The Ultra Dex (Gen V) - Discussion

If you haven't noticed yet, the Ultra Dex for Gen V has already been posted in the URPG Battles forum.

New features include Dream World Ability and Story Rank classification.

Improvements include BM/MT/SMs being listed for all stages of Pokemon (instead of the previous See ??? for BM/MT/SM), and better, more accurate ability descriptions. Note that those ability descriptions are still the shorter versions. You would have to refer to the list of abilities in Reffing Encyclopedia or Smogon to find out the detailed explanation of an ability.

This thread will serve as a discussion, suggestion, and reporting thread. For any suggestions on the Ultra Dex (eg. new features to add), they can be posted here. For any mistakes that you found or spotted, feel free to post here so that we can make the appropriate edits, in making the Ultra Dex one step closer towards perfection.

 

Metagross has Hammer Arm listed twice in its level ups

Floatzel has Aqua Tail listed as a level up and a BM/MT/SM as well. Which one is it?

 

Flame Burst was spelt fully in lower case letters when I was reading through earlier

 

Machop/Machoke/Machamp both have Light Screen listed as BMs and TMs

Dunno if you guys were aware and were just waiting on removing it, but whatever

Is there the possibility of adding Pokemon weights to the Ultra-dex, as there are several moves that use it as a determining factor.

It says Feebas can learn Rain Dance by TM but Milotic learns it via level up

 

Ralts gets Wish via Event, so that would be... SM for it, Kirlia, and Gallade (with Gardevoir getting it via Level Up still)?

 

Fixed.

We didn't list it via SM because Gardevoir gets it by Level-Up, and we don't list moves that the final evolution already gets.

I edited it to "Wish SM (for Gallade evolutions only)" however.

 

Found an error in the refpedia..

curse is still listed as ??? type when its now ghost type

 

Absorb, Mega Drain, Leech Seed, Growth, Cotton Spore, Stun Spore, Gust, Razor Leaf, Poison Powder, Giga Drain, Charm, Tailwind, Helping Hand, Energy Ball, Cotton Guard, Sunny Day, Endeavor, SolarBeam, Hurricane

Whimsicott has Cottonspore and Mega Drain listed twice. So it should be what's above.

Also, this thread says that Rocky Helmet does 1/6 damage while I'm told it does 1/8.

 

Donphan is missing Bulldoze in its lvl up moves. Both Veekun and Bulbapedia list this, but not Smogon as of yet.

 

Houndoom learns Roar via level up, but its listed in the TMs as well.

 

Smogon hasn't done anything yet as we've found out earlier haha

 

Maybe include the other Shellos/Gastrodon sprite?

 

Endeavor is listed both as BM for Aron and its evos and MT for Aggron. Which?
