OI. NO NEGLECTING POISONS OKAY. I like Captain Dude's idea sounds good to me. I also believe the Dojo should remain TPW exclusive or "Join at the same time as" like you did before. I am assuming it went all smoothly, so why not? It would give all the newer members some battling experience together.

I say Fossil is right this is a good idea lets do it. And leave the Dark Pokemon out of it I like Poisons. Also the Dojo should remain on just TPW that's were most of the new people will be so, why put it on both that's just more work for Mods. As for letting anyone battle new or old I say why not so most of them will get there butts kicked that's good the more you lose the more you learn because if you never fall down how will you learn to pick yourself up? you wont. So let all members battle it out plus watching old members battle will show the new guys how to battle as well it will be good for all of them.

I'm fairly certain that no matter what decision we make on how to run the dojos themselves, older members aren't going to be allowed to participate, and there really isn't much point in discussing it.

I do like the dual-type idea, but it's going to be difficult to make a decision on how to pair them up. I think the best way would be to sort into two lists, kinda like Primary and Secondary types. Water and Electric would both be Primary types, so they couldn't be paired with each other.

Just a thought, you could also use the old way of splitting Physical/Special based on types for the list.

Just popping in to say that I'm not sure giving Dojos (or whatever they are) two types to play with is a particularly good idea. I thought the general idea behind this was to give the newbies some practice in getting and defending a gym, and having two types to utilise would mean that a Dojo would play much differently to a Gym.

Perhaps you should choose the types by how common they are in the games? For example, there are an assload of Water gyms, so do a Water Dojo, and there are no Darks/one Poison so give those types a miss.

Chain, you make a good point. I change my mind we need to give them experience for one type not mulitples at once. Most Gym's have duo type Pokemon anyways.
