Requesting a switch from Cerulean to Sootopolis. Applying with my current lineup and TM.

You both have solid applications/line-ups, but I think i'm gonna award the gym to Nitro only because he has slightly more experience and because Liam could always apply for Cerulean / reapply for Mikan.


Also @Dinobot; since Liam dropped his Mikan app and DR dropped the gym, I believe that means @Smiles; is currently the only one with an application for it.
