Re: The No BS Summer Auction

Just my thoughts on what I think is ideal. I put an asterik besides the ones I'm already happy with (based on what is listed in the OP), but there may be something I would rather have.

Dragon: I don't care about this since I already have all the ones I want.
Rock: I don't care about this since I already have all the ones I want.
    Water: Staryu
    Fighting*: Timburr
    Flying: Skarmory
    Normal: Happiny
    Ghost: Frillish
    Ice: Swinub
Steel*: I'm fine with the planned Bronzor.
    Fire*: Larvesta
    Psychic: Solosis
Poison*: I'm fine with the planned Gastly.
Electric*: I'm fine with the planned Rotom.
    Grass: Shroomish
Ground*: I'm fine with the planned Drilbur.
    Dark: Scraggy
Bug*: I'm fine with the planned Scyther.

Jesus Christ. Nitro, I'm not asking for your personal wishlist. Fuck that shit. Go write a blog.

That said, I'm putting my foot down. It's looking kind of ridiculous. Aerodactyl VS. Sigilyph and Ferroseed VS. Bronzor will be the last things in regards to Pokemon change. Also, more people need to like the 2-3 hours thing. It's likely this will be 2 hours later.

Also, as usual, here is your friendly reminder about doing abusive/cheating things in URPG to earn money every time an auction comes up: Don't do it.

Re: The No BS Summer Auction: Time Officially Changed

Okay friends, the time of the auction is officially changed to 8 PM GMT. I'll give these 4 Pokemon decisions until the 24th @ 11:59 PM to be final. Whatever has the most Likes will be the Pokemon up for bid. If you're on PE2K only, you can tell me what you want to vote for if you want. If I used your own post and you want to vote for the Pokemon in it, tell me. If there's a tie, then it will be whatever Pokemon it was originally. Democracy for the win, amirite?! xP Any Medium Pokemon up for bid will come with 5 TMs of the winner's choice taught on it.

Also, I urge you all to make sure you can access the channel. If you're having trouble, let me know. ^_~

Re: The No BS Summer Auction: Time Officially Changed

Just wondering, but why's the auction been pushed back? Those of us in the GMT timezone (and further East) who have to go to work, etc might not be able to stick around until the end (I know I won't), whereas the 6pm start time gave us a better chance of being able to stick it out until end (or at least until the Pokemon we want show up).

Re: The No BS Summer Auction: Time Officially Changed

I think this is the best time that can accommodate the most people. Previously, the time was 4:00 for Australians, but now it's 6:00 AM which is an improvement, and that's the main reason it was changed. It's afternoon for most Americans and Canadians, while it's early night for those in the UK. Also, the time seems to be the most popular according to the poll here.

Also forgot to say it in a new post, but you can now only win one Pokemon per person.

Why not have it on a Saturday if we're changing times - that straddles the weekend for all timezones and leaves noone in a "work/school gets in the way" situation

You forget about those of us from Japan, where the school system takes no break for saturdays. At least, that is what video games tell me...
