Sou started the battle at a disadvantage, leading with Zard in the rain, as well as having few helds.
Despite this, Vultan didn't gain a real lead, as he was more or less matching Sou in damage output.
Though he nearly lost the battle, a error by Sou allowed him to narrowly take the win.

This game was intense from the start, with highly offensive 'mons forcing the others out rapidly.
Neon made the first mistake, forgetting Rock Tomb's BP and allowing Mence to get into KO range from M-Luc.
However, he also scored the first KO, on M-Luc; unfortunately for him, this also cost the first full team reveal.
The battle slowed as both trainers went back-and-forth, which continued until Neon forfeited, as he felt he was losing the game.
