Badal didn't want a Hariyama either, so we kept walking forward.

"Woah, how did it come here so quickly?" I said, before I noticed that this wasn't the same one we had left behind a while back, but another one.

"Haha! Wow! Luck! I guess but since I already have Machop, I don't want another fighting pokemon yet. Lets move on" I said.

Badal was determined not to catch any more fighting Pokemon, so despite having seen so many Pokemon, he was still looking for the one he wanted.

We kept walking higher up the mountain, and it kept growing progressively colder as we kept going higher.

"Should we stop going further up?" I asked Badal. "We'll have breathing problems if we keep going fur…"

I couldn't finish before a small cheerful white-and-red bird jumped in front of us. It was carrying a small white bug, and was really covered in smiles.

"There's a Delibird," I said. "Want it?"

"No! Keep it away from me! Aah keep it away, I can't take this! I've had bad experiences in the past with Deliberd's so NO way. If it helps then we can go to a cave? Or just go a bit more higher" I said

Badal was really agitated as a Delibird plonked in front of us, and wanted to get away as soon as possible.

I raised an eyebrow wondering what had happened really, as Delibirds were pretty calm creatures. But I simply shrugged my shoulders and we moved on, slightly more higher up in the atmosphere.

We had just moves only a bit when two Jynx appeared in front of us, talking animatedly in their own language, apparently unaware of the surroundings.

"I'll take the risk, lets go away, I don't want to catch Jynx either" I said.

Badal didn't want the Jynx either, so we continued moving forward. However, this time we had gone on for a long while but no Pokemon appeared in front of us.

"Maybe we've gone too high," I said. "Let's go down a bi..."

Crashhhhhhh

I hadn't even finished my sentence when a small blue-andb-rown coloured thing whizzed past us, crashing straight into one of the rocks nearby.

As the dust settled down after a few minutes, we were able to see what was that had crashed into the rocks. It was a Hitmontop who had been spinning recklessly upside down on its head.

"Hm, do you want this, Badal?" I asked.

"Seems very reckless, I don't wish to remove it from a place where he can be reckless! Lets go forward." I said with a sense of fear and determination.

I sighed as Badal decided to leave Hitmontop alone as well. I really couldn't understand what he was looking for.

"We've come way too high up the mountain. Let's go down a bit, shall we?" I asked.

Badal agreed, and we started going downwards. We hadn't gone too downward when we noticed two Makuhita wrestling playfully with each other.

I looked towards Badal to have a look his expression, but I wasn't sure what it was at this moment.

"So, would you like to catch any of these?" I asked.

"Yes! Lets do this! I was waiting exactly for this! Lets go! Charizard go and use flamethrower on the Makuhita!"
Charizard obeyed and went towards Makuhita and spewed fire from its fire breathing organs and let out a huge breath of fire. Charizard was happy with himself and smiled a bit.

 

BP​

I couldn't really understand what was going through Badal's mind. He had decided not to capture Hariyama and now he seemed to be really happy to have encountered a pair of Makuhita. Still, I merely waited behind to see the battle.

Charizard quickly jumped into the air as one of the Makuhita stepped back and waited behind to see its partner battle.

Charizard began readying itself for a powerful Flamethrower attack, and once it had generated sufficient heat to unleash a string of flames, something extremely extraordinary happened.

Makuhita was extremely swift in its attack. It quickly rushed towards Charizard, and as Charizard was nearing towards the ground to attack Makuhita. Makuhita quickly vanished into thin air, and disappeared quickly off the scene. Charizard was extremely dumbfounded and came to a standstill on the ground. Makuhita took that moment to ram ito Charizard with extreme force, not hurting Charizard much, but surprising it so much that Charizard wasn't unable to make a move.

"Looks like Charizard got flinched by the Fake Out," I said in a low voice.

The hailstorm continued to hurt both the Pokemon.

Charizard was not happy, not happy at all. He looked around for Badal's reaction and saw Badal raise his index finger. Charizard was very angry and was ready to hurt the Makuhita.

Charizard slowly started generating heat for a Flamethrower and charged towards the Makuhita, he wouldn't simply go bang into him, Charizard took a run up and suddenly took off, he then stared at the Makuhita from high up in the air whilst building up heat for a flamethrower.

 

BP​

Charizard wasn't too happy with the state of the battle. He was disappointed with itself for not being able to attack Makuhita. Makuhita on the other hand was quite happy with how things had panned out.

Charizard, however quickly shot up in the air again, getting ready to launch the Flamethrower attack again. Charizard went through the entire process of generating heat in its mouth with its specialised organs, and once that had been done, it quickly came down a bit, and launched another string of flames towards Makuhita.

Makuhita, meanwhile had completely shut its eyes in an attempt to concentrate. It showed no sign of trying to save itself, but simply stood rooted to the spot with its eyes shut tight.

As soon as the flames were within the range of about a metre from Makuhita, it suddenly opened its eyes, and a bright blue bubble surrounded its entire body. The flames struck the bubble with utmost force, but failed to penetrate through.

As the Flamethrower attack died down, the Protective bubble too disappeared.

"That's a clever Makuhita," I remarked.

Badal was getting really predictable now, he really needed to do something different.

The hailstones continued to pelt both Pokemon, though Makuhita seemed to be really happy with this previous turn.

Charizard wasn't happy at all, Charizard was getting very angry and knew what Badal would say, "Don't give up, just go at it".
Charizard did the same procedure Flew up into the air, started generating heat, swooped down fast and opened its mouth with a roar.

 

BP​

Charizard was now getting enraged with the tricks Makuhita was playing on it. It was repeating the same thing over and over again, which was not really a healthy sign. It had failed twice to cause damage with that move, and it wasn't really likely that it would succeed this time.

Still Charizard repeated the now monotonous process of generating heat and spewing heat onto Makuhita. Makuhita, however was quick. It quickly rushed to one side in an attempt to dodge, and Charizard was so confused and angry by now that it couldn't control the attack at all.

The flames simply spread around without any control on them, and merely grazed Makuhita as it sped away. The attack wasn't really powerful but it still did some damage to Makuhita.

Makuhita, however quickly rushed towards the numerous rocks in the area and started beating them hard with its fist. As Charizard settled down on the ground to catch its breath and take a rest, Makuhita gave a final blow on the rocks and they fell straight down crumbling under the repeated beatings, straight at Charizard, hurting the poor creature badly.

This isn't going well for Charizard, I said to myself.

"Ok Charizard, you've Taken enough of this. Hit him, and hit him HARD!" I said.

Charizard quickly got ready and started doing something that caused the whole ground to start trembling.
Badal told Iridium, "Lets move back a bit, he's using Earthquake"

Charizard yelled in anger as the attack seemed to be very very strong.

 

BP​

Badal seemed to have left everything to Charizard really - both the thinking and the executing. Badal was simply telling Charizard to hit Makuhita hard, and as a result Charizard wasn't being able to perform to its fullest.

Charizard however was trying as hard as it could. It roared in anger and stamped its foot on the ground heavily several times in anger. Shock waves started emanating from the point where Charizard traveling both towards Makuhita and us.
Eventhough we stepped back quickly we still felt the ground trembling violently.

"Er, this might not be such a good idea, you know," I said looking at the ice faling rapidly down by the Earthquake. Fortuantely, the earthquake didn't cause much damage and all was well.

Makuhita had been hurt by the attack, but was still bubbling with energy. It quickly rushed towards Charizard with its head pointed straight towards Charizard, and quickly rammed into Charizard's belly throwing the poor dragon backwards.

Badal ordered it to flame the Makuhita. "FLAMETHROWER!!!" he yelled.

Charizard started spewing fire in his fire producing organs as he slowly took flight in the air trying to gain height.
He slowly released the large quantity of fire that he had produced.

 

BP​

The battle was nearing its climax. It was getting really interesting now, because any of the Pokemon could win from here. Charizard was faster and a fully evolved Pokemon and hence could dish out some serious damage if it wanted to. On the other hand, it was weak as well, and could easily be finished off by Makuhita.

Something strange was happening with Charizard. The flames on its tail started burning wit much greater energy and it seemed to be infusing strength and energy into the beast.

"I think Charizard's Blaze has activated," I said in a matter-of-fact tone.
Charizard quickly flew up again into the air, generated heat and brought out flames from its mouth as smoke billowed out from its nostrils. The entire process had now been repeated so many times that I really wanted this to end quickly.

The flames shot straight at Makuhita, and this it was strongly hit by the attack mainly because of Charizard's recently acquired strength. Makuhita was now very weak as well, but it still hung on.

Makuhita waited a bit to gain control over itself, and then got ready to repeat its Headbutt attack. It rushed towards Charizard with its head pointed straight towards Charizard, and quickly rammed into Charizard's belly sending the fire type hurtling backwards again

"Good job Charizard!!" Badal exclaimed
Charizard was proud of himself and was happy that he had done some damage.
Charizard didn't want to hurt the Makuhita any more so it retreated far away and high.
Badal immediately rummaged through his bag and pulled out a shining ball that he had bought at the store.
He quickly took the Hyperball and aimed it right at the Makuhita that was seemingly very tired.
Badal was staring at the Hyperball slowly and steadily make its way through the hail and open up, the red ray came out and took Makuhita inside.
All of this was happening very slowly for Badal and he watched as the pokeball clicked once.
