    Due to a miscommunication between myself and Ace, the following change will be made to this tournament:

    ALL MEMBERS, REGARDLESS of when they joined the URPG, may take part in this tournament.

    The reason for this change is simple. We have already had a new-member-only tournament, and we also currently have the Dojos. To have another "new-member" tournament on top of these things is sort of pushing it, and to be honest, the URPG has been open here for about nine months now. I'm not exactly sure anyone whose been around since April 15th can be considered new now, since it's almost been a year.

    On top of that, everyone is already on equal footing, since no EMs are allowed. Even more experienced members may not do so well when they're popular Mon don't have access to all their EMs. When you're forced to rely on moves you don't normally use, I count that as inexperience.

    On top of this, the no EM rule is going to be edited a bit to make more sense: Any Pokemon you enter can have EMs, it simply cannot use them during tournament battles.

    I think that's pretty much everything.

    The moves a Smeargle gets through Sketch aren't EMs, so there shouldn't be a problem using one. EMs = Breeding Moves, Tutor Moves, Special Moves, and Techinical/Hidden Machines, and Sketch is none of those. So go wild ^^.
