The Passion of a Pokémon

Fully expecting to be attacked, I fazed out of the way of the on coming bolt of electricity and seeing the pissed mouse try to
land a quick attack I just laughed. "Easy there Micky Mouse. Normal attacks don't do shit against ghosts" as raiguy flew right through me. "Oh and yes I was calling you fat.

 

Raiguy said nothing. He simply grunted in anger. He had a risky idea. He fired a lightning bolt into a cloud, which was very close considering how high up they were. The cloud turned a dark grey color and it began to thunder once more. This time, it was more dangerous, as they weren't more than twenty feet from the cloud. "Yeah, electric attacks don't do much against electric types either. Mostly, they just absorb it, although I'm pretty sure they're effective against ghosts..."

No sooner had he said this had another lightning bolt hit Raiguy's tail, charging him with an unimaginable amount of power. He fired a massive thunder attack at the Gengar. "Eat lightning! Although that shouldn't be too hard with such a huge mouth!"

 

As the sky darkened and the clouds sparked with electricity, the Raichu in front
of me shot a huge thunder attack towards me. "Whoa!" I say as naRrowly dodging the bolt, getting grazed
on my side. Just before this however I charged up some dark energy on my fists, and just after I got up in Raiguys face with a sucker punch. "Well How dose my fist taste?" I ask mockingly.

 

Raiguy took the suckerpunch square in the face, but for a good reason. His special ability began to activate, as he instinctivly fired a thunderwave from close range. "Static is a little b****, ain't it?" Raiguy said, grabbing the Gengar with his tail and shocking him once again.

 

Oni just watched the raichu and gengar battle "man, can't that raichu ever stop fighting?" he asked himself. Oni reached up into a tree, grabbed a berry, and continued to watch the fight.

 

"Heh, yeah it does tingle a little", I retort jumping a way from Raiguy and charging energy. "But I t won't stop me from doing this!" I say releasing the energy in a black surging dark pulse.

 

Raiguy's thunderwave had slowed Gengar down a bit, so his attack was easy to dodge, only grazing him slightly. "Ha, ha! You missed me!" he said.

Raiguy suddenly felt his gravity return to normal. "Oh shIIIIIII-" he said as he fell towards the ground. He attempted to use magnet rise, but to no avail. He knew his best chance of survival was to land in the water. He did so, creating a big splash. "Okay, let's see if I can still do this..." he said, getting ready to use surf. With feet, ears, and a tail as big as his, things were actually quite easy. He swam against the current, hopping out of the water. He ran up a tree, jumped off, and used magnet rise once again. "Super Mouse away!"

He rose back up to Gengar's level. "Alright, do your little creepy laugh, have your fun."

 

"What you mean this? Keh Keh Keh! Well I've had fun with this little brawl, but I've got places and pokemon alike to see, so I think ill wrap this up", I say while shooting a barrage of about 50 hypnosis ring thingies. "Ill see you in your dreams, or should I say nightmares?

 

Raiguy saw the barrage of rings heading towards him. "Oh snap, if one of those hits me, I'll fall!" he thought, "What was that movie called...Matrix...Tetris...?"

Raiguy did a mid-air spin, going straight through the center of the rings, only to find out that they were coming in from all different directions. He unleased a discharge attack, breaking some of them, but there was too many, and Raiguy didn't have the same mobility in the air that he did on land. One of the rings hit him in the face, making him extrememly drowzy. "You wouldn't even BEGIN to be able to handle MY nightmares." he said, implying a challenge as he fell asleep. Surprisingly, he didn't fall to an awful demise, but instead stood sleeping in the sky.

 

"Well that's weird. I thought for sure if he drifted off he would fall in the water below." What was
that he said about his nightmares? Did he want me to take the fight to dreamland or something? I always did like those movies with Robert Englund...

"The first course shall be a nice sumptuous nightmare, cooked up by yours truly. Bon appitete!" I say as I cast the bad dream upon the slumbering raichu.

 

Raiguy found himself inside a dark room in his nightmare. "Oh, how original," he said, "I'm quaking with fear..."

Raiguy didn't scare easily, but usually had the common sense to flee if an opponent was too powerful for him. Gengar was a somewhat tougher opponent. He had something that most other wild Pokemon did not; strategy.

"I ain't afraid of no ghost!" Raiguy said, fighting back a group of attacking Haunter with a swift discharge. "And I'm certainly not afraid of you."

This was no ordinary nightmare. It felt completely real; much greater than any other nightmare attack he had ever endured. Still, Raiguy went on. He felt his lifeforce being drained by the effects of nightmare. "Gotta keep going...think happy thoughts...it's my dream, I can control what happens..." For a moment, the dream brightened up. He was at the Pokemon League, fighting against a Tyranitar. Battles did not scare Raiguy one bit. As a matter of fact, he quite enjoyed them.

 

Choco suddenly awoke and notice Jr start to fall asleep. Due to a Doduo brain being the same and the fact the two shared the same body. Choco knew it was now his turn to take guard.

Choco looked into the sky and notice the flying Raichu. “Wow,” he thought to himself. Looking around he saw the Second Gengar happily watching the first feast

“So who is wining?” he shouted to the watching ghost.

 

"more of the gengar's attacks hit, so i think he is winning." Oni told the doduo as he started to eat his berry.

 

"Well now, Aren't you the little rebel resisting the nightmare and what not. Kudos to you
my friend; not many pokemon are capable of that" I project into the raichus dream. "But don'tGo around thinking yoUr SoMe kinD of Ghost, uh, busTer, thing.

"more of the gengars attacks hit, so I think he's winning", said Oni.

"Hmm? This isn't about winning or loosing. Not at all" I say to the spectators

"Time to kick this nightmare up a
notch on the fear level" I say, sending out a
greater wave of frightening thoughts towards Raiguy.

 

The Tyranitar grew several times its size. It was now about 56 feet tall, and coming at Raiguy fast. "YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!" he said, running for his life. The Tyranitar was much faster than most others of its species, and was actually managing to gain on Raiguy. Raiguy sped up with an agility, almost getting stepped on. He realised the stadium was gone now, and he was in a dessert.

"I WON'T GIVE UP!" Raiguy shouted, firing a thunder attack at the large Pokemon, but it did little more than slow him down a bit. Raiguy had an idea, however. He climbed up the giant rock-beast. As he climbed, the Tyranitar attemped to get him off by hitting himself with a stone edge attack. This missed every time, and only ended up hurting himself.

Raiguy gave the Tyranitar a quick poke in the eyes with his tail, temporarily blinding him, and giving Raiguy a chance to escape with the use agility and quick attack.

 

Lutra had sat watching the exchange of attacks from the water. Though she was a wild Pokémon, she enjoyed the prospect of battling as much as any trained Pokémon, and observing a good battle was almost as much fun.

Unfortunately things had taken a bad turn once Raiguy was asleep, and the Gengar had definitely achieved the upper hand. That was no bad thing of itself, but now it was really laying into him and causing considerable pain (if the expression on Raiguy's sleeping face was any indication).

Seeing him being kicked whilst he was down like this didn't sit right with her. She launched herself out of the water using Aqua Jet to pick up speed and achieve the necessary altitude. Once she was above the Gengar she dispersed the water and switched to Pursuit, small amounts of black energy surrounding her as she dropped towards him.

Choco looked in a mix of excitement and annoyance. He believed no-one should enter another man fight. And he was now tempted to do the same thing.

“If you really want to participate then let’s do it.”

Choco looked around and notice Jr wide awake and eager to fight.

“Yer I'm ready, let get that ferret or weasel or whatever it is!” Choco said excited.

Choco spread the tiny wings that he had on his body and growled. Then he launched himself into the air, toward the attack Buizel. He hope to reach her before she hit the Gengar with his quick attack.

 

"Are you kidding me?" I said noticing the Buizel speeding toward me. I swiftly swerve out of the way, just as a two headed bird sped after it. However the slight thought that went with my maneuver caused a tiny break in my concentration and released the Raichu from its nightmare.

"I thought this kid was performing spectacularly. But I'm not finished with him, not just yet. As for you, Lutra is it? You can take your medicine now too if you want!" I exclaim, sending a large wave of a night shade at the weasel-like pokemon.

 

Lutra squeaked as the Nightshade struck her in the back, followed swiftly by a Doduo. She spun quickly, hoping to land a blow on Choco before she fell too far from him. A layer of ice sheathed her fist as she swung for him.

She wasn't sure if the attack connected, but right now she had bigger concerns, such as landing on something soft. Lutra angled her body to ensure that she would hit the water and gracefully splashed down, coming up again to assess the state of the battle.

 

Choco hadn’t expected Lutra attack or that Gengar would attack her. He was lucky the Ice punch hadn’t been cold enough to freeze him and had somehow used his wings to make sure he had a safe crash landing.

Choco look towards his second head and notice a tear in Jr eyes. He had just had a fist covered in frozen water hit him straight into the cheek.

Slowly he began to search the battlefield for his target, locating her in the river. He awaited her next move.
