I hear that a Champion should have a Champion's gym. As such, I would like to apply for Fortree gym back on the basis of inactive leader.

I would also like to update my Mistralton lineup to that in the meantime. That means dropping Talonflame and adding Jumpluff, Tropius, Volcarona, Xatu. @Ataro;
