Looks much better. Approved now. And yeah, some items could help you out. I really recommend getting a second Pokemon and evolving your starter as well, since the entry fee for the Park covers two Pokemon and it's really hard to do an entire run with just one mon, let alone a basic. Just remember to edit in things like natures and such as you go!

Personality: Red could best be described with the Pokemon nature: Quirky. Her mind wanders often, and her ideas are often fragmented and incomplete. Also, she is pretty cautious and tentative when delving into new situations, often wanting to know more before taking a leap of faith.
Description: She is on the short side, standing around 5’4” and is neither lean nor bulky. Her hair is a deep red that frizzes and sporadically curls when not kept up properly. She also has bright blue eyes and ivory skin, giving her a distinctive Irish look.

Personality: A Stubborn, Vengeful man with a twisted code of honour, he has no qualms with striking down anything who stands against him, nor will he stop to help another unless there is something they can offer him to make his efforts worthwhile. He is typically a man of few words, preferring instead to intimidate through his physical prowess and ruthless battling strategy.

Description: Standing at an imposing 6'6, and a muscular 250lbs, his head shaved completely bald save for a small patch of jet black hair on his chin. His dark skin is offset by his piercing green eyes, which rarely convey any emotion, nor does his face, battered by 20 years of hard work in the jungles of his homeland. He stands bare chested, broad shoulders and well defined muscles on show for all to see, a tribal tattoo covering his right shoulder, depicting the story of his name, which translates to 'Thunder Lord'

The only clothing he wears? A pair of combat shorts stolen from a militia he encountered patrolling near his village, he uses the pockets to store the few items he requires such as a small amount of money, his Pokeballs and a small knife for preparing food. His feet too are barefoot, callouses on the soles have formed from years of walking barefoot, a feat he finds effortless these days.

Almost there, but I'd like to see a little more in both description and personality. Try to aim for a good size paragraph in each one, since that'll help both your Ranger in role-playing with you and yourself by getting a real feel for what your character is like!

I'm sorry, that's still not quite enough. We need to know a bit more about your character so that your roleplaying experience is richer. Try talking about how he deals with challenges, or his family life, or even a brief look into his history and how/why his personality developed the way it did.

 

Name: Harry "Lovecraft" Slater

Gender: Male
Personality: Slater spent most of his childhood reading lots and lots of books so with time he kind of detached himself from the reality he lives in, taking things more as a passive observer than an active character and as such he pretty much floats through life, not having any heavy worries when he isn't required to think too much; even though such carefreeness can be a handicap most of the time it's actually useful in stressful situations like battles and such, as he tends to remain calm. He also tends to things in a rather picturesque way, putting more emphasis on the aesthetics of the outcome than the spoils of it.
Description: Not too chubby, but not too skinny, Slater stands at 5'5"; He has short shaggy black hair and thick black hipster glasses which fit nicely in his olive skin, he usually wears a white t-shirt with a dark gray jacket on top; the jacket has a simple Pokeball design on it's chest. On warmer climates he forgoes the jacket and t-shirt in favor of a simple white wifebeater with beige cargo shorts, whereas in colder climates he uses a red scarf and beret on top of that; if he is in a particularly good mood on that day he may wear something with a bit more color.

Approved mostly. See if you can't think of a little more for description, like maybe if he has any weird quirks or actions. Alternatively, a lot of people put description for different weather too, like if he went to the Beach Vs. Oktori or something.

Personality: Rein is a very intelligent teenager, and is also very strategic. He at first thought Pokemon training was meant for idiots but then after certain events he soon learns to live with Pokemon. He is also enjoys doing more productive things during his spare time. He enjoys keeping up and has a 5.8 GPA. He usually prefers vegetables rather than fruit. He also hates to be outbested by rivals and enjoys winning.
Description: Rein has redish orange hair and crimson eyes. He wears a blue jacket and red shorts, and blue shoes. He has tan skin and has a slender build. His hair is kinda to neck length and it has more of a neat but somewhat messy look. He also usually doesn't seem to have a huge frown or smile on his face most of the time.

Hi! A few things before this can get approved: You need to put the personality and description in paragraph form, not list form ^^ About three lines should do just fine for both

Also, the Pokemon Captured means the Pokemon you have captured here in the park, not in URPG! So make sure you only put those here! And you also need to list out your park items :3 Just fix those few things and we can get you approved.

 

Sorry, we need a bit more description than that. Try to put at least two decent-sized paragraphs into your Trainer's Personality and Description. Talk about how they respond to challenges, what they are like socially, how they style their hair and why. Things that give the character depth and meaning.

Also if I may ask. What happens if the ranger is very inactive? Because I am trying to get approval and no one is here to approve my sign up

 

Um, you only just put your stuff up yesterday. One day of inactivity doesn't mean a ranger is inactive.

Also, you're approved. (Is a 5.8 GPA even possible though?)
