Okay so provided there's no problem I'm interested in taking over this for the summer. Quality is gonna definitely be something that we'll strive for this time around to keep a certain standard (like a real paper!). I'd also like there to be representation from all of the sections.

What I need writers for:

•Pokemon of the week
•Gym leader interview
•RP of the week
•Story of the week
•A flash back segment (looking at how the URPG has changed over the years to where it is now. Each segment will take a different aspect. Possibly not in every issue)
•Future of URPG column. Deals with a multitude of different issues.
•Artist for each issue
•Artists for comics of the week. These were one of the best parts and basically the worse the art, the better so have no fear if you aren't the most artsy!
•A short written piece from one or several of our amazing authors. These would hopefully cover a different theme or concept each week and would be around 5,000 characters or so I'm thinking. A taster for what stories offer if nothing more!
•Grammar Quality Control. Would read through the articles and tidy 'em up!

What I will personally be writing:

•Brief editorial section
•URPG metagame article - this will focus on a number of things including biggest threats, trends, underrated mons, unique niches, E4 tricks, and so forth. I will be doing two of these myself per issue.
•Other sections if not much interest

I think this could be a great revival if there's enough interest, and pay will be given out according to the individual input per week! If interested, just post here or message me saying what you would like to write for! I'm definitely open to suggested articles too

Edit: And a battler will be rolled from pre-determined list of applicants. Thanks felly!

 

Maybe the target thing where we pick a trainer & people battle them for pay? I dunno, just a thought, since battles have been pretty slow lately 'cause school & shiz.
