Made a short tutorial of how to enter the Chat. View the spoiler below.

Spoiler

- Click on IRC Chat found above the toolbar thingy, along with User CP, New Posts, etc.
- When prompted to choose a Channel, choose the very first option, 'Bulbagarden', and click Join Chat.
- Upon entering the Channel, look for that IRC Chat toolbar thingy(above) and look for 'Channels', double click on it.
- There'll be a lot of mini Chat Rooms with names to the left side of the IRC Chat. Pick 'URPG' and double click on it, and you'll be there!
