Battles can be done on AIM, or the forum, I highly encourage that you try to get at least two battles done a week, as otherwise this will be a lengthy tournament.

To clarify, if you can get Three members online, yes, you can puppet those absent.
I.E If Pidge, Jr and Anna were online and wanted to battle, they could puppet me or Feng.
I would prefer at least 3 people be present for this to happen, however if the team is fine with it, 2 is ok.

Also, Remember that only 4 people will be battling, so make sure to send who is sitting out and consequently their pokemon that won't be participating, then the ref shall announce it.

Also, come on, pick up the pace, let's see some battles happening.
