DAT APPROVAL. BUT I'M NOT APPROVING YOU WITH ANY APPRENTICES THAT ARE LITTLE GIRLS, OKAY. :p

Hikaru's right, you gotta post. Approooved. :D

    Approved.

By the way, I'm probably going to really regret saying this, but if I don't approve you (and you haven't already talked to me Jesse) and you feel it's unfair for whatever reason, you can come argue your case. :D I'm not 100% sure what everyone's skill set is, especially with older people coming back and things like that... So yeah.

We should do something cool with this. Like a tournament or something.

That'd be fun, but the only problem is it wouldn't really be fair to people who weren't approved as mentors or apprentices. Though, if someone can think of some sort of event that would be fair involving this, by all means, tell me. :b

Yeah, and I'm not sure how that worked. Like I said, I don't know how we would do that and make it fair, unless we separated the non mentors/apprentices into tiers and partnered them up or something. I have no idea. I guess we could just have the apprentices battle or something, but that still leaves older people who wanted to be apprentices out. I dunno.

I don't really think it's that vital we include people not in the program. I mean, if there was a Gym Leader Tournament (which would be pretty sweet), you wouldn't include non-gym leaders in it. But I guess I'm a bit bias since I'm in the program.

Yeah, but that's kind of different, since gym leaders are approved by LOs and there's a standard process. Me and the other approvers have denied quite a few people, simply because I believe that only members who are very active, have a lot of experience, are GOOD WITH PEOPLE, and preferably have skills in more than one area should be allowed to be mentors. This means a lot of people don't meet our standards, and a lot of people would be left out. You can talk to a mod about it, but I don't think it's going to fly, and I wouldn't be fully comfortable doing something like that unless there was something else for people who aren't mentors and apprentices.

You're probably right, but its just that the way I see it, they both have requirements. For instance, if I applied to be a Gym Leader I'd get shot down in a heartbeat, similar to how if someone didn't meet your standards for a mentor, they would be rejected, too. But I guess we're getting off topic now.

My main point is that I think it'd be nice to throw us nubs a bone, and make us want to stick around longer. Cause lets face it, half of the apprentices won't be around a month from now, so I think that you guys should give us some motivation to stay because the nubs are the future of URPG. You never know, we could have the next Pidge right under our noses.

That's the whole point of this program. Before, newbs would come and go, and I'm sure a lot of these guys will head on their merry ways, but once I realized that people were more likely to hang around when they had someone to talk to... The point of this program is to welcome people to the URPG. I'm going to pull a Harry here and tell you that I consider us a large family. Sure some of us are assclowns, but that doesn't make them not family. The newbies are like, family friends, or something that haven't quite settled in yet. You're our babies. WE NEED TO TAKE CARE OF YOU OR SOMEONE WILL CALL SOCIAL SERVICES. *Ahem* But I digress. The point is, the approval process for being a mentor or apprentice is a little more subjective, and I dunno, I just don't think we can do a tourney without a lot of our family getting butthurt. Either way, it's not my decision. You'd probably want to talk to Ataro, Pidge, or Chris about any tourney. So if you're that interested, you can go do that.

Aww, one big incest-ridden, interracial family :,)

But yeah, you're right. It'd probably be best to avoid something like that. I'm not really that interested in it, I just wanted to rape my fellow noobies. :) I still think it's a cool idea though, lol.

There would be no problem with a tournament for apprentices only.

I don't think all apprentices are on the same level.
