Derian got boned multiple times by my bad rolls. Arcy surprised me with its bulk, and Froslass Destiny Bonded Swampert, giving Arcy a second shot at the bat. A lucky Par roll (Derian's first one) swung the match - Flare Blitz raped Mamo, and P-Z cleaned it up after recoil KO.

Ayotui vs Banditos

Ayotui: Togekiss, Mantine, Flygon
Banditos: Sceptile, Vaporeon, Rhyperior

Banditos was very lucky in this game. First managed to get Crit with Sceptiles Leaf Blading Mantine and finshed with another Leaf Blade. Kiss came in and scared Sceptile and Rhyperior came in. A lot of flinches were seen and Magic Leaf KO'ed Rhyperior. Vaporeon was sent in on yawn and woke up next turn, lukcy dice for Banditos. Kiss took down Vaporeon but fell to Sceptile. In the end Sceptile and Flygon were at low health each and If Sceptile hadn't got that last Crit with Leaf Blade, Flygon would have won. But there was a crit and at the end Ayotui was cursing, alot.

CW: Blaziken, Walrein, Mismagius

Alakazam was switched in immediately and got hit with a Blaze kick... that was a critical and burned. PZ came in, downloaded sp atk, and used Nasty Plot as Walrein was switched in. Zap Cannon OHKO'd. After a few Psybeams, both Blaziken and Mismagius were taken care of.

Merry New Year to you all, and a Happy Belated Christmas! I hope you aren't too badly hungover, because it is time for Round Three to begin!

- Monbrey and Roulette Dares were moved on as there had been inactivity from their opponents.
- Battles are now 4 on 4, so wages will be bumped up by $500 each. Further details see below.

Payments are $2.5k for winner, $1.5k for loser, and $2.5k for referee.

You only have one week now to move to complete your battles! (8th of January). If all battles are completed before that time, we will move onto Round Four! If you wish to or need to forfeit (IE, have to go on holiday), please contact me and we can arrange it
If you accidentally type an EM during your battle, that isn't a cause for disqualification, just change your move
And refs, PLEASE post your logs here, NOT in your reffing logs!!! You will recieve a tournament wage at the end of Round Six, so you will get your money!

Infernape died quickly to Flygon, who then avoided Golem's Explosion by Digging. Empoleon revenge killed what was left of Flygon, before falling to Electivire's type advantage. Gallade's Hypnosis kept missing, letting Roulette take the victory.

... What? They are going to do an entire rematch of 4v4 just because someone screwed up and sent an illegal mon?

Its an illegal mon, he shouldn't have used it. If I let him carry on, then we might as well remove the psuedo legendary rule. I think it is more fair if they rebattle, as it gives Haze another shot and Rag should have known better than to have sent out a Psuedo

*EDIT*

After consulting with a higher power (Pidge), ragnarok will be disqualified, as it was a serious breach of rules that were clearly and repeatedly stated. Also, TED will only recieve only $2000 as it counts as a normal battle, not a tourney battle. Haze and Rag should recieve normal 4V4 wages as well

Not too sure how it's "unfair" to them. It takes up some extra time, but I'm sure Haze would love to have a second chance. And once Rag finds out what he did was wrong, and that he might have lost if it weren't for Metagross being there, he'll understand that a rematch is necessary and not really "unfair" to him.
