    vs. Raichu BP3

(Yeah, it is pretty cool to work with a Ditto. I gotta get me one.)

Sean couldn’t deal with Raichu’s electric attack like he had done with Elekid. For one, Raichu’s Thundershock attack was more focused and packed more of a punch, than Elekid’s weak and scattered Discharge attack. He had to think outside of the box. Then, he had an idea.

“Dii-Chan, grab a piece paneling off the floor and use it as a shield,” he commanded the Ditto.

His plan was flawless. Since this was a huge power plant, there was a risk of attracting electric-type Pokémon who could cause problems. The electricity that they produced could conflict with the systems within the plan. To counter that problem, everything, including the floor tiles, was counted with a special insulation formula. This meant that Ditto could use the floor tiles as a shield!

Ditto quickly grabbed one of the tiles from the ground and held it in from of him like a shield. The electric shock bounced off of the panel and went out the window. Raichu was confused. What happened? He thought. He continued to release electricity, which continued to bounce off of the panel. Sean decided to take advantage of the position he had situation.

"Dii-Chan, start chucking some rocks at Raichu! Feel free to take some liberties with Napetaro's form."

Ditto used his morphing abilities to create several more limbs that he could use to throw some of the debris on the ground at the Raichu. It looked like a mutated Infernape. The slimy appendages came out of the Pokémon’s back. I was kind of disgusted, yet strangely intrigued. I wondered how Napetaro felt about his body being mutilated in such a fashion.

Raichu started to get angry as he was constantly pelted by the transformed Ditto. He realized that he was being had. The Raichu plant his feet firmly into the ground. Then, he lunged at the Ditto. He pulled his fist back, which started to give off electricity. Then, he threw it forward. His intent was to punch the Ditto was his electrified fist.

    Re: Individual RP: Nyurgh

    "Temper temper," I chuckled.

Raichu had used Thunderbolt hoping to keep its distance from Dii-chan and the borrowed form's powerful Physical attacks. I was amazed by how easily I was able to get it to resort to close-range attacks again. Dii-Chan clearly had the advantage in close-quarters combat, and Raichu's aggravated state would only lead to further screw-ups. First thing's first, I had to shield Dii-Chan from the Thunderpunch.

"Dii-Chan, gather more panels to create a wall," I commanded.

Dii-chan used the extra limbs it had grown to pick up more pieces of the broken floor and walls. One-by-one it stacked the pieces, forming an improvised wall of electric-resistant metal. My only hope was that Raichu's attack wouldn't send my Pokemon toppling backwards on impact.

"Dii-Chan, once Raichu makes contact, I want you to reach over your barrier and toss it into the air!" I yelled.

What I had hoped was, Raichu's attack would be slowed down enough for Dii-Chan to grab it and flip into the air. Dii-Chan seemed to love this, it chuckled as it morphed its body to grow a large lasso-like growth from the base of its spine. By this point, Napetaro's body structure was completely disfigured, grossing even me out. Still, I was excited for the outcome of my careful planning. There was just one last detail I needed...

"Okay Dii-Chan, if you manage to toss Raichu, I want you to transform your tail into a razor sharp claw," I explained, "and then I want you to use a combo-attack on the airbourne Raichu. First hit it with a Fury Swipes, and then end the combo with Shadow Claw!"

Napetaro's mutant tail expanded, creating a small fan-like limb with four sets of sharp claws. If Raichu was launched airbourne, this fan-like growth would untwist, furiously clawing at the rat. Once that attack ended, the claws would then melt together, forming a giant claw that would surround itself in dark energy, possibly crippling Raichu.

    vs. Raichu BP4

As Raichu charged at the Ditto, Sean decided to use the tiles to his advantage again. He ordered his Ditto to create a wall from the tiles. Ditto used its hands and the extra limbs it created to stack the tiles up to create a wall. It would hide behind this while Raichu attacked.

“Dii-Chan, once Raichu makes contact, I want you to reach over your barrier and toss it into the air!" Sean further commanded Ditto to use Fury Swipes and Shadow Claw. He wanted to get as much damage in as possible.

Raichu had reached his opponent, now all he had to do was land the hit. He was surprised and frustrated when the Ditto constructed an electric-resistant wall at the last minute, negating his attack. He was more frustrated when the Ditto created a sort of rope from its body that it used to attack him. Ditto wrapped the rope around him and tossed him into the air.

While Raichu was in the air, Ditto formed a few small claws from his mutant tail. After that, Ditto rearranged his molecules to create a larger claw that turned dark black and swiped over the Raichu. Upon contact, Raichu's body started to generate static. Luckily, Ditto was protected against being paralyzed. All of the force from the attacks had knocked Raichu high towards the ceiling.

Raichu recovered himself in mid-air and started to glow yellow. His body started to static and he released a sudden bolt of electricity on the transform Pokémon.

    Re: Individual RP: Nyurgh

"These Electric attacks are getting on my nerves!" I yelled, "Dii-Chan, fight back with Flamethrower!"

Dii-Chan wobbled back, inhaling pure oxygen just as Napetaro had done earlier. Inside its mouth, small flames began to spark. Eventually, the oxygen was drained, igniting a massive inferno. Dii-Chan exhaled, releasing a powerful jetstream of burning fire that clashed with Raichu's electric-type attack. I needed more power, otherwise we would be in a deadlock again.

"Dii-Chan, we need to resort to a dirty trick if we want to make any real progression!" I yelled, smiling when I saw Ditto nod, "glad to see you're on board. We need multiple Flamethrower attacks focused on Raichu, can you do it?"

Suddenly, another Infernape head grew from Dii-Chan's current head, causing me to vomit a little in my mouth. This new head inhaled, going through the same process as the original. The new Flamethrower combined with the old one, creating a larger attack that forced the Thunderbolt back slightly.

    "Dii-chan, we aren't finished yet!"

A third head shot out from the middle one, creating a triplicate Flamethrower. This attack was finally showing some real progress over Raichu's attack. Still, I felt that I had to force Dii-Chan to add more power to its attack.

"Dii-Chan, can you do more?" I asked.

Four more long necks grew from the Napetaro copy's spine, shooting towards the sky and surrounding the airbourne Raichu. These new necks each fired another Flamethrower, but at this point; Dii-Chan had become so disgusting that I couldn't possibly watch this attack.

"Somebody let me know when Dii-Chan starts looking less disgusting," I said, running off the throw-up in the back of the room.

OOC: Man, this is starting to get gruesome.

    vs. Raichu BP5

(Yeah, it is starting to get gruesome. I have an image in my head now that I can't get rid of. :x Also, I hate RPing Raichu. It only learns like 4 moves and I have to use Pikachu's level-up movepool, which sucks in my opinion. It may be combo time soon.)

Sean was getting a bit annoyed by all of the electric attacks that Raichu was resorting to; however, no matter how annoyed he got, he always thought of a way to counter each attack. The trainer ordered Ditto to mutilate Napetaro’s natural body beyond what it was meant to be.

Ditto first started to inhale for a Flamethrower attack. The copy Pokémon released a huge burst of flames that collided with Raichu’s Thunderbolt. The two Pokémon seemed to be heavily matched. Then, under Sean’s command, Ditto started to sprout heads, each one using Flamethrower. The Pokémon continued to do this until there were seven heads, three arms, and a strange slimy tail. The sight of the hideous Pokémon was disgusting.

I may never use another Infernape again, I thought as I stepped back a bit to keep myself from fainting.

With all of the gruesomeness aside, the attack actually faired well against the Raichu. His one Thunderbolt attack did not fare well against seven Flamethrower attacks of equal power. The attack overtook him and pushed him back until he was pinned against the wall by the fire attack. When the abominable Pokémon ended its attack, the Raichu fell to the ground. There were burn marks all over its body.

Sean excused himself and went to the back of the room to throw up from all of the things we’d seen in the room that day. I had to stay and watch Raichu. The little Pokémon was a bit sneaky. While shown was away, he once again started to glow. I noticed that a Pokémon always glowed when it was about to attack. Suddenly, Raichu released a whole burst of electricity that went in every direction. I had to duck and dodge to prevent being electrocuted.

“Watch out!” I yelled to Sean who was still in the corner puking. An attack was headed straight for his Pokémon, and even equally bad, an attack was heading for him!

    “Watch out!” Ranger Dee yelled.

Just as I had recovered from my temporary nausea, Napetaro dove towards me, barely saving me from Raichu's attack. Unfortunately, my situation left Dii-Chan open for attack. Once Napetaro felt that I was safe, he turned towards Raichu, furious.

    "INFERNAPE!" it roared.

"You know," I said, wiping the puke off of my face, "I've had enough of this. Dii-Chan, Napetaro, I want you each to prepare a double Stone Edge."

Both monkey-shaped Pokemon nodded, pounding their arms into the panels, removing large chunks. This was different from the Stone Edge Napetaro had performed earlier. For on thing, there were two large chunks of earth to worry about. Secondly, these armored arms were immune to Raichu's electricity. Both Pokemon rushed the large yellow rat.

    Re: Individual RP: Nyurgh

    vs. Raichu BP6

Just in the nick of time, Sean’s Infernape had managed to save him from being fried. Unfortunately, Sean hadn't been able to react in time to prevent Ditto from being hurt. Infernape turned towards the Raichu and roared in anger. He didn’t appreciate anyone trying to hurt his trainer. Sean also seemed frustrated at the Raichu’s attack because he ordered both Infernape and Ditto to use Stone Edge on the electric mouse Pokémon.

The two Pokémon slammed their fists into the ground, pulling up a big chunk of the ground with them. Then, they both charged at the Raichu with their stone-covered fists pulled back for momentum and ready to strike at a moment’s notice.

Ditto swung at Raichu first, but missed. Raichu jumped up to dodge the Ditto’s attack and landed on its earth-covered fist. Then, while Infernape had thrown his fist at him, Raichu jumped up again and on the ground behind both Pokémon. It released another, larger bolt of electricity that was directed towards both of Sean’s Pokémon.

The fact that two Pokémon were going up against him didn’t seem to faze Raichu one bit. I admired the Pokémon and kind of wished that I was the one battling him instead of Sean. Perhaps I should come here some day, I thought to myself as I watched the Raichu’s amazing prowess.

"Okay Napetaro, use those bulky panels as a barrier and take a breather," I said, "Dii-Chan, leap over Napetaro and hit that Raichu with Close Combat!"

Napetaro slammed its grey-panel covered arms into the ground, taking care to hide himself away from the incoming attack. Dii-chan, still holding the panels on its arms, waited for the attack to connect with Napetaro's arms before streching its rubbery legs and leaping over its partner. It raised its bulky, electric-proof arms and darted towards the orange mouse.

    "That's the way!" I yelled.

Dii-Chan's right arm swung back, as it prepared the five-hit combo associated with Close Combat. First, it would deliver a powerful right hook, followed by a left roundhouse. The roundhouse would fluidly transform into an almost instantaneous right snap-kick, and then a left jab. The combo would end with Dii-Chan swinging both concrete-covered arms straight into Raichu's chin with a double uppercut.

    Re: Individual RP: Nyurgh

    vs. Raichu BP7

Sean used Napetaro as a shield to block Raichu’s incoming attack. The Flame Pokémon slammed its fist into the ground, only exposing the electricity-resistant floor panels. The panels served a kind of blockade that repelled the attack and reflected it off into the ceiling, where it was absorbed and redirected elsewhere.

After the attack had ended, Ditto leapt over Infernape with its arm drawn back. It was getting ready to use Close Combat, a fighting type attack that caused a considerable amount of damage, but also harmed the user. Ditto embraced Raichu in close combat, using a 5-hit combo that you would probably only see in a Kung Fu flick.

After the last hit, a double uppercut that took advantage of the floor panels jammed on Ditto’s arms, landed, Raichu flew up and hit the ceiling. The Pokémon shrieked in pain. I winced from the sound that was created when Raichu made contact with the ceiling.

After falling down to the ground, Raichu staggered back up to his feet. He rushed towards Ditto and lunged at the last minute towards the barrier that Infernape had made. His plan was to smash through the floor panels. Afterwards, he would release a large amount of electricity that would be hard to counter.

    Meanwhile…

I looked around the room. It was a mess. Piles of rubble and dust were everything. That’s gonna take a while to clean up, I thought to myself. I would also have to fill out a lot of paperwork to explain what had happened. I sighed as I visualized the large amount of paperwork that would soon clutter up my desk.

"So, it's going after Napetaro," I winced, "Dii-Chan, drop the panels..."

I swore, even if Dii-Chan lost the extra weight, there was no way it could run fast enough to block Raichu's attack. Of course, there were other ways an amorphous blob could stop a moving object. All it took was a little rubber, and a lot of imagination. Dii-Chan could move fast enough, but it would have to move backwards to move forwards.

"Dii-Chan, stretch both your arms as far back as you possibly can, but be quick about it!"

Dii-Chan quickly snapped its arms, shooting them in our direction. Soon, the tense rubber arms began shaking, and like a kid using a rubberband to shoot small paper projectiles at their classmates, Dii-Chan's rubbery arms gave in, launching themselves forward at an incredible velocity, in a desperate attempt to catch the charging Raichu before it could harm its ally.

"Dii-Chan, I want you to wrap your body around Raichu, trapping it in a rubbery coffin!" I yelled, "but be careful, it'll surely try and unleash an electric attack to break your hold, but I need you to stay strong!"

The two arms opened wide, turning into large purple shovels. The shovels were soon perpendicular with Raichu. It would take careful timing, but if my plan worked, we could end this battle quickly...

    vs. Raichu BP8

Raichu had taken to attack Infernape instead, charging towards the Pokémon to smash the panels he was holding, and then using Thunderbolt to cause damage; however, Sean had plans to stop Raichu’s attack before he could land a hit.

At Sean’s command, Ditto started to stretch its rubbery arms far back, as far back as it could. It continued to do so until finally, its arms gave in and launched forward towards the charging Raichu.

"Dii-Chan, I want you to wrap your body around Raichu, trapping it in a rubbery coffin!" Sean yelled. "But be careful, it'll surely try and unleash an electric attack to break your hold, but I need you to stay strong!"

When its long rubbery arms had reached the Raichu, it wrapped them around the electric mouse Pokémon, binding him like a snake coiled around its prey.

Raichu was more aggravated than hurt. It released a large bolt of electricity that went in every direction. The attack was more powerful and more concentrated due to Ditto’s grip on the Pokémon. Ditto cried out as it suffered damage, but held on as best as it could. Raichu continued to do this until it was all tired out.

    Re: Individual RP: Nyurgh

Although it pained me to see Dii-Chan take damage because of my commands, I was relieved to see that it had successfully captured Raichu.

"Good work Dii-Chan," I said, "this should give me a minute to think."

I took a brief moment to scan the battlefield. Thanks to our reckless attacks, and my constant use of the terrain as a defense, larges chunks of electric-proof rubble was scattered everwhere. This gave me an idea...

"Dii-Chan, I want you start gathering this rubble and storing it inside your body with Raichu!" I commanded, "make it a nice, cozy, electric-shielded cell!"

Dii-Chan began doing as I had instructed, reaching out several gelatonous limbs, retrieving the large rocks and storing them in itself, taking no care as if flung the rocks in Raichu's direction. Soon, the purple blob was stuffed with rubble, completely hiding Raichu's presense. I laughed, feeling pretty proud of myself.

"Now then Dii-Chan, I want you to start collasping your body," I explained, "start slowly, by just tightening your grip, but after a few seconds, I want you to implode with all of your might!"

Dii-Chan chuckled, it enjoyed punishing its opponents. I watched proudly as the purple prison slowly tightened, wincing slightly as I felt sympathy pains for Raichu. Suddenly, Dii-Chan expanded, letting out a roaring gurgle, and prepared for the intense collapse. If it were a human in that cell, there was a good chance their lungs would explode, but after watching Raichu perservere already, I was confident it would survive, if not find some way to avoid, this gruesome fate.

    vs. Raichu BP9

The Ditto had tightened its grasp on the Raichu. By its trainer’s command, it was going to pull Raichu within its body, and trap it using some of the floor panels. Then, it would collapse its body on Raichu, crushing it.

I could have sworn that the Ditto was smirking a bit. It seemed to enjoy the tactics that its trainer was using. I looked at the Pokémon, and then to its trainer. I’d never encountered a situation where I had to step in a battle, but it seemed like I would soon.

“I’m afraid your battling style is getting a bit…” I stopped to try and think of a better word to use. After a few seconds, I had finally collected all of my thoughts and started talking to the trainer again.

“Your battling style is a bit…sadistic,” I told the trainer. “I think you should tone it down a bit.”

As a ranger, I had to determine when a battle was starting to get a bit too intense, and that’s what seemed to be happening. I had let the fact that the trainer was using two Pokémon slide, even though it was against Park Rules, but I also had to know when to draw the line.

“And maybe call back your Infernape too,” I continued. “Raichu seems to be getting a bit frustrated, and it may run away at any moment.”

As if on cue, Raichu had released a huge explosion of electricity that hit Ditto, knocking it down and causing it to release its grip on the electric mouse. Raichu landed on the ground. It looked extremely upset by the way the battle was going.

(Also, you might want to step up on your post count. We haven't even made it to 40k remaining and its been almost 10 posts.)

Sorry, I gotta bail, these English essays are making it hard for me to feel like RP'ing.

    Aww. :(

Well, that's understandable. English is a turnoff. I can put it on hold if you want, but if you're sure you want to leave, then I'll go ahead and end the run.

EDIT: Since I got no reply, I'll just go ahead and close this run. Nyurgh, if you ever decide to resume the run, shoot me a PM.
