Trainers' Estate: Grounds- Lake

*Casey and Hoohoo flew across the finish line. Instead of landing on the ground, Casey jumped onto a large tree branch, Hoohoo sat next to him*

"Hey guys! Good race! I guess Im the winner of the losers. Haha!"

(lol I would have posted more but I dont have a laptop except on Monday & Wendsday and maybe some other days but not long enough to get on the Garden Forums. )

 

Ace shook Cat and Casey's hands, and then looked around.
"I am not sure what I want to do now... anyone want to go to the games room maybe?"

 

"I'm in," said Matt, shaking Cat's hand, "But I've been there already, so it's good to go back there."

 

*Casey jumped out of the tree and landed on the ground, his Flaaffy; Hanna walked up next to him*

"Hmm...Game room sounds pretty good right now. Anyone wanna play Left 4 Dead when we get there?"

 

The weather was beginning to turn a bit chillier, prompting Boaz to pull his jacket tighter around his shoulders. He'd enjoyed watching the race across the lake, but was now considering going back inside the mansion in the face of the cold. Just as he begun calling to his Pokemon in, his Pokegear started ringing loudly.

The number displayed was not one he recognised, and he had given his contact details to only a limited number of people. Despite his initial misgivings, he answered the call anyway, reasoning that someone must have had good reason to go to the effort of tracking him down; besides it wasn't as if there was any risk in answering a simple phone call.

"Ral?" Sam turned and looked quizically at Boaz as his Trainer deactivated his Pokegear; he'd had some difficulty following the only half of the conversation that he could hear and was anxious to know what was going on.

"Looks like our break is over buddy, we're needed. Can you teleport up to our room and grab my bag whilst I get the other guys in from the lake."

((Sorry for the abnormally long post [let's face it, any posts from me are abnormal at the moment], Boaz is just going off for a day or so and when he returns to the mansion the party changes from Chapter 3 of his ongoing story will be implemented and hopefully I'll become a bit more active here)).

 

Her nose still stuck in a book, Dany had begun to wander about the Estate. She didn't realise where she was until the sound of her footsteps began to come off as...wet. She found she was ankle deep in the lake, and her socks were now annoyingly soaked. With a huff, she sat down at the edge of the water and continued to read. As an after thought, she withdrew Liaf's Pokeball and let him out

"Magikarp."

"Yes, I'm sure that's incredibly interesting. Enjoy the water."

A beat. Magikarp disappeared beneath the shallows.

 

"Great book!" It had been a light read, admittedly, but Dany loved reading too much to care. There was no such thing as a bad book in her eyes, no matter the subject.

"A hup!" Dany pulled herself to her feet. "Time to go Liaf."

Liaf emerged from the water, staring intently at Dany. It had had a good, relaxing swim. The water was warm, and a lazy current pushed and pulled Magikarp gently through the water. Liaf would be sad to go.

A red beam shot from Dany's Pokeball, and Liaf was safely tucked in her belt. Dany turned and started back towards the Library, holding her book close to chest.

 

Ace leapt onto Starlight, and Aquarius jumped on behind.
"I am going back to the library, I think they have a book I want. Bye!" He said, and with that, Starlight took off, and then flew towards the estate

 

Andy wandered into the grounds around the lake.

"I wonder where my room will be..." he said to himself.
