I sat outside the dock, shiverinh as the bitter wind blew by. I had heard about the bad weathe that had reached the National Park and I felt it was my duty to go anr chek thing out. I had always been heavily involve in the National Park, as both a trainer and a Ranger. I was determine to try and help find the source of these odd occurences and help as much as possible.

"Porygon-Z, get out here and accompany us." I said, tossing a blue-striped ball into the air. In a flash of white light the final evolution of Porygon materialised and hovered towards me. He should be useful in the Botanic Gardens.

My Ranger arrived within seconds and we began to make our way ong the docks until we came to the entrance to the Botanic Gardens. The sight of all those flowers were something else amd I knew immediately that this place would be memorable.

No sooner had we got there than a Chansey leapt out of a bush and started hissing at us venemously.

"How unusual. Porygon-Z, teach her some manners. Nasty Plot and then Hidden Power Fighting!"

Porygon-Z closed its eyelids tight with concentratiom as corrupt and evil thoights filled it's mind. Thoughts on how to beat Chansey, thoughts on how to trick and bewilder her. Suddenly, Porygon-Z started glowing a bright white colour and three beige spheres formed, encircling him. The spheres shot forward and slammed into the angry Chansey one by one.

Chamsey didn't look too badly hurt so I knew I'd need an even more powerful attack.

"Double Edge, now!"

Porygon tucked in his head and his whole body shook with concentration. Suddenly, his eyes shot open and locked onto the Chansey. Then, he rushed forward in a flurry, similar to lightninh. His tough head collided with Chansey's squishy belly, knocking her backwards.

Chansey couldn't take the attack and ran away screaming, like a little girl. No sooner had it disappeared than a Sunkern hopped out of a nearby bush.

"Oh shit! Porygon-Z, try and use an Ice Beam. Sunkern are so goddamn strong so don't go easy!" I shouted at my overgrown virus.

Porygon opened his mouth and I saw cyan ice crysrals forming slowly together. They began to form a beam shape and Porygon let out a retort as he fired the Ice Beam at Sunkern. The ice crystals shot through the air at the seed.

Sunkern skilfully half dodged the Ice Beam attack, which caught me slightly off gaurd. But, the thing that shocked me most was when Sunkern had the guts to charge forward and fire off three seeds attached to miniature vines. The seeds landed firmly on my cyber duck, vines wrapping around him aas a small amount of energy was replenished.

"erm wow," I said, hardly concealing thesurprise from my voice. Clearly this Sunkern isn't as much of a pushover as I thought originally. Let's try a Signal Beam attack!" I commanded.

Porygon-Z barked in approval and one of his eyes started to glow a lim green colour, the other a magnificent red. The lights darkened and grew lighter in colour rapidly creating near seizure-inducing flashes of different shade of green and red. Generally this was enough to stun the opponent and give Porygon-Z enough time to emit a powerful green and red beam from his mouth. His mouth arched open and I saw the swirling colours in his mouth, preparing to be shot.

I watched as the beam struck Sunkern head on, yet he didn't look as hurt as I had expected. Yet again, he proved to be rather unpredictable. He then countered with a weak enough Seed Bomb attack. Porygon-Z was never a very defensive Pokemon but he still took the attack rather well.

"Okay, seems as though one more attack is all that we need. Let's try out our new move, Psychic. I know you haven't used it that much yet, but at least try for me, won't you?"

Porygon-Z gave another dog-like yap and closed his eyes tight in concentration. He egan to channel into his aura senses, a sixth sense some might say. He allowed his min to follow the Sunkern's wherabouts an track it down. He directed so much energy at it that it would be near impossible to evade the purple shockwave of rippling energy. I watched it blast towards the startled Sunkern and held my breath with anticipation.

The Sunkern seemed that it wasn't so tough after all and began to leak big droopy tears from his eyes. It hopped away sadly, losing a possible new friend. It was a shame. If I wasn't in a hurry, I would have tried to catch that feisty thing. We travelled along until I heard the ground shake and dropped to my knees with a start. This wasn't good, I thought, expecting some fearsome Pokemon to come out and be vicious. But, a sweet looking Blissey rounded the corner and smiled at us. She then pulled a grimace after seeing Porygon-Z. Maybe she was the Chansey's mother. I sure hope she wasn't...

"Okay, Porygon-Z. We've learned our lesson from before, haven't we?" I asked. Without awaiting reply I ontinued, "and we know that the Chansey line can't take physical offensive attacks as easily as special. So let's try our unique combo. Sharp edge, now, Porygon-Z!"

Porygon-Z's body began to morph a it started the combo using sharpen, which boosted it's attack and self-confidence. The rounded edges that seemed to make up Porygon-Z were scrunched up and formed sharp points, making Porygon-Z look a lot more fierce and dangerous. Then, to complete the combo Porygon-Z started Double Edge. Like before, his head tucked in between his shoulders and his tail arched upwards. His body shook with oncentration before he blasted off at Blissey like a shooting rocket. Combining this with his ability, Adaptability, Blissey would be extremely hurt by this if I calculate correctly.

Porygon-Z hit the Blissey hard with the Double Edge, just as she curle up into a tight ball, covering up her weak spots and began to much on a healthy egg she retrieved from her pouch. I knew this was a bad sign. A very bad sign.

"Okay, Porygon-Z. This Blissey will probably try and stall us out so we should use our secret anti-stalling weapon. Porygon-Z, use your Toxuc attack!" I roared as anger built up inside me from that annoying Blissey. We were in a hurry to helpsave the National Park and she was stalling us. The nerve!

Porygon-Z zoomed forward at the Blissey as a toxin bubbled in the pit of his stomach. Porygon-Z whizzed by the healing Blissey and let out a poisonous gas from a belch. Blissey's nostrils wrinkled and she began wheezing and coughing. The poison was beginning to take effect but we weren't quite done yet. Porygon-Z rushed back to Mysore once more, awaiting another command.

"Alright, let's try out one final Double Edge," I shouted. Porygon-Z's body folded inwards on itself this time, taking a slightly different approach. He kept shrinking and compressing his size but doubling his weight as he prepared for Double Edge. Then he revve forward like a starting car and crashed into the Blissey with all of his power. At the same time the Blissey cringed a little as the poison seeping through her veins began to hurt her.

IC: Unfortunately Blissey decided to curl up into a ball once nore and ignored the fumes of the Toxic attack. Now, I would have to start using Special attacks once more.

"Okay looks like only one more attack is needed," I shouted to my cool virus Pokemon. "Let's try another Psychic attack!"

Porygon-Z cosed his eyes again and focused on the target, except this time he focused on a lage fallen branch. The branch slowly rose from the ground, and waited for a few seconds, before it swung at the curling up Blissey.

"Just in case it's not enough, let's try a Thunderbolt!"

Blue sparks began to appear on Porygon-Z's 'arms' and he brought the powerful electrical energy together, paused, and shot of a ball of showering blue sparks, directly at Blissey.

"Lock-On!"

The falling sparks rose and joined with the small electrical ball as it shot forward.

Porygon-Z's powerful combinations proved too much for the Blissey to handle and she turned around and began walking away. More strange behaviour from the Pokemon here today. We pressed on, listening to the soothing sound of the forest before seeing the next Pokemon, a Sentret, hopping along tree branches above. It was quite a marvel to witness. Suddenly, the Pokemon stopped and faced us, intrigued.

"Porygon-Z, come on back and we'll give our Scizor a try."

Porygon-Z disappeared into his Pokeball and a large red bipedal beetle emerged from his Pokeball. He flexed his arms as he spied the onlooking Sentret.

"Now, Scizor, use Swords Dance to sharply raise your attack," I told him.

Scizor brought his two pincers up close to his body, pressing them together as though meditating. His eyes flashed a harsh blue colour momentarily as he began to spin around, arms shooting out occasionally tracing patterns in the air meanwhile. Sentret watched this eccentric sight, head tilted to one side in bewilderment. Sentret skipped forward, presumably interested in this crazed dance. Scizor suddenly came to an abrupt stalt and readied himself for the next move.
