CrazyLilChicken (Ludicolo, Sceptile, Absol) vs. BlackGroudon (Lucario, Raichu, Lanturn)

Crazy had some pretty bad luck :/ Ludicolo couldn't do enough to Lucario and accidentally activated its ability, Steadfast. Lucario did some major damage to Sceptile, and Sceptile did some major damage to Raichu, but the healthy Lanturn was able to withstand Absol's attacks until Absol was KO'd, sealing the deal. Good game!

Hey this was actually enjoyable! Ash had this hard for the short time he was in, after a Snatch stole some of the potential momentum it had. However, Ash took down Milotic (at an impressive 3hp!!) before falling the next turn. Armaldo's lack of sub and apparent danger from an AncientPower boost made it a pretty big target, and Metang managed to sneak a Psych Up before Armaldo was taken down. Because both of the Metas were boosted and subbed, they aimed for a common, more susceptible target - Banette. After that was KO'd, it was down to the two robots. However, the chivalrous Metang wouldn't lay a robotic finger on its gender-ambiguous sibling, so Blue forfeited, giving the win to Neon. Good game!

Morru started with the lead, taking out Zeb while remaining at semi-respectable health, but then Empoleon came in. And set up one Swords Dance. From there, it was able to take out the rest of Morru's team while taking pitiful damage. It looked like Seedot was going to make a comeback but it didn't. Good game!

It could've gone either way at the start, but Felly's Metagross was strong enough to take down the Dusknoir. It even managed to put a dent in Lucario before Meta was KO'd. Claydol then came in and KO'd with an Earthquake. Electrode thought it could score some damage with Mirror Coat, but Felly simply took the opportunity to set up. Volt realized that he wouldn't be able to win the showdown, so he Exploded. Raptor came in, also realized that it couldn't win, and Final Gambitted to take out Claydol. However, Felly still had two healthy Pokemon, so she defended her gym. Good game!

Skarmory set up spikes while Serp used Dtail, which gave Forretress her time to shine! Forretress took out Ludicolo and dented Venusaur before it was KO'd. Metagross could withstand a Weather Ball in the Sun from Venusaur, but Airik went instead for the Sleep Powder. Which missed. Axion took out Venusaur with Bullet Punch before taking Serperior out as well. Good game!

Airik was chosen to send first, and Toxicroak came in against Amoongus. After a bit of a switching game, Scizor gained the lead by taking out Ludicolo (after Toxicroak dented both Ludi and Volcarona). The sleeping Politoed was simply set-up bait for Magcargo, and Maggy took the advantage to set up 2 Shell Smashes. From there, the game was basically over. Magcargo hid behind a substitute, outsped its opponents, and took out the rest of Airik's team. Good game!

Pretty fun FFA! There were some awesome moments (tbh Zam's Zap Cannon hitting Lugia was one of the best things my dice have ever done (no offense Ash)) and there was a bit of some funny move-making towards the end, but eventually Arcanine put itself in a position where it couldn't be taken down. Hitmonchan and CommBA, two of the world's most chivalrous creatures, bowed out at the end. Good game!

Basic stuff. Meowth outsped Syn's Gastly, so it took the wins when Gastly was a baby. Night Slash also critted once, OHKOing and giving no pay to anybody. Haunter, on the other hand, was a much stronger player. It was able to reliably take a crit Night Slash and 2hko/outspeed with Dark Pulse. Haunter won the rest. No pay for Airik because Meowth is a perma. Good games!

Wrave sent out Top first, and Ketchum had a swell counter to it with Archeops. It used Acrobatics to OHKO, and then U-Turned out from Feraligatr into Serperior. Serp then used the Contrary boosts from Leaf Storm to sweep the rest of Wrave's team, occasionally healing up with Giga Drain as necessary. Good game!

Syn took out the weather and replaced it with Rain, which kinda crippled Besty's team. Full accuracy Thunders were being fired off, which ended up paralyzing Rotom-Heat. Rotom and Jolteon had a skirmish, which ended in Jolteon Roaring Rotom into Flareon. Flareon swapped to Blaziken, which took a Thunder Wave and was KO'd shortly, but not before taking out Jolteon's sub. Rotom came back in, died, and then Arcanine/Flareon finished off the job. AND THEN SURPRISE A GLALIE SHOWED UP. It took out Flareon, but its Moody boosts weren't really helping it out. It died quickly, and Dugtrio came in to finish up the battle. Good game!

Felly's Glaceon was certainly a defensive threat in the gym, but Lapras was able to take advantage of the situation and set up in Glaceon's face. Lefties supported the subs, which supported the Ddances, which supported the sweep. Lapras took out Glaceon, Roar'd away the Cradily, 2hko'd Ampharos, and then Perish Stalled until Cradily could no longer listen to those tacky show tunes and died. Good game!

SPECIAL RULE: Helds are on! However, two Pokemon are forced to switch items at the end of every turn! Consumable items, such as berries and gems, regenerate only when switched.

Not nearly as stally and annoying as everyone thought it would be!! I actually had fun reffing this! The game started with a bunch of subs, lefties, and poison heals. However, when Besty sent an attack against Scizor, people piled that Flareon. Hard. P2 and Gliscor B also took out Breloom on the same turn, narrowing the FFA down to just 10. Both Gliscors were instant targets, seeing that nobody wanted to be tricked a Toxic Orb, so they were handled swiftly. Bronzong took out Swampert with ease, as Porygon2 took out the Scizor with a well placed Hidden Power (Fire!!) that narrowed it down to 6. Hariyama had spent its time boosting its defense and attack, but it hadn't boosted its special defense - Metagross and Bronzong (with some help from Ludi) took care of that. Everything remaining was either pumping out Rain-boosted STAB Water attacks or trying to take down those waters. Bronzong went down first due to an onslaught of moves, and Metagross fell shortly after due to a lucky Zap Cannon from P2. Porygon2 and Feraligatr took out the Ludicolo until it was only two of the original dojo masters left. Through some clever playing, P2 was able to take advantage of Feraligatr's lack of Rain to take the KO. Magik and his Porygon2 win! Good game!

Weavile was taken down by Ttar's Brick Break, and Ttar was taken down by Infernape soon after. Gliscor scared away the fire monkey, who was replaced by Gyara. However, Gyara wasn't able to do any damage, as it was 2hko'd with a combination of Acrobatics/Sand/Thunder Fang. When Raichu came in, it Encored Gliscor into Tfang, and Gliscor soon switched out to Cradily. Cradily was encored into Toxic, which killed Raichu quickly, but not before a Focus Punch was fired off. Infernape finished off Cradily, but it soon fell to Gliscor's strong Acrobatics. Good game!
