    Ahem.
Even though the Mart has a wide range of Pokemon to choose from already, there is actually something that would be good to add for the choices on offer.
This is Scyther. Scyther is considered very powerful here on the URPG due to it's high stats and it's evolution, Scizor. However, if you did not choose Scyther as your starter, there are only two other ways to obtain it- through story writing, or through a trade, both of which are very hard methods.
If we have Gible on sale which evolves into a mighty Garchomp, then why can't we have Scyther on sale too? There are many Scizor fans out there who may not want to write a story or have to convince somebody to trade. Have any of you had this problem before?
If you all were to approve of my suggestion of having Scyther on sale, even for a limited time only, $9000 would be an appropiate price, and raising $9000 is quite difficult for some, meaning you would have to work hard to get Scyther nonetheless.
I hope you all approve of adding the wonderful Scyther to the wide selection of Pokemon we have already. I would appreciate it if you commented on what you think.
    Thank you. :)

    Errrrrrr...
I'd rather have a Buneary available.
    Buneary > Scyther

Well, I think the selection of mart mons needs to be reviewed. For example you can buy a Lapras which is classed as demanding in stories. But you can't buy a Buneary which is classed as medium?

I vote Buneary. Scyther is unnecessary; some Pokémon are hard to obtain for a reason.

Don't forget, there's always story deals, where you can have someone write the story on your behalf. You could work out with them what appropriate compensation would be.

If we obliged to your request to add Scyther, then we would also have to approve everyones wishes to add Munchlax, Riolu, and whatever else to the Pokemart, and eventually stories would just become obsolete. D:

This is true. There are writers out there who would write for Scyther, Porygon, and other hard-to-get Pokemon on top of Medium Pokemon like Gligar and Yamna for Mart Pokemon, me being one of them when I had the time. There are also tournament prizes, story contest prizes sometimes, and auctions.

We might as well add every species of Pokemon while we're at it.

To be honest the mart is full of random Pokemon except for the pattern mons of starters, fossils, and semi-legends (Dratini, Larvitar, Beldum, Bagon, and Gible).

Otherwise it's just random Pokemon, I think we should shift Pokemon like every month or few months my self. Scyther however, should never be in the mart.

What about Machop? I feel he would be a better choice.

I think the mart is fine.

Gud Mon = Hard Story / Quite a bit of Money

Basically, write a story or get out. Otherwise everyone would be running around with scizors and Porygon-Zs and whatnot. xD

I'm going to have to agree with Sota on this one. If you don't rotate stock every so often eventually people will have all the ones in the shop and no one will buy pokemon any more either. Perhaps also have some rare or powerful pokemon in the mart for short periods of time. For example, pseudo-legendaries like Dratini and Larvitar are meant to be rare and as such should be harder to get. Perhaps make pseudo-legendaries available only certain times of the month or something.

Also, perhaps have the pokemon offered in the PokeMart reflect the month. In like December have Ice Types and so on.

I doubt the rotation thing would ever be implemented due to it harming the National Park and Stories.

There is no need to have more mons then we have. There is no actual economy that needs to be satiated by the implementation of new mons. As is, you can get good mons in the store, but rarer ones require more work and ability. If you lack the ability for those, raise some extra store mons and trade them for rarer mons with people who can acquire these. If all else fails, save up your money and get in on the auction.
