Suggestion: Character interaction areas

I actually think something like this would be counter-productive; instead of collecting all the people who enjoy RPing, we'd be scattering them to at least four different threads. What really gets RP going is community, so keeping people collected may be a better idea, until we get the volume that such a thing could be self-sustaining.

A better representation, I think, would be to make a thread in the RP section, where your RP would be entirely focused on one region - probably your favorite, or whatever you can get enough interest for - and try to keep it active.
