The battle seems to be going all in Syn's favour until Metagross begins to turn things around, and then Magnezone locks him in place with Magnet Pull. Thanks to Meta's Choice Scarf he's unable to use anything but Zen Headbutt, giving Magnezone time to buff up and then take him down. Venusaur then comes in and puts him to Sleep and starts to Grow in preperation for a last minute sweep.
But then Raichu is switched in and gives Venusaur an Encore, leaving the plant monster with nothing to do but Grow until it is KOed.
