This is the thread for general chit-chat, feedback, suggestions, and questions regarding the National Park.

Feel free to discuss new ideas, challenge old ones, and offer new ways of doing things. Don't be afraid to speak up or to ask about anything Park-related you're not sure about. Remember, the only stupid question is the one not asked!

I'm about 500 credits short of going through the park proper, and don't feel ready to battle yet--so where can I RP?

Unfortuantely, not within the Park yet :( Also, you'll need some Pokeballs in addition to paying the Entrance Fee, so that would mean more money to go through the Park.

The best way would be to battle to make more money, but there might be some surprises like freebies too, so you might wanna wait :p

Okay, I'll wait a bit--I doubt I'd be able to win in battle with a Pichu, anyway.

My Shinx has a better chance of winning in a battle, but, not by much really. I suppose I'll risk a battle later, but I'll wait for a bit first.

Likewise, I'll try a battle when I have some semblance of a team

Even losing a battle earns you $500, so you will slowly build up money that way.

I know, but beating the stuffing out of a Pichu isn't what I want to do at the moment

It's true. I suppose another way to earn pokemon would be to write a Story. It's free to do and you can aim for any Pokemon. That will help build up your team.

Okay, I'll try for a Pidgey if the battle doesn't go well

So, maybe I missed the link, but how do you determine the "TM/HM/BM/SM/MT" of a pokemon? Do you choose the ones you like, or is there a perimeter set?

Also, if the discount on the National park at 3500 or at 1750?

Added moves are bought with money. Good luck on buying them :D

Discount is at $1 750 at the moment.

EDIT: You can only make a Pokemon learn all in all 5 BMs/SMs/MTs. It can have all the TMs/HMs it learns.

    Very simple question:

    Where are the Rangers?

I haven't seen one person go into the Main RP. Just a bunch of applications.

That's because the Rangers ususally opt for Individual RPs based on what the Trainer orders.
    Look in there. ;D

Yeah, but will there ever be people who go into the Main RP?

If there are any BMGers that want to go there. I've noticed there are only a few Pe2kers that choose the Main RP but I've heard that you guys are pretty big on role playing together so maybe it will become more popular here.

I've got quite a bit on my plate right now so I won't be taking any more people through the Park for a while, but I'd like to say hello to all of you guys. :3

Well then, what's the point of the main RP? If no one goes there...why not close it down and just have it all be individual RP?

Because some people DO go there.
If they want to interact with thier friends, then they choose the Main RP. If they want to get in and get out because of the Pokemon, then they choose individual.

It's all up to the trainer.
