The Trainers' Estate: Lounge: Library Area

Cat jumped in shock when she heard the sudden howl of pain break through the silence of the library, she quickly looked over to Ethan to see if he was hurt but only saw that he was getting ready to read something. 'Was it someone else?' Not seeing anyone else around her, she shrugged it off and begin searching through the selection of books. 'This one seems good, I'll give it a try' Taking her choice, 'Voice of the Forest, Tales of Celebi' she headed over to the same table Ethan was at and began to read.

 

Ace had grabbed several classic books, as well as two DVD's to watch, and moved over towards the table, with Cat joining him a second later.
"I can't believe their selection!" Ace gasped. "I really want to check these out. Do you want to check anything out?"

 

"I think I'll check out a few books about Celebi, since I'll be staying in Celebi Hall I thought it'd be nice to know more about it" Cat flipped through a couple pages of the book she had in front of her, catching peeks at pictures or maps concerning the mysterious time-traveling pokemon. She had heard rumors about how whenever a Celebi time-traveled things changed in the Hall, statues switching places or plants suddenly growing far faster then they should. Cat had no clue if any of that was true or not, but she'd at least like to know more about it so she wouldn't freak out if a tree grew through her floor over night.

 

Ace could see some of the pictures, and was pretty interested. But he was more interested in fiction, and had got some books out about a variety of different trainers.
"Ok then, let's go check them out!"

 

*Casey walks into the room. Its quiet, everyone is sitting around reading their books, ignoring one another. Casey makes his way to a long oak table, he sits his bag on top and begins looking through it. He pulls out his 'How to Train a Pineco' book, and flips afew chapters ahead*

"...Soooo...Whats everyone up to?" *Casey this in a quiet whispering tone*

 

"I saw on the map there was a lake, how about we take our book and head over there to read them?" Cat gathered up all the books she planned on checking out, aside from 'Voice of the Forest, Tales of Celebi', she was also getting 'Myths of the Forest Guardian' and 'Celebi, Legends of the Time-Traveler'. Once she made sure she had everything, Cat called out the her pokemon who had either been sleeping somewhere in the lounge or wondering around looking at things.

Before they could head out, Cat heard a whispering call coming from one of the tables. Looking around she finally noticed it had come from a trainer reading a book called 'How to Train a Pineco' "What are we up to? Well...we were gonna check these books out and head over to the lake. How about you?"

 

*Casey looked over at the door to see Cat standing there waiting for a response*

"Oh...Well I came in here to read but do you think I can join you at the lake? I havnt been out there yet and everyone keeps saying its a really nice place to go."

*Casey looked in Cats hands to see the numerous Celebi books*

"Sooo...Celebi? You live on that hall to?"

 

Ace had began walking towards the checkout counter, with about five novels, two DVD's and a book about a famous author in his hands, along with some paper.
"So Cat, do you want to-" He froze, and realised Cat was talking to Casey, and wandered over.
"Hey there, I'm Ethan, but you can call me Ace." Ace explained, and put his books on the table. "And you can come to the lake with us, once we've checked out."

 

*Casey looked next to Cat to see a boy standing by her, holding his stack of items*

"Oh. Hey Ace. Nice to meet you. Im Casey and yes. Id love to join you guys at the Lake."

*Casey pushes his chair back and stands up. Not forgetting to push his chair back in aswell. Casey packs all of his stuff into his bag and walks over to Cat and Ace*

 

Ace smiled happily.
"I am glad to have a new friend joining us!" He said with a beam. "Why don't we go and check all our books out, and then we can head off?"

 

"Thats ok. I already have this book checked out so I dont need to. I might actually want to turn this one in soon. Ive read it almost all the way through. Shall we head towards the lake?"

 

"Well, we have to check our books out first." Ace explained. "So you could wait for us, or we'll see you there in a few minutes."

 

"Ok. I guess Ill head out there now and Ill meet you there ok?"

 

"Alright, see ya there!" As Cat waved good-bye to their new friend, she headed over to the desk to check out her books. 'Not sure what I'll learn from all these, but at least I'll know a little more about Celebi' Honestly she didnt know what to expect from reading up on the small time-traveling pokemon, it wasn't like she'd actually meet a real live Celebi face-to-face. Still...she just couldn't keep her curiosity at bay, Celebi and this place itself were so mysterious she wanted to know more.

 

Ace walked towards the check out counter, where there was a self check out counter. He scanned his books and his card, and was pleased that they were all accepted.
"Your turn, and then we can go meet Casey at the lake!"

 

sennyo headed toward the checkout counter and seem to join a rather small que. he notice someone in frount of him pull out a small card to check out the book
"bugger" sennyo thought "where did i put mine...Oh no i think i Choco third head got hold of it. that eat anything and..." he turned to the person who had just finshed checking out his book.
"do you know where i can find a computer connected to the pokemon storage system here?"

 

Neon walked into the grand library, marveling at the scent of aged books and the promise of knowledge. He comfortably found a spot by the book shelf, trifling through for any rare reads that had escaped him in his previous visits.

 

Cat quickly finished checking out her books and made sure all her pokemon were still with them and hadn't wandered off, after seeing that everyone was set to go she headed over to the exit with Ethan. "Ok I'm ready to go! We better hurry, dont wanna make Casey wait on us"

 

"I'll race you there!" Ace said cheekily, and he sprinted out the door, his books bouncing in his arms, and ran towards the lake

 

"Hey! No fair!" Cat yelled at Ethan as she chased after him out of the library and towards the lake, her pokemon easily keeping pace with her as she carried her books above her head with her sandals once again dangling from her hands.
