Proto was keeping up for the first half or so of the battle. The rain from Kingdra proved helpful with Hurricanes, but a lucky Zap Cannon and several fully paralysis turns made her fall behind. After Espeon was KO'd, Blaziken came in to pass some boosts to Gliscor, and it was just about over from there. Gliscor did his Poison Stall thing until it acquired enough boosts to take on everything from Proto's team. Good game!

Andarene (Blastoise, Dragonite, Golem) vs Felly (Machamp, Ampharos, Dragonite)

Andarene's Golem and Felly's Machamp went down pretty quickly, and Andarene's Dragonite got the jump between the two. It took out Ampharos, but Fellynite won the speed tie, resulting in Andarene's Blastoise being forced onto the battlefield. However, Andarene had purchased Ice Beam after his last battle, so he was able to check it and snag the win. Good game!

Morru Magnum (Crobat, Tyranitar, Gliscor) vs Muddy Mudkip (Cloyster, Machamp, Dragonite)

Morru started off shaky, with Cloyster KOing Crobat without getting hurt at all. Tyranitar came in and allowed Cloyster to set up a bit and deal some major damage, but Dragon Tail put a potential sweep to rest. Machamp was rolled in, and Tyranitar switched to Gliscor to save its butt from Vacuum Wave. Gliscor got a Swords Dance up and OHKO'd everything else on Muddy's team. Good game!

Bluey started off strong, predicting the Protect on Blaziken and KOing with Acrobatics as the second Protect failed. It U-Turned to hurt Starmie and set up sand, and Tyranitar paralyzed Medicham before it died to Drain Punch. Archeops came back in, KO'd Medicham, and then died to Starmie's Hydro Pump. Carracosta's Solid Rock made Grass Knot 3hko, so Ash went for the paralyze, but Carra went through it and KO'd with Crunch. Good game!

Lapras had Hydration and set up rain, so it was free of status and managed to Rest just before it ended, allowing Lapras to basically start sweeping again. Lapras won all by itself. Good game!
