Personality: With a calm composure, he never folds under pressure. A very high determination to win at any cost. Short in speech when it comes to conversing with others, but loves to carry on a conversation with his pokemon. With mystery all around him, Roark pushes people away. Roark believes in power and strategy and that no one can rival his abilities in battle

Description: 5'9 with shaggy silver hair and emerald eyes. Roark wears a short sleeved black and silver battle vest that goes below his waist. His pants are black leather and wears black boost with silver buckles. He wears gauntlet like black leather gloves with and silver design around each wrist. As for accessories there is a dark grey belt around his waist that holds his Pokeballs as well as a pendent around his neck.

Not approved. Keep in mind the following:

- In order to capture Pokemon in the Park, Parkballs are required; a Trainer that does not use them will have an impossible time.
- Personality, which describes how a character acts, is only a couple of sentences. Try to flesh this out more, (why does she act distrustful of humans, does she act that way constantly, etc...)
- Pokemon language is universal, not split be species. Some can speak telepathically, but otherwise they understand each other well enough.

Once your sign-up is updated, feel free to post again. Please keep in mind that a lot of Rangers are busy with RL though, so please be patient.

I'll also add to keep in mind reality for some of your facts. Even the anime has some rules to follow--it's pretty close to our reality minus a few cartoon physics things.

At only 97 pounds and being 5'2", a human character probably IS malnourished. They have facts you can research about that to be certain of suitable weight for height and age.

Also, humans can't physically go into Pokeballs--not that I've seen without some crazy sci-fi set up at least. If you're going to claim that, you probably need much more sufficient explanation to back it up.

Personality: Andrea is the flyest girl you’ll ever meet. There’s an air of confidence that makes most girls of her age envious. She does not need people to tell her she’s beautiful, for she already knows she is. She does not care for the opinions of others. She’s chill and laidback, with a natural aura of indifference veiling her, making her seem like some sort of cool mystery that boys can’t help but desire to get close to despite knowing that they’ll experience the acute pain of rejection and being brushed off like a mote of dust on an expensive fur coat. As an introvert, her social energy depletes easily and as such she is not the kind of person to hang out with friends for long periods of time. She dislikes small talk and prefers people to cut to the chase. She prides on efficiency and decisiveness, which when applied to the battlefield, means that she prefers a swift clean defeat over a messy dragged out loss (if she cannot achieve a quick victory, of course).

I’ll be playing my character self from my story. Unlike the youngster kids, he started his journey as a young adult of age 18. Having had adventures through six different leagues [Kanto, Johto, Orange Islands, Orre, Hoenn, and Sinnoh] he had seen it all and had become a great Trainer. He only had Kanto and Johto badges and had seen many of the 450 Pokemon known at the time. Because it hasn’t been written yet, the details of his past adventures are only a faint memory. We do know he was on top of the world when suddenly and without warning, he dropped out of existence. It was an event that he never got over even to this day. As if the pain wasn’t enough already, Stantler, one of his Pokemon that had been at his side for almost every step of the way for those 8 years, had passed away. And that was it, he stopped his adventure cold turkey and turned to isolation.
Two slow years later.
He received a curious visit from someone he had once traveled with which helped remind him how much he had left behind and unfinished. He was going nowhere staying here, perhaps it was time to finally do something about it. It had been 10 years since he started, but unlike riding a bike, it won’t be that easy to get on and become a Trainer again. Clearing through his stacks of Pokemon related mail, he came across a pamphlet of a far off location in the Orange Islands. Before the dreaded event, he was going to check this place out: The National Park. Might as well pick up where he left off and see where it leads...

5'10". Messy, medium length brown hair. Blue Eyes. Less than average build due to not eating and exercising properly. Black sunglasses. An old grey shirt showing a lot of wear around the collar. Light grey and dark green patch-like designed jacket with side pockets and a zipper down the front; also has a hood. Faded dark pants with frayed strings hanging off the bottom. Worn dark brown hiking shoes. Navy blue backpack that a typical school kid would use. Gasp, no hat!

[Personality]
Believes more in his own abilities than in trusting others. For this reason, he keeps to himself. Works better independently. Goal oriented and is determined to achieve it. Relies on common sense but can react on instinct when necessary. Has little interest in anything that doesn’t involve him. Afraid that his lengthy inactive time away has made him too weak to be a relevant Trainer. Afraid that they still don’t want him around any more. Self conscious. Easily bothered by the smallest things. Hardly smiles anymore. As for Pokemon, especially his own, he loves and respects each and every one.

Name: Dictator (yes, that's their legal name), no legal last name, takes the last name "O'Malley" when needed

Gender: Unknown, uses they/them pronouns, intersex

Personality: In public, Dictator is flamboyant and on fire. They are loud, tend to be bossy, and make their presence known. They are usually quite overwhelming, and if it was not for their Pokemon, they'd probably get beat up a lot more. Easy to annoy and fluster, also easily frightened. Believes they are a lesser god of some sort. Privately or with close friends, they are skittish, shy, reserved, and cry easily.

Description: Primarily black but technically multi-racial as they have white in them. Small and slightly overweight in their stomach area. Flat-chested. African features, and brown African-type hair kept in a short, loose afro. Brown skinned and brown eyed. Not well mentally. Unable to care for or live by themselves, which is why they have Pokemon. Neurodivergent. Is autistic. Also suffers from ADHD, paranoid personality disorder, borderline personality disorder, clinical/seasonal depression, executive dysfunction, an anxiety disorder, disordered eating, and a likely myriad of other issues not yet diagnosed or researched.
They are active but due to disordered eating is either slightly overweight or rapidly losing weight. Right now, they are slightly overweight. Suffers from insomnia and acid reflux issues.
