Quick Question: In the Meteor Valley, why is Gardevoir (and to a lesser extent, Metagross) under the Special category and not the Rare one?

 

Probably because their full evos and really tough to get by any other method.
(unless your name is bumblebee because that guy bathes in diamonds, i swear)

do we post the stats iin a special way or is it just as if there are more pokemon thatn usual, and grouped into 2 groups? and if we must escort one out, does it become a normal rp, or do we terminate the whole run?

 

If you're asking about the Team Run, I had some problems with that too. Look at my style (imperfect as it is) to get some ideas. I just group the two Trainers separately.

Regarding the leaving, if one person leaves for whatever reason then it turns into a normal run.

As for the Team Run, yeah, just log both Trainers in the same log, but keep their stats separate. If one person leaves and it becomes a normal RP, continue using that log as a normal log for one Trainer. Just note when the RP switched to a normal one.
