Ranger Jake​

The Celebi looped around and then zoomed in the opposite direction buzzing along as the Ekans followed after. We had to run to keep up with the small pixie as it flew down the trail illuminating it with her glowing body.

Soon the path grew wide and opened into a huge lake. The lake was my favorite part of the forest. At night it was beautiful. It had bioluminescent algae growing in the rocks at the bottom and it created a beautiful glowing effect that brightly lit up the whole of the lake. Celebi paused for us at the shor of the lake, a place where there was no gradual descent into the lake, but a sharp dropoff into the deep water. When we got to the shore she stared at us hard and then dove straight into the water, the ekans slithering after her.

I guess this meant that we were supposed to follow suit. I stared at Ace seeing what he decided to do.

(OOC: I make them as long as I think I can possibly make them. But I think it would stupid if I start describing the colour of the grass and stuff )

I watched as Celebi began moving downing a path, with the Ekans following after. I began running after, with Evelyn pounding at the grass by my side. It was difficult catching up, and I felt tired.

"We should do some running at the Trainer's Estate some time." I said, and Evelyn chuckled.

Suddenly, the path widened, and I froze as we reached a lake: a huge expanse of glowing water, which looked like some sort of magical mirror. Evelyn took a step back, as she was petrified of water, and I was as well, but the sheer beauty of it was amazing. But then I realised Celebi wanted us to go under.

"Me... sw-sw-swimming?" I stuttered, and gulped. "I never enter water unless I have a good reason..."

 

Ranger Jake​

OOC: I think i give you enough to work with. Here. Ill post an examlple of a full description post.

I quickly dropped everything on me that would be ruined in water, but it wasn’t much: most of the stuff that is included in ranger gear is water proof. This included my glasses and an old watch that would rust. I dropped them to the ground, but then remembering the angry Meowth and seeing the lakelight glint golden against my watch I decided to hide it under a nearby rock. I found an appropriate rock not far from where we were and stuffed the two items under there.

When I returned, I saw that Ace was looking hesitant.

“C’mon. We have to do this.” I looked at him seriously, but then noticed Evelyn. She was staring at the lake and shivering. I recommended to Ace that she be put in her pokeball while we were underwater. After he returned Evelyn we approached the water. As I looked down in to the deep, I saw a sheer dropoff in the water; no rocks would impede us if we dove.

I reached into my backpack and handed Ace a temporary filtration system and said,

“This will sustain you underwater for a few minutes at a time. Don’t linger.”

He took it shakily and put it in his mouth. Securing his Pokeballs on his belt, he stared at me. I put my own in and then counted 1, 2, 3 and we dove in. The water was warm like a heated pool. The glow was much more real when we saw it under the surface. It glowed everywhere in different light colors. I stared around at the lake to see where Celebi had gone. I couldn’t see her anywhere.

I twisted all the way around and gasped. There was a huge cove, a place underwater that dug under the land and went up into an underwater cave. I tapped Ace on the shoulder and he turned to much the same reaction. After marveling, I stared at him and then pointed up and thentowards the cave indicating that he now had a choice. He could come with me into the cave, or go back upwhile I went and explored the cave for what Celebi wanted us to see.

I watched as Jake dropped his bag and began removing some items. I was still shivering uncomfortably, and Evelyn's fur standing on end wasn't helping me. But then Jake told me we had to do this, and then that I should return Evelyn.

"Well Evelyn, I guess I have to do this." I sighed, and pulled a PokeBall out.

"Flare Flare." She said in support, before turning into energy and disappear inside the ball. I reattached my closest friend to my pocket, and then accepted some sort of thing from Jake that I put in my mouth.

"Good luck." I mumbled, but it was more to me than to Jake. Then, I bent my knees and jumped. My stomach lurched up my body, and I felt an urge to throw up. I kept my arms and legs stiff, knowing that was the safest way to enter a lake. I felt it coming, and shut me eyes. I felt something on my feet, and cautiously opened my eyes.

I could see barely anything, except for Jake by my side, and Ekans and Celebi up ahead. I tried to make out some Pokemon from within the murkiness, but nothing was appearing. Then, I noticed something else: a gigantic underwater cave, which Celebi wanted to lead us into. I felt Jake staring at me, and I reluctantly nodded: I had come this far, so I might as well get the result.

 

I withdraw from this RP. Someone please post that I can get my Cascoon
