Trainers' Estate: Grass Wing: Central Hub

Grass Central Hub/Courtyard

The "Courtyard" area is contained within a heavily maintained greenhouse environment. Yet somehow, it stays comfortable to the non-plant inhabitants as well. The walls are fairy normal, but the ceiling is made of glass. The walls are painted with realistic trees however. Floral arrangements and exotic plants are commonplace, hanging plants on the walls, and the plant-life is tended to by both residents and Pokémon such as Roserade and Butterfree that are owned by the estate. During bad weather, artificial sunlight is brought into the Central Hub via Sunny Day. There are always planting plots open for those who wish to add to the greenhouse.

Neon finds a nice tree to lay under, opens up a book, and begins to read while his Burmy companion roams freely latching onto whatever trees it can find.

 

*Casey opens the large glass door into the Greenhouse. He steps in quietly trying not to disturb any trainers or Pokemon. He and Chichi begin to look around smelling the aroma of the freshly bloomed flowers*

Hmmm...This is a really relaxing place. I think I might spend alot of time here.

 

*Casey walks into the Greenhouse and looks around. He reaches by his side and grabs his 3 Pokeballs. Out pops his Chichi, Hoohoo, and Hanna. All of them begin to frolic among the flowers*

"Now its time to relax."

*Casey walks over to a nearby tree that the Greenhouse was built around. He sits under it and begins to flip through his "How to Train your Pineco book"*

 

*Leo walks in from the shaymin hall*

"Oh hey there Casey, I hope im not interupting anything." suddenly noticing the book.

Reading the cover of the book he noticed it was on pineco's.

"you said earlier that you wanted to get a Pineco, I might be able to put you in contact with someone who could get you one?"

"If you want i can let you play around a bit with Peracles so you can get a bit of a feel for pineco's and foretress, im sure that Pera wouldn't mind."

*Casey looks up away from his book to see Leo and Paracles standing over him*

"Oh hey Leo! Ummm sure! Im pretty sure Peracles can teach me a thing or two about his species. Maybe he can play with my pokemon to? I dont think they'd mind having another pokemon to play with."

*Casey stands up and walks toward Peracles*

 

Mai walked eagerly into the Central Hub. She looked appreciatively at the greenhouse and the strange boy and Burmy reading under a tree, and noticed two people talking in the center. She decided to go talk to them.

"Hey guys," she said happily. "I'm Mai? What's your name? I like your Pokemon," she added, looking at the four Pokemon in front of her. She stopped. Had she said too much? Maybe the two people would think she was strange.

Of course, she wouldn't know until they answered.

 

*As Casey pets Peracles, he looks up to see a girl standing there waiting for a response. He leans up and kindly greets her*

"Hey Mai. Im Casey. Nice to meet you! If you noticed, this really isnt my Foretress. Im just playing around with it before I get one someday. But the Bayleef, Hoothoot, and Mareep are all mine. Do you have any Pokemon with you?"

*Casey stood infront of her with his Pokemon at his side waiting for an answer*

 

"No, none of my Pokemon are really with me at the moment," Mai replied before mentally smacking herself. What did she mean "really with her?" As if her Pokemon could be partially with her? Mai cursed her terrible wording. "I absolutely love your Bayleef," she gushed, finally noting the Pokemon standing behind Casey. "I always wanted a Bayleef," she said wistfully. "And I really wish I stopped saying the word Bayleef." Mai froze. Had she just said that out loud?

((OOC: Mai currently has no Pokemon because all of the ones currently in my stats belong to a different character that I'm writing about. Hopefully I'll find a way around that))

 

*Casey looked behind him to see Bayleef, who was holding Hanna (Caseys Mareep) in the air with its vines*

"Thank you. Me and Chichi have been together since I first became a trainer. Me and her have a really close bond. Feel free to whenever you like, stop on by my room at the Celebi Hall and play with any of my Pokemon. Im hopefully going to add more soon."

*Chichi slowly walks out infront of Casey and Mai and begins waving its leaf in the air while smiling*

"Well it looks like Chichi seems to like you!"

 

Mai stared at the Bayleef with awe. Suddenly, she squealed and rushed forward, enveloping it in a hug.

"I LOVE YOU TOO!" she shrieked at the Bayleef. She stopped when she noticed the Bayleef's face slowly turning purple from her hug.

"Oh, dear," she murmured, as ChiChi coughed and gasped for breath. "Sorry? You okay, ChiChi?"

*Casey watched as Chichi gasped for breath but soon gained its original color back*

"Thanks! Chichi will be just fine. Heh. So what do you think of the Estate?" *Casey said this as he pet Chichi on her head*

 

Sennyo walked out of the bathroom now feeling very refresh. he notice the two other trainers talking in the hub and gave a small polite bow to acknowleged them. it took him a few minute to notice the pokemon with them as well. Sennyo hand when straight to his belt has he felt...
...four pokeball...someone was missing...Cid was missing
"have you seen either a Vigoroth called 'Cid' or a pokeball anywhere?"

 

"You mean this guy over here?" asked Neon, pointing to the Vigoroth that was now curled up in the shade near Neon.

"Little guy knows how to live his life. Nice and relaxed."

 

*Casey looked at the bowing boy and aswell noticed that one of his Pokeball holders was empty*

"Oh. Hello. Im Casey, this is Mai. And these are my Pokemon; Chichi, Hoohoot, and Hanna. Im sorry but I havnt seen a Pokeball let alone a Vigoroth around the Estate since Ive been here. Where was the last place you saw it?"

*Casey begins to return Hoohoo and Hanna to their Pokeballs, leaving Chichi out standing next to Mai*

"Do you need help looking for him? I dont mind"

 

*Casey notices the Vigoroth pointed out under the tree*

"Looks like you found him!"

 

"Buddy just wanted to get some rest." Neon then stood up and brushed the grass off of himself. Carried the Vigoroth over to Sennyo, being careful not to wake it.

"Nice to meet you all, the name is Neon. Might not see you all very much, sleeping always gets the best of me." Neon extended his hand to whomever would shake it. Trying to put on his best smile, which failed miserably and turned into a frown.

 

sennyo shook Neon hand. He seem to have a really firm shake.
"The Name Sennyo Batu, Sennyo will do." He pick an empty pokeball from his belt and returned Cid to it "thanks for finding him"

 

Daniel rode into the greenhouse on his Torterra, barely managing to fit through the glass doors, "You still there Raiguy?"

An orange rodent jumped out from the branches on Torterra's back. "RAI-Rai-chu!" Raiguy didn't even skip a beat. He jumped from the shell and onto Daniel's shoulder.

Smaller bug, grass and flying type Pokemon began flocking to Torterra to rest in its branches. "Looks like the Grass Wing won't be as boring as I thought it would be!" Daniel said, tossing four more Pokeballs into the air. Out came a Pidgeot, a Blaziken, a Larvitar and an Electivire. "Go have some fun guys." Daniel stopped his Blaziken. "Clucky, don't set anything on fire this time, that's what got me kicked out of my last school!"

Daniel walked over to the group of trainers. "Hi, I'm Daniel. This is my Raichu, Raiguy."

 

"Pleasure to meet you Sennyo, haven't seen any of you guys around here before. Are you new or have I just been completely oblivious?" Neon looked around curiously at the students in front of him. Just when he was starting to find an answer, a kid riding a giant Torterra stormed through the doors. Shocked, Neon just watched him as he released his pokemon. "Hmmm... Freshman."
