Pokemon Ultra RPG coming to Bulbagarden

We'll be happy to answer any questions anyone might have about the URPG.

In sort, new members start off with a single unevolved pokemon and some money. They earn more money through battling (win or lose) as well as evolve pokemon through experienced. They may also participate in Contests which also awards participating trainers.

Story writing and roleplaying serve as methods for trainers to capture more pokemon through creative methods. It is also possible for some pokemont to be purchased at the Mart.

 

I'm thinking I should probably host some AIM battles and maybe a couple of (large and small) ffas.

Maybe I could get some people from here to get online and maybe explain to them how to get join and get started and maybe pass some tips along, and then get them to watch some of these battles I want to host.

I think them actually seeing how everything works and experiencing it firsthand will give them a better understanding of how it works and also get them excited for them.
Or vice versa, maybe they become more confused and completely turned off

I'm trying to figure out if there is a good way to explain, at the bottom of the introduction in this thread, a bit more about the URPG and what it's about.

 

Is there a release date yet to this Role Playing Game yet?

 

May is the tenative date, but it could be earlier. Could be later.

On another note, About halfyway done moving everything. Still have the Ultra Dex to do though. FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFfff

And yeah, we have no date yet, just an approximate time period in which we might possibly perhaps be opening it up maybe.

 

Unlike you I on occasion show signs of intelligence. In this case, not moving anything that will have major changes done to it.
Ergo, I won't be forced to update anything I've already posted.
Once everything is updated on PE2K then I'll move it here.

XD That's because you're not part of the discussion going on @ the Park Expansion thread. We're getting stuff together, don't worry. A lot of things have also been discussed over AIM. We're deciding stuff and I'm editing threads, getting them ready for moving over here. I just need to talk to Harry to see when he wants me to start moving things and stuff.

I'd like to toss out there that I'm looking for possible pre-opening Rangers from Garden, people to train up and get ready for Rangering when the URPg (and the Park) opens up here. I know this place if big on RPing, so it shouldn't be too hard to get some Rangers from here. If anyone's interested you can contact me here or on PE2K (PM or VM) or send me an IM @ ttar trainer (AIM handle). We already have a growing stable of Rangers at PE2K, but I'd like some people familiar with Garden to join the family.

I promise I don't bite, unless you poke me in the eye or something XD.

I might be interesting in becoming a Ranger. Shouldn't be too much trouble for me to pass, all things considered.

Also, let me know when you are done editing everything as I have purposely waited on moving them until I know for sure it's safe to do so.

Nobody will be required to restart. In fact, I'll have you added to the list of the people who can see the forum so you can at least post your stats here.
Besides it can serve as an example for everyone else to go off of.

I'm not sure we'll be giving them access soon, Isaiah. Access is really meant for members involved in helping the expansion move forward such as committee members and URPG leaders.

As for restarting, I don't think that's going to happen but it is up for debate nonetheless. In my personal view, I think restarting is too extreme of an idea.
