Yeah, to clarify I meant counting 256 turns was dumb and we would not implement a mechanic like that. It should be either regular con or perma and of the 2 I think perma con is preferable considering the gen 7 confusion nerf.

 

Perma con for the holder is closer to the game mechanic, as there's no way in Hell a battle would last 256 turns.

 

Alphabetically, Acid should come before Acid Armor (ORAS Contest Moves, possibly others).
Bolt Strike is listed as having the "Bueaty" attribute (ORAS).
Bubble should be before Bubble Beam (ORAS), Charge before Charge Beam, Conversion before Conversion 2, Feint before Feint Attack, Flash before Flash Cannon, Mist before Mist Ball, Muddy Water before Mud-Slap, Powder (which, why the heck is that a move?) before Powder Snow, Rage before Rage Powder, Reflect before Reflect Type, Roar before Roar of Time, Sludge before Sludge Bomb, Thunder before Thunder Fang, Toxic before Toxic Spikes, Trick before Trick Room, Uproar before U-Turn, V-Create after Vacuum Wave...

Petition to update the wording of moves like Icicle Spear to say "Appeal base score is 1, 2, 4, 6, 8" or something to that effect. (Relevant for combos):
Icicle Spear | Beauty | Varies | 0 |
Appeal score is randomly increased by +1, +2, +4, +6, or +8.

The same for moves like Low Kick:
Low Kick | Tough | Varies | 0 |
Appeal score is increased by: 1 Heart (position 1), 2 Heart (position 2), 4 Heart (position 3), or 6 Heart (position 4).

Moves like Tailwind are worded incorrectly. They make it sound like the first user of a Move First move takes precedent, but the opposite is true. We should re-use the text from RSE:

Tailwind | Cool | +3 | 0 |
User’s placement next round is 1. The first user will go first, a second user will go second, and so on.
User’s placement next round is 1 (will appeal before others that used a move of this kind).

 

All of these are corrected. I was under the impression that the definition of Go First moves were purposely changed, so sorry for that mix-up. I like the way you phrased it (over the way that it used to be phrased) so I changed the second sentence to: "The last user will take precedent."

Aurora Veil should mention it's only usable in Hail.

Refpedia doesn't mention the new failing condition of sky drop based on the target's weight.

The reffing encyclopedia's description for Pain Split references the long-gone 10/10 health structure.

There's a small typo in the description for Burn Up:

Burn Up | Fire | 130 | 100% | 5 | Special | 1 | (none) |
Removes Fire type from user. If user was Pure Fire type, it becomes typeless. Burn Up will fail is user is not Fire type. Will not work if Protean is used to change to Fire type (Type is checked before Protean activates). User regains Fire type upon switch out. If Thaws the user if Frozen.

 

It doesn't mention Solar Blade

Power Herb
Whenever the holder uses a two-turn attack other than Sky Drop, if that attack would take two turns, it takes one turn instead and this item is consumed. It affects Solar Beam, Skull Bash, Sky Attack, Razor Wind, Fly, Dig, Dive, Bounce, Shadow Force, Phantom Force, and Geomancy. Moves like Hyper Beam are unaffected.

In the reffing encyclopedia, Confusion's accruacy is listed as "100", not "100%".
