“Oh, I see,” Seq commented, watching the Electrode. Now it was getting feisty, using two moves for no reason at all. “Well, we can play the same game, can’t we, NASCAR?”

The Gastrodon only gurgled out some random bubbles. He was a messy sea slug, though, after all this time together, Seq knew what it meant.

“Another Muddy Water and then Recover. We’ll need you, you know.”

“Grrblughrrrr.” Foam dripped from the agape maw, falling on the disgusting cave floor. It was already a mess from the last several attacks. Lana and Pi were recoiling from the dirt.

NASCAR attempted to gather it all up, having the porous under-slick to do just that. He absorbed the disgusting mud water, raising it as a second wall. Not only would it provide an attack, but time to rest and Recover. He was bathed in white light, even behind the thick dirt, ready to attack, ready to heal.

“Oh wow, that defeated the Electrode? NASCAR, I am impressed!”

Pi jumped in the air, clapping her tiny brown paws. Lana simply rolled her eyes while Lonnie drifted about aimlessly. He was still nervous being in a dark, damp cave. Noticing this, Pi looked at the older grass type. Her tail sparked, lighting up the cave as if it were a sterile room, rather than a hole near the sea.

“Blazi,” Lana exclaimed. The added light revealed a funky piece of Candy Corn lying on the ground. She picked it up and handed it to her master.

“Huh. Well. Thanks,” the man said, puzzled by the odd items Pokemon were leaving behind. “Three exits this time? Er… How about heading west?”
