Aerodactyl, Crustle, Kabutops, Aurorus vs Jolteon, Metagross, Roserade, Garchomp

Smores did some trickery and got a Shell Smashed Crustle in while red carding the boosted Meta out. Swifty's interesting choice in berry and careful/lucky protects brought Roserade into range of a Salac berry which got rid of the Crustle before it did much damage. After that Kabutops took it out, but then was taken out by Jolteon. Aero came in and became Mega, but got outpredicted on a Sub, with jolt breaking in. Aero then took out Jolt. Garchomp came in and 2 shotted the Aurorus that got switched in. Then Aero was forced and Garchomp finished it off.

Hawlucha is a god among men. The little luchador put Felly through the works, pulling out all of the nifty quirks of its arsenal. Ultimately Hawlucha proved its worth as a cool bird.

Dragonite weaves around flinch and damage to keep its Multiscale up. It then got a Dragon Dance up and its Weakness Policy activated, and it was basically over after that.

Crobat did some outplaying. Weavile got some good attract rolls. After that things basically went mon for mon, but Gigalith exploded on a Dragon Dancing Scrafty instead of letting it get the Moxie boost. That meant it came down to a weakened Scrafty with DD against a Weavile. If Weavile had Fake Out or a stronger move it would have won, but the Scrafty prevailed.

So, Ash removed Sand and made it rain. Then used a rain team. Definitely had some great moves for a GBA clause match. Then the gimmickiest of Kingdra strats, but pretty strong. Also, having an Arceus in wait is pretty useful.
