As Scizor used X-Scissor, Sentret tried to Charm him to weaken cth blow and it seemed to be working quite well. Then, Sentret retaliated by slamming Scizor with a flaming fist. Scizor hopped back to my side, irritated. The attack didn't work as well as we ha planned.

"Okay, try another Swords Dance. Then, we can Bullet Punch and U-turn out to something that can handle this little Pokemon."

Scizor grunted befkre his eyes flashed a bright blue and he initiated his Swords Dance once more. He followed the same pattern and style as before and finished in another meditative pose. He raised a fist as he prepared Bullet Punch. His right fist glowed a metallic silver colour and then Scizor shot forward, quite lile a speeding bullet. I couldn't see whether the attack hit or not, I just saw him jump back a little and shoot forward, attempting to swipe at Sentret, efore he was sucked back into his Pokeball.

"Alright, Lanturn, come on out!" I shouted as Scizor retreated to his Pokeball. "Lanturn, Hydro Pump the tree above the Sentret, knocking him to the ground, and then shoot a Discharge!

Lantufn began storing up a large quantity of water, and gargled a little, before shooting a torrent of ice cold clear water at the Sentret. Then, before seeing what happened unleashed a small electrical shockwave. The blue wave shot forward at the unexpecting Sentret.

Sentrer just about managed to hang on to the plethora of attacks it just faced. I had to admit this Sentret was ballsy in the least. But, I still had an idea.

"Lanturn, use Charge Beam and follow it up with a Spark!" I commanded.

A quick volt of energy rippled through Lanturn's body at my command. The electricity voltage built up until one quick jolt shot forward at the Sentret. A small amount of electricity returned, if Lanturn was lucky that energy would give a Special Attack boost.

"Lant Lant Turn!" Lanturn shouted as she shot foward, electricity rippling through her body. Hopefully Spark would hit and bring this Sentret to low enough health for it to flee.

Lanturn rammed the little Sentret with her powerful Spark attack, scaring her off. As we trudged onwards I began to hear a faint buzzing sound. A cute little Combee entered the clearing and advanced on us, expecting a fight.

"Lanturn, Charge Beam and follow it up with an Ice Beam."

Lanturn closed her eyes as she generated electricity through her body. She started to shed the electrical energy, creating a largw blue sphere of cackling electricity before her. She gave her tail a quick flick and the electrical ball whizzed forward at the Combee. Then, she began purring like an old style freezer. As soon as she opened her mouth I could see ice crystal forming. They joined together, creating a large Ice Ball.

"Lanturn!" she said as she blasted the ice ball forward with a gush of cool water, straight athe humming Combee.

Just as Lanturn fired the Ice Beam the tree nearby began flashing eagerly. I paused and walked forwards. I pressed my hand against it and the scenario morphed until we were standing in a dark corridor.

"Plusle!" a red patterned mouse like Pokemon squeaked at us as he saw us.

"We got lucky with that warp!" I exclaimed. "So, Lanturn, use your Waterfall attack to weaken the Plusle!" I commanded.

Lanturn looked a little shocked but quickly recovered. She charged forward, shot a stream of crystal clear water into the air. As the Plusle watched the droplets fall in awe Lanturn leapt through the blast at the Pluslu, crashkng down on him. Before I could see whether Plusle was hurt or not I sent the next move.

"Bubblebeam, and follow it up with a Discharge!"

Lanturn hopped backwards to my side and opened her mouth, spraying a plethora of soapy bubbles at the Plusle. The large bubbles floated gracefully through the air. Then, Lanturn shot out a thunderbolt at the bubbles. The static burst most of them showering the Plusle with soapy water. That sure would sting anylnes eyes, I thought.

The attacks worked quite well and Plusle staggered backwards, looking slightly stunned. .ut, he managed to fire off star-shaped rays at Lanturn. I gave a slight smile.

"Let's use a Take Down!" I commanded.

Lanturn prepared herswlf and edged backwards slightly. "Lant Lant Turn!" she roared as she began to charge forward, flinging her whole body at the Plusle eager to do as much damage as she could at first. I watched as Lanturn hurled through the air, like some flying fish.

Plusle skipped off out of the way after a few seconds and the ground began to shake. A huge Registeel popped out from around a corner.

"Okay, Lanturn, this could be tough. Try out a Hydro Pump please and follow it up with an Aqua Ring to help heal some health."

Lanturn opened her mouth for me to see a swirling vortex of clear liquid building up from her throat. She suddenly shot out a huge torrent of the water at the startled Registeel. Afterwards, a veil of the clear liquid envelloped Lanturn, replenishing her health and refreshing her body.

The Hydro Pump struck Registeel, sending him backwards by he didn't seem overly harmed. He brought his fists crashing down on Lanturn in response. Lanturn recoiled a little but she didn't seem too hurt.

"Lanturn, we are going to need to do a powerful combo if we are to finish him off," I started. "Hmm okay, I know what we can try. First we will start off with a Surf attack an then I want you to shoot a relatively powerful Thundershock into the water before it crashes down on Registeel. That should help make the attak stronger."

Lanturn tilted her head back as she sought to retrieve some more pen up water. Like before, it all came rushing up to her head and she released it at the Registeel. However, this time around it was more like a wave, rather than a jet of water. As the wave approached. Lanturn's feeler shot out a yellow charge at the water. The shock disappeared intothe water but I knew it was merely hidden from view. It would be a stinging surprise hopefully.

Registeel just managed to han on to the attack although I sensed another attak could be enough to make him flee. He brought both arms together and a huge prism of electricity formed. He was charging up Zap Cannon thankfully.

"Excellent, absorb the attack with your ability, Lanturn. And, when you've done that smack that Regi with your Waterfall attack!"

Lanturn shot forward, anticipating and heading straightforward the attack. I couldn't see if the Regi fired the attack or not but I saw Lanturn come crashing down on the Regi, water was splashing upward as she charged down on the bulky Steel type.

Registeel thundered away after the Waterfall and a lone Rotom crept out fromthe shadows. I nearly had a heart attak as I saw the Plama Pokemon approach. He fired off a powerful Shadow Ball which hit Lanturn head on,

"Lanturn, fire off a Confuse Ray and then try a signal Beam!" I shouted.

Three colourless spheres materialised around Lanturn. They shot firward, encircling the Rioom and hopefully confusingthe Rotom. Then a multi-coloured green and red beam shot towards Rotom from Lanturn's mouth.

Rotom seemed to be too confused by the swirling lights to do anything so Lanturn managed to hit him with the Signal Beam with relative ease.
