    I really think it should be 3 (and to be honest it really should be 4 or 5)

    In my opinion, to lead a gym you should show a specialty to that type and clearly be dedicated to training mons of that type.

    Numbers of Pokemon do not determine the skill of the person, even if they have all the Pokemon, that doesn't mean they're good.

    It is more of how the person handles the gym, rather than whether they do or do not have a couple of owned Pokemon that are of that type.

    Besides, it's still up to the league organizer to approve or reject me. If he or she doesn't see anything bad about my application, why should you?
