the capsule expanded out to hand size. Giving a small flick of his hand, Zeferin threw out over the water and, a bright flash of light, a monstrous, mystical looking serpent floated out over the water.

Taking in its surroundings, the massive, blue serpent hovered a few inches off the surface of the water. After seeing just how large the lake was, the serpent let out a cheerful roar for out of its gaping mouth. Arching its body up, the huge creature rose up a few feet, and then arched back down to the water, diving deep under the surface.

After a few minutes under, the Gyarados raised its head out from the water, swimming around the waters near where Ketu was. Seeing that Akisora was enjoying himself, Zeferin looked over to see a few other people racing on their Pokemon on one of the islands when, suddenly, one of the trainer's Gyarados let out a blast, destroying the ice that the other trainer's Empoleon was riding on, knocking both trainer and Pokemon off and into the ice. After what looked like a rescue and retreat, the trainer and Gyarados took off, leaving the hurt trainer with a girl on the island. After giving mouth-to-mouth resuscitation, the trainer looked fine.

As curiosity got the better of him, Zeferin got up, leaving Charon to sleep under the tree, and called over Ketu, who was near the shore. Jumping on her back, Zeferin told her to swim over the to island where the two were. As he reached the island, Zeferin called out to the two, "Is everything ok? I saw everything for the shore."

 

He siged a bit and smiled. "Yeah I'm feeling ok but I should sit down a bit." He turned and saw a guy yell out to them. "Yeah I'm good!!"
