Special Rule: Moves that raise Defense now raise Attack instead and vice versa. Moves that raise Special Defense now raise special attack and vice versa. This also applies to moves that lower those stats. Moves such as Reflect/Light Screen etc., moves that lower the user's stats, and Abilities are all unaffected by this rule.
