Sableye fell for the taunt and was immediately received by a well placed punch from an unseen fist. It smashed Sableye and sent him flying, blasting off into the back drop. Honchkrow was proud. He was a tricky bird and had quite the swagger. He was ready to fight again. He cried out for his next opponent. One came. It was a Wynaut.

"Well, this will be tricky. Honchkrow, use Taunt. That should basically end this battle. And Wynaut, you know?"

Honchkrow accepted his mission. He began to strut around, flaunting his stuff. Wynaut was put off at first by this curious show, but soon became infuriated. How dare this Dark bird taunt him. He would certainly get his revenge. As soon as he figured out how to use an attacking move. Honchkrow was ready to get Wynaut though. Dark blasts came from its wings and flew towards Wynaut.

Wynaut tried and tried, but it didn't know any moves that could actually attack. Honchkrow easily took advantage of this and swiftly blasted the Pokemon with a malevolent blast of darkness. It pressed it backwards to the point that any creature with bones would have snapped into pieces, but this was a Wynaut. It got up and stood up for its rights. It just decided that standing up after that attack was more than enough rebellion for one day and it turned around and walked off into the distance.

The next challenger was Drowzee. Neon was very upset at the fact that he wasn't able to catch the pokemon and raise it as his own. He would have loved to add a Drowzee to his team. Their trickery was stuff of legends, and Neon loved having tricky pokemon on his team.

"Loki, I promise we will mix it up soon, but for now another Dark Pulse is more than efficient."

OOC: Using Rudolf Doll and one charge of Santa's Charm Locket. And I want to stay after this.

As Honchkrow sent the opposing pokemon packing, he confidently looked around and hastily came to the conclusion that he is the best. So many pokemon couldn't even attack him back before they ran away with their tails between their legs. Things just seemed to good to be true. And they were.

Suddenly an explosion of psychic powers erupted from a nearby cliffside. When Neon and Honchkrow looked over, they saw the most powerful creature they had ever laid eyes on. Mewtwo was sitting there levitating towards them, obviously looking for a fight. This certainly couldn't end well.

"Dear Trainer, I have come to test my power against you and your pokemon. I'll try to let you live in the end, but I can't make any promises," communicated Mewtwo as he came within battling range.

Neon swallowed the pit in his throat. This would no doubt be a long and perilous fight.

"Honchkrow, why don't we start out with a-" suddenly Neon was interrupted by a bright glow that was coming from his backpack. Everyone who was there felt unsure of what was happening. As Neon unzipped the top of it, a floating reindeer plush toy came hovering out. It was sorrounded by a golden aura. It quickly piveted towards Mewtwo and. Readied a full out charge.

Mewtwo laughed, "What is this mere doll going to do to me?"

The reindeer doll suddenly launched at Mewtwo and, as it flew, transformed into a majestic Stantler with a brilliant glowing red nose. It came full force into Mewtwo's chest, sending him realing back. Mewtwo was surprised at how much damage it had done and he began to flee.

"Well, I'm glad I bought that at the store. Which reminds me, I should use this here too." Neon pulled out a charm locket. It began to glow with the power of luck and fortune.

 

(Items Applied. Also, the a roll is still done, so even if you want to stay, the warp could still be rolled and it's forced. But yeah, no leaving early willingly. We can't catch you up in points if we do that ^^)

Mewtwo began to float away, that was one tough deer. Mewtwo vowed revenge on the human race and began to mumble something about a movie. Weird.

Soon enough, Neon and Honchkrow began to walk forwards, hoping to see over the nearby cliff, at the valley below them. As they approached the valley, Neon swore he heard something behind him. As he turned to look, all he could catch a glimpse of was a pink flash. Soon he felt the same presence from his other side. He turned to look and again only saw the pink flash. Neon now grew frustrated, something was toying with him. He felt the presence again and quickly spun around completely, in hopes of catching it wherever it went. Instead there was nothing. Neon began to question his sanity when he saw Honchkrow rolling around on the ground laughing. Neon could feel it now. Whatever it was, was mow sitting on top of his head.

"Loki, use Night Slash! And you better not miss."

Honchkrow aimed its wing straight at the abra on Neon's head. It came down and the Abra attempted to teleport, but the dark slash was just too quick and it nailed Abra across its chest. It fell off of Neon's head and quickly realized that this wasn't the trainer it should be messing with. It quickly looked around, and teleportes off into the distance. Never to be seen again.

Neon congratulated Honchkrow on a well placed slash, when suddenly they heard the call of a familiar foe. Mewtwo was now floating back towards them. It was fully recovered, and this time it had anger in its eyes.

"I have returned to claim your puny trainer life," communicated Mewtwo.

"We just beat you, can't you just be a good sport and leave us alone?" asked Neon.

"NO! Your little omnipotent Stantler was a cheap shot. My sense indicate you don't have another one, so this time I have the upperhand!"

"That seems like a pretty lame reason. Your just mad, don't lie."

"I am not mad!"

"Yeah, you mad."

"I am not angry!"

"Whatever, Honchkrow start this off with a powerful Night Slash. We will slay the gods, one at a time."

As Mewtwo began to enact his revenge, by harnessing his malevolent aura, Honchkrow quickly began to act. Mewtwo never faltered, because he was a god of sorts. What did he have to fear? Besides omnipotent Stantlers with glowing red noses? Honchkrow showed him exactly what he should fear. Honchkrow flew at his levitating foe and harnessed his dark energy into his wing. Once he reached Mewtwo, Honchkrow crashed his wing down onto the cocky psychic legend.

To Mewtwo's surprise it was enough to make him worry. The bird had insanely powerful attacks. How could this be? He was Mewtwo after all. After contemplating the scenario, he found the cause of all of his issues.

"THE BEARD! That Is the source of your power! I should have figured it out earlier!" cried out Mewtwo.

It was too late now, there was nothing he could do. Another attack from Honchkrow would lower his energy enough that he may be captured, and that was something he would never allow to happen. He turned around and began to leave. As he left, he swore revenge and decided to help out future opponents. He quick spun around launched a ball of pure aura energy, and disappeared.

Honchkrow tried to move out of the way, but could not. His wing was clipped and it hurt considerably. All in all he was alright, though. Soon enough his next opponent surfaced, it was another Wynaut. It had come to avenge its brother's defeat. Honchkrow began to act without even waiting for Neon's orders. It taunted the creature and sent out a pulse of dark energy.

The same trick that had knocked down his brother, also took down him down just as easily. Wynaut admitted his loss and slowly began to shamefully walk home to his brother, to being the bad news. Honchkrow just snickered at the misfortune of the small creature. It wanted to get on to more thrilling opponents like the Mewtwo from earlier. It had been completely dominant other than that one battle.

Just as Honchkrow wished it, so it was. Before him stood a new opponent. It had a very proud and powerful stature. It was a descendant of man's best friend, and now it had come to show this bird exactly what was up. It was a fierce Mightyena that also wanted a good fight, and it had heard of this birds power from the nearby pokemon. They both stared each other down, watching and waiting for the other to make the first move or show obvious weakness. Honchkrow sensed this and stumbled over holding its wing. Now the question was, would Mightyena take the bait? It did. Mightyena took the opportunity and leapt towards the bird. Honchkrow quickly rose from the ground, leaving an empty spot for Mightyena to jump into. As it landed, it realized that it had fallen into a trap. Honchkrow was already descending on it, too quickly for Mightyena to react. Honchkrow only needed to hear the name of its most powerful move, to be ready to strike down its opponent.

"Loki, use Brave Bird!"

Honchkrow began to glow as its descent quickened. It had heard the words come out of its trainer's mouth and it was happy to oblige. it became faster and faster until it was a just a blur that collided head on, crushing the poor dog into the ground. Everything went great, until the recoil set in. Honchkrow began to wobble and shake a little as it stared down the retreating puppy. Its wings hurt and it had a hard time not showing it. Good thing it only had one more challenger before one of its master's other pokemon took over. He wondered which it would be. He knew he had been chosen second, so obviously Metagross went first. Well, he would look forward to sharing stories with the other pokemon when they returned home. Especially bragging about beating Mewtwo... Twice.

As he readied himself for his final battle, his challenger appeared. Making itself known through a blood curtling roar. This scared Honchkrow a little. What kind of ferocious creature could make a horrifying noise like that. Then Honchkrow actually got to see his opponent. It was a small punk ball of puff. How could something that small make such a noise? That was just beyond his comprehension. He readies himself to deliver a swift final blow.

"Honchkrow finish this with one last Night Slash."

Cleffa went down quickly. One powerful hit from Honchkrow's wing and it just couldn't take it anymore. Cleffa took off running. Neon and Honchkrow celebrated for a second, before Neon realized what came next. He quickly returned Honchkrow to its ball, and just in time. The familiar beam sorrounded Neon and he was soon off to another far away land.

This time he ended up on a mountain of some sort, covered in snow. Neon again fell, but this time gracefully landed on his feet. Things were starting to look up, he was almost at Santa, he just had this last area to go. Neon wondered exactly what kind of guy Santa was.

His thoughts were interrupted by a new intrusive character. This time, it was a Smoochum who wante to battle. Neon quickly reached for his third pokeball and released the pokemon inside. A Jolteon came out, happy and ready to start fighting.

"Luz, let's start this out with a Shadow Ball!"

Jolteon stared the opponent Smoochum down, glaring in a menacing manner the entire time. It was ready to take down some opposing pokemon. It called upon its inner most energy and began to create an orb full of ghostly power, pulling energy from the sorrouding spirits. The orb took on a dark grey color and continue to grow, ready to fell the opposing pokemon with little to no effort. As Smoochum saw this ball forming, it decided that just being hit by it would be a bad thing. It turned around and ran clear out of the way of any harm. Jolteon still wanted to fire the ball, so it aimed as best as it could and let the ball soar in the direction of the fleeing pokemon.

Soon a new threat appeared. A crooked rabbit with dangerous hook hands. Some might consider it a crook. Some might throw the book at it. And some might call it captain, but whatever they did, they knew to fear the hook. Luz quickly began making the ticking noise common in older clocks, and the rabbit began to look around scared, wondering how an alligator could be on this frozen mountain.
