Individual RP: "Flamethrower" aber auf deutsch

"Use Ember to get yourself loose enough to attack! But make sure you don't get any fire on the plants themselves!" I nodded in approval of this method. Since the Spider Web was a bug type move, it was sure to be burned to bits when exposed to a fire type move like Ember.

Chandelure began to glow red and one of its arms let loose a small burst of hot air and red particles. The webbing that held Chandelure in place dissolved and Chandelure was set free.

"Awesome job!" I said. It's strategy like this that I enjoyed seeing in the park. Moves can be extremely useful in non-offensive situations and most trainers don't realize it. I can really appreciate creative battling style.

"Alright, after you do that, aim carefully at the little bug! You have to let loose a barrage of Flame Bursts! About three!" Shawn shouted. I gave him a skeptical look. Hadn't he seen what fire had done before? And Flame Burst is a move that is specifically meant to spread wide to damage more than one Pokemon in double or triple battles. But since Joltik was the only one here, and we were insuch tight battling space, I couldn't fathom how he could expect not to set more foliage on fire.

As Chandelure began to gather balls of fire on the ends of its limbs, I noticed Joltik begin to glow blue on top of the pink light of Light Screen. Some sort of defensive attack I guess... I thought. I wondered what it was planning. Suddenly, Chandelure let loose the multiple orbs of flame from its arms. They flew towards the small Pokemon and began to make contact, but bounced right off!

Joltik had used Protect apparently. I watched as the Flame Bursts split upon contact and their fragments, fly around at the foliage surrounding. I had to dodge one that flew past. I noticed Shawn armed with some more water bottles, but this was now too much fire to douse with some water bottles. He would need Pokemon involvement this time.

Before he could make that descision though, the Joltik began to flash yellow. It swayed and staggered, trying with all its might to focus on Chandelure in its confusion. It let loose a ramndom jolt of electricity, long and spindly. The jolt went flying off to its right into the trees. It let loose several more jolts until the trees around it were buzzing with electrical energy. It didn't touch Chandelure, but it did something.

"I think you should steer clear of physically touching those trees. And I think you should choose a Pokemon to help you with this fire."
