Yeah, this issue has been delayed for a couple of days. If you counted the previous issue that was missed as well, it is actually about one-two weeks. It can't be helped though, since I had finals over the past few weeks so I couldn't get it up. Anyway, since I've missed last week's issue, this week's will be a double publication again.

I won't be surprised if the next issues comes late though, especially when I've been feeling out of it lately. If you're always poking around, you would have known that I had been on a weird streak of unsuccessful gym defends lately. So excuse me while I go and slap myself. :bawl:

While there are no prizes for this, we get to have a good overall look at FFA winners for this week. And cheer, or make some noise, or something else.

    • 1st/18: Rohypnol with Starmie, reffed by derian. Special Rule: Each turn, a randomly-determined Pokémon receives a piece of candy. They also receive a piece when they KO a Pokémon.
    • 1st/10: Trainer17 with Ludicolo, reffed by Mubz. Special Rule: [none]
    • 1st/11: Synthesis with Togekiss, reffed by Buzzer. Special Rule: Right before the turn starts two Pokemon will be rolled and they are the Prince and Princess. Should either be KOd the killer gains a random +2 in a stat. Also no genderless Pokémon allowed.
    • 1st/13: Husnain with Venusaur, reffed by Gmandiddy. Special Rule: KO for a Random Boost in StatKO for a Random Boost in Stat
    • 1st/19: Maverick Kaiser with Samurott, reffed by Mubz. Special Rule: KO a mon, and change your own type
    • 1st/21: Bumblebee with Slowbro, reffed by Pidge [FFA Tournament] Special Rule: The weather will randomly start out as either Sunny or Rainy. Every turn the weather alternates. There will be a Kyogre and Groudon with Defense+2 and Special Defense+2 on the field. If one is KOd, then the other's weather will remain for all turns. KO-ing one of these Pokémon gives the Pokémon +2 in all stats (except evasion). If both of these Pokémon are KO'd, the weather of the second one to be KO'd will still remain. All moves and abilities that alter or negate the weather will not work in this FFA.
    • 1st/9: Fawkes with Mamoswine, reffed by mubz. Special Rule: Pick a number between 1-48 each turn, some numbers have special effects.
    • 1st/18: husnain with Tentacruel, reffed by ChainReaction01. Special Rule: Bin Laden FFA. Random Pokémon is Bin Laden and Protect/Detect always works for them. Whoever kills Bin Laden gets +1 in all stats.
    • 1st/26: Buzzer with Xatu, reffed by Pidge. [FFA Tournament] Special Rule: All Pokémon start with +6 in all stats except Evasion. At the end of each turn, all stats are lowered by 1 (except Evasion). Accuracy can't be lowered past 0 by this effect. The ability Contrary does not work on this end of turn stat drop.
    • 1st/23: WinterVines with Espeon, reffed by Pidge [FFA Tournament] Special Rule: All directly attacking moves become Fire type. If you KO a Pokémon with a real Fire type move, you increase your Attack, Special Attack, and Speed by 3 stages. You can not use Pokémon whose type(s) resist fire. The Sun is always shining and can't be altered by weather moves or abilities (including Cloud Nine and Air Lock).
    • 1st/16: Fawkes with Sceptile, reffed by SiberianTiger Special Rule: [none]

    NFE Pokémon Review 2
    By IceKyurem

In this article, I will be reviewing...
    Porygon2

Porygon2 is really hard to obtain. You can either write for a Porygon or a Porygon2 (which is quite hard), get one from the park (which requires a lot of luck and RPing skill), or trade for one (which will require a great offer). However, Porygon2 has great Special Stats with good defences too. With an Eviolite attached, you’ll have the wall of NFE.

Once being a fully evolved Pokémon, Porygon2 can learn Hyper Beam naturally. I recommend using Hyper Beam over Giga Impact, since Porygon2’s special attack is higher than its normal attack. Porygon2 can learn quite a few Electric-type moves, being a data Pokémon. These include Zap Cannon and Discharge. Discharge has higher accuracy, though Zap Cannon has higher power and a 100% chance of paralyzing the target if it hits. Lock-On works well with Zap Cannon, though you would do more damage by using Discharge twice.

The digital Pokémon can counter its weakness, Fighting-types, with Psybeam. Psybeam is the only damaging Psychic-type move that Porygon2 can learn naturally. Another way Porygon2 can counter Fighting-types is though Conversion2. If a Fighting-type Pokémon uses a Fighting-type move on Porygon2, it can use Conversion2 to change into either a Flying- or Psychic-type. Conversion is also quite good, but if you want to rely on it, I’d recommend putting lots of Psychic TMs on your Porygon2.

The TMs Porygon2 can learn are quite a vast variety. Shadow Ball doesn’t affect fellow Normal-types; though it is super effective against the Ghost-types. It can also learn the infamous BoltBeam combo via TM, which covers all Pokémon apart from Magnemite’s evolution family and Chinchou’s evolution family. To wall even more, Porygon2 can also learn Rest to restore its HP. With a Lum Berry and Recycle, Porygon2 can Rest all it wants, annoying your opponent even more.

Porygon2 is a very versatile Pokémon, good for walling as well as sweeping. I hope this article made you aware of Porygon2’s potential.

    Capturing Pokémon in the URPG
    By Buoysel.

Capturing Pokémon is something that many people in the URPG aim for, for whatever reason - battling or contests, mainly. What people may wonder about, however, are what Pokémon to capture and how to capture them. There are several ways of capturing a Pokémon - buying it through the Pokémon Mart, auctions, writing a story for it, capturing it through the National Park, et cetera. We'll just go through some of the advantages and disadvantages on how to capture a Pokémon.

    1. The Pokémart.
The Pokémart is, unarguably, the easiest method to capture a Pokémon. Simply complete a purchase and you can walk away with your new Pokémon. Unfortunately, not every Pokémon can be bought - if they could, some people in the URPG who simply collect Pokémon would have already had them all by now. Buying Pokémon is an easy way to get some strong additions to your team, most notably the pseudo-legendary Pokémon who are simply begging to be bought.

As mentioned, however, a big downer to the Pokémart is that it does not offer every species of Pokémon. Also, the type distribution in the Pokémart isn't exactly accommodating either, although most people really don't have any objections to that. All in all, the Pokémart is a quick stop for any trainer who'd want a fast way to get a reliable Pokémon. It doesn't offer much coverage for any other kind of rarer (or even more common Pokémon, in the cases of some of the Easiest capture Pokémon that may be acquired through stories) Pokémon.

    2. Auctions.
Auctions are events which are held from time to time, most commonly in the thread known as the Auction Room. Auctions are the place for the members who have too much virtual money burning through their pockets, and are looking for some Pokémon which don't feature in the Pokémart, and they can't be bothered looking for a story deal from some willing writer slaves. The Auction Room is a place where they can spend limitless amounts of money trying to contest against others' fortunes to win a Pokémon. Auctions are unhealthy to all people who do not have a lot of money, so be sure to bring all your savings or you may find your bid bested easily.

Aside from that, auctions are an easy way to get Pokémon (again, provided you're wallowing in the pixelated money). One of the bad things about auctions is that they are held very sporadically, and there isn't a set time for them to happen. Whilst you should leap on any auctions whilst they're there if you can, you're better off sticking to stories and the National Park to catch Pokémon in the meantime.

    3. Stories.
Stories, to be honest, are the most reliable way of capturing Pokémon (apart from Legendary Pokémon, of course - they suck stegosaurus eggs). Stories allow for the capture of any Pokémon at any evolutionary stage - writing a good story can get you a valuable Pokémon, which in turn you can trade for another rare or keep it if it would be a good asset to your battling team. Even those who have limited writing ability will at least have a decent selection of Pokémon to choose from - Medium or lower offer a lot of Pokémon whose evolutionary forms are really quite reliable and strong. People who have a passion for writing and are very good at it can get themselves nearly any Pokémon they would desire in the URPG.

Even if you can't write long, interesting stories, there are, most of the time, people who will be willing to whore you their writing skills - for a price, of course. Usually, people who offer story deals are people who enjoy writing. Beware, though - they may ask for something that you don't really want to give up, such as that beloved Porygon who you went to great lengths to achieve. Mostly, however, you can negotiate something sensible and something that you'll both agree on. Then, you just wait until the story's been graded, and hey presto! You've got yourself a new Pokémon with minimal effort on your part.

Beware, however - the brains of graders are mystical deities that will do anything they please. If you venture to Hard-rank Pokémon and above, they might accidentally tear your story to shreds and feed it to you in a bowl of sour milk...

LOL JK don't get too concerned.

    4. National Park.
The National Park is the place to go for all those people who absolutely adore role-playing. Sign up your character, fill in a form for a run and you're on your way to RPing yourself more Pokémon. Simple as that. The National Park is a very fun place for people who have the patience for role-playing, and is even friendly towards those people who aren't so inclined to writing a lot for their Pokémon. The basic plot of your RP is that you're milling along in a wonderful, magical place filled with different kinds of Pokémon - you've brought along two companions, and you have the chance to meet fifteen different Pokémon along your journey. You may befriend some of them and they may help you along your journey, or maybe you want to launch battle with them to capture them. Either way, the National Park never really gets old.

It's quite easy in the National Park as compared to stories - some areas offer Pokémon to be captured a bit more easily than they are in stories. Also, the Rangers help in the National Park - instead of having to come up with twists and events, something to go on to keep your story going, the Rangers will provide something for you to talk about in your next post.

However, like all methods of capturing Pokémon, the National Park has a slight downside to it - the chance that you won't get to meet the Pokémon you originally wanted to meet there. Even Poképlayers do not totally fight off this possibility. Even then, the National Park is an entertaining alternative to any other method.

Overall, there is no "best" way of getting a Pokémon. Most of the methods mentioned will get you a Pokémon, but all have their downsides.

    Gotta catch 'em all, URPG!

    First Time Park Expedition
    Part 1: Preparation
    By Buzzer

Do you want high rank Pokémon, but don’t feel confident writing the necessary quantities? Sick of seeing graders grade for their friends and jumping the queue? Well, let me say there is a place where you can solve both of these problems. The National Park. There are some common misconceptions about the Park and I had the idea of this Beginner’s guide to the park.

You want to go on your first Park Run. I’m here to get things going and make sure it starts off without a hitch. The first step is post your Trainer sign up, this is a really easy step. You just have to follow the categories listed here. It is also a place to keep track of your Park Items, however most people do this in their trainer stats anyway. A nice description of your characters appearance and personality and you should be approved. You don’t need to post the natures of Pokémon that haven’t been caught at the Park here; it is purely for Pokémon caught in the Park.

So you have your sign up form complete, what now? Well, the first thing is to have a read through the rules of the National Park. These are fairly straightforward and general the more complex stuff will come later.

Familiarized yourself with the basic rules? Good, now to decide where you want to take your first run, this is very much dependent on which Pokémon(s) you would like to try and capture. Pokémon are separated into 8 areas within the park. Each area correlates to a different environment. For example; Mount Deckbi is a dormant volcano with a rocky environment as such is home to mainly Rock, Ground and Fire Types. For the full list for each area take a look at the National Park Map.

Know what you want Pokémon you want to capture then it is time to go shopping. The Park has its own Shop, here you can purchase everything you will need for your time in the Park. For your first run, what you buy is dependent on how much money you have and whether you want a specific Pokémon. If you are an inexperienced roleplayer and not looking for any particular Pokémon here is a good example shopping list for the first run:
    • 3 Park Balls - $500x3 = $1500
    • 2 Super Ball - $1000sx2 = $2000
    • 1 Hyper Ball - $1000
    • Type Repellent - $1500 (optional, but useful)
    • Digital Camera - $7000 (very useful, most runs you can make a good $5000 back in photos)
    • 2 Energy Root Plus - $1000x2 = $2000
    • 2 Lava Cookie - $500x2 = $1000
    • Energy Root - $1500
    • Total = 17,500

Now, that is just a guideline and can be changed depending on wealth. Another thing to look out for is the PokéPlayer and Voice Disks. These will give you a 10% of encountering a specific Pokémon up to intermediate rank, with 5 attempts per disk. Similarly if you want to reduce the quantity of writing you can purchase fragrances which reduce the Minimum Character Requirement by set amounts up to 20% of the Rank.

The next step is to decide the natures of the Pokémon you have caught outside of the National Park, i.e. your starter, any Pokémon bought at the PokéMart or auction or Pokémon caught through Stories. The list of Natures is the same as in Pokémon video games, but in the Park, it relates to how that Pokémon will act in situations. Pokémon Natures. Although it can be tempting to give all your Pokémon easy obedient Natures such as Mild, I would recommend adding some variety as you can add character to your Pokémon matching their Natures. Once a nature is selected it cannot be changed, so choose carefully.

By now you have all your items and you know where you are going and have your Character all signed up. The next step in starting your first run is to post at the Front Gate. There are two sections the National Park. The Main RP section is a more realistic Park area where you can interact with other trainers in the same area of the park. Also you can take part in Team runs in which two trainers go on an expedition together. The Individual RP section is simply one trainer and ranger going it alone, here you will be unaffected by other trainers in the same area.

There is a separate front gate for each section. Main RP Front Gate and Individual RP Front Gate. Whichever you chose you will find a Trainer form for you to fill in. I would recommend bringing along Pokémon that can heal themselves and if possible others in your team. That can be very useful and saves money. A good team size is 3 or 4 Pokémon, it isn’t necessary to bring a full team as the chances are you won’t battle every Pokémon you encounter. The entrance fee is $2500 which allows you to take in two Pokémon, for $500 per Pokémon you can add Extra Pokémon to your team.

Once a ranger approves, your expedition will begin and you will be able to start trying to catch Pokémon. Next time I will explain what the actual journey will be like and give some tips as to what will help you along the way.

    Featured Member Interview Q&A
    By Alaskapigeon

    Roulette Dares

Today's interview will be a special edition about: URPG addiction.

Roulette Dare's is an ordinary URPGer; he battles, writes, and visits the National Park on a regular basis. However, there may be more to being part of the URPG than meets the eye. I met Roulette in the URPG Time's interview room. His eyes appeared glazed over and he twitched almost continuously.

"Roulette, I'm going to be asking you a few questions. Is that alright?"

    He nodded vigorously.

"How has the URPG affected your life?"

His eyes darted nervously back and forth. "It made me fail calculus." He shuddered, as if in anticipation of a blow.

"See this right here? This is one of the main symptoms of URPG addiction: falling grades. Some other symptoms are inability to get the fuck off the internet, lack of sleep, erectile dysfunction…."

"I'm not gay, okay?!" Roulette said defiantly. I ignored him.

"You're experiencing all those symptoms, correct?

"Yeah, pretty much," he said more calmly than he had spoken a moment ago. "My cock is a beast though."

I quickly made a mental note to add penis mutation to the list of symptoms. "On a lighter note, how has the URPG affected you for the better?"

"Well, it's introduced me to waaaaay more people, meaning a lot more potential stalkees."

I decided to ask some more diverse questions, to truly measure the depth of his addiction. "Who's your favorite URPGer?"

    "Um, TED, he's like, funny."

    "And your least favorite?"

"Alaskapigeon. Seriously, stop flaunting yourself. The rest of the URPG can't get ANYTHING done because of you. Next question?"

"I agree. Dat Alaskapigeon is so dum. But yeah. Who do you think will win the FFA tournament?"

"Hm, well, considering that I've been away for a while and have only participated in one FFA…I'm going to say The Jr Trainer. I have no idea how well he's been doing, but he's a cool guy and the first person I thought of for some reason." He paused. "Oh, it's because he's at the top of my buddy list, and I think I heard he won one or something. He's also the most attractive ref."

"Last question, I think. Which area or areas of the URPG do you think should be expanded on?"

He considered this. "The healthcare system for rangers. They have the most dangerous job in the URPG, and when they get hurt they're left to pay the bills. I propose that they can't be denied because of preexisting health problems, and that there be a death panel for old rangers." He was quiet for a moment before adding, "All are cocks."

Must be someone else voting for Pidge. "Thanks, Roulette," I said, and he immediately jumped up and ran out of the room. I think he might've been yelling something about cocaine and Ice Pokémon.

    Featured Gym Leader Interview Q&A
    By Pmanpman

    SiberianTiger of Mistralton Gym

This week, I went down to the URPG Pokémon League to conduct my interview; only to find that our chosen leader was sitting in an almost brand new gym in Unova. That's right folks! This week's leader is both a member of the 13374, more commonly known as the Elite Four, and the leader of a gym in the Unova region!

SiberianTiger leads the Flying-type gym known as Mistralton (I stupidly forgot to ask his win-loss record but it's fairly safe to assume from what he said that it's one win to zero losses).

He has so far only had one battle in his new gym, but he has led multiple gyms over the years. He believes his first gym was Petalburg but he isn't 100% sure of that. This is really a measure of how long ST has been a competitive battler in the URPG.

He does however still remember his first gym challenge, he "was up against Hypocrisy is Fun and his Rock-type Gym, and it came down to Jynx VS. Tyranitar." ST used his Jynx quite effectively," [he] managed to land a Lovely Kiss and Fake Tear a few times, before he awoke."

"In the end [he] had [managed] to land a Blizzard to score the KO, and luckily I hit right below the required low [roll]."

He also took me back to the decision over his starter, most people spend 5 to 10 minutes at most thinking about their starter - ST however "took hours" to decide. He, quite smartly, didn't want a mart mon and was "around the time [he] was heavy (sic) into Emerald and Aggron had been one of [his] favourite Pokémon of that generation."

Therefore he chose Aron, which is under used in the URPG, even amongst the Steel-type gyms.

Had he the choice now, he says, "I'd probably opt for Gastly or something along those lines - fast, lots of attacking options and such."

For those currently thinking of joining the URPG, SiberianTiger gives you this advice for your starter, "While I wouldn't tell anybody to never pick a Mart Pokémon, I would advise that if you want to get into the battling aspect of the URPG, it would probably benefit you to pick a rare strong Pokémon such as Staryu or Gastly as a starter."

When it comes to his favourite battles in the E4, ST recalls challenging Pidge, as with all battles at the top, they tend to drag on apparently. SiberianTiger extends his apologies to whoever happened to ref their last battle.

I also asked him his thoughts on special vs physical. I got a long diatribe on how you cannot pick, before I was informed, "I find that physical sweepers tend to do better in the URPG, mostly because of moves such as Dragon Dance."

SiberianTiger does make a good point, there aren't as many options for special sweepers to set up in the URPG as there are for physical sweepers, though this doesn't mean that there isn't a place for them.

He was also given the task of fixing up some of the problems with the National Park when there were too many people getting super rare Pokémon too easily. Despite this, he hasn't actually had much to do with the Park. I still asked him his opinion on it, and discovered that he feels "like it's a nice addition to the URPG, and definitely worthwhile, but [he does] find [himself] having mixed feelings about some of the RPing quality."

I also asked him about his gym strategy and discovered that he has been talking with Pidge about how to defend a Flying-type gym. He hasn't however had much chance to develop his own tactics so you'll have to challenge him to see how he will battle.

On that note, remember that gym leaders are out there awaiting your challenge. I believe in these days, all of us can be found on AIM anyway. Don't forget, if you aren't able to challenge a gym leader due to time issues, feel free to PM him/her to set up a time or a forum challenge.

We The Pichus... of Navel Gym

This week, we have another one of those epically powerful trainers that stands in the way of our champion. No, I don't mean some stupid gym leader. In fact, this week's leader doesn't even own a gym in the regular league.

So what do we have? Some guy who doesn't own a Pokémon League Gym but still stands between you and the Champion, and I haven't ruled out owning a Gym, so he might be a leader in the Orange League. Let's see who fits the description. They have to be an E4 member.

We interview SiberianTiger last week so we can count him out, he also leads Mistralton City. Ataro leads Nacrene and Xalapeno lead Sunyshore. The reserve E4 doesn't stand in your way (unless you are an E4) but better safe than sorry, however Jr leads Striaton. This only really leaves We Taste Pies..., leader of Naval Island Gym, and the only person who makes my punctuation look horrible when I type his name.

WTP is "an oldfag" when it comes to the URPG. One of the my favourite refs, mainly because he's only online at unusual times, just like me. He also thinks that it is no co-incidence that the strongest trainers in the URPG are refs.

I asked him whether or not he believed in co-incidence, his reply was quite unexpected. "I believe in Husnain," he tells me.

Husnain seemed to come up quite frequently in the course of our conversation, when I asked who his favourite URPGer of all time was, WTP gyped Hus at the last second. He instead gave his favourite URPGer award to Ball.

I also asked if he would order his Magikarp to use Tackle on Husnain, he says, "Nah. I like Flail better." He doesn't rule out using Bounce however.

When it comes to WTP's favourite battles, he claimed to have a poor memory for such things. He does however recall his first Elite Four battle, less than a month ago...

"Ataro takes pleasure in challenging me whenever I get a gym or whatever and taking the first battle as a win for him."

This time however, WTP won, though he doesn't recall more than that.

As to why Orange Island Gyms don't get challenged as much, you aren't part of the main league and "if they beat a gym from another league, they get 2k plus a TM which can cost no less than 3k alone." Losses to Orange league gyms pay more than losses to main league gyms however.

There was some discussion of changing Pummelo to a position like the E4, where you don't have to give up your other gym to take it as it's been sitting open for months, but WTP doesn't think it's a major issue.

As per usual, I'll leave you with a reminder to challenge gyms, this time with a strong push towards the Orange League.

    Pokémon Of The Week

In every issue of the URPG Times, I will randomly choose a "Pokémon Of The Week". If you're a member of the URPG, and you happen to have that Pokémon, you will win $1,000! Just reply to this thread to claim your money! It's that simple!

Think you know those Pokémon? That's right! It's Shedinja and Yanmega! All of you owners of these unusual critters just reply to this thread to claim your $1,000!

    Trainer Of The Week
Stats Collected By MuddyMudkip & Fierce Deity

For the week of 4/23 - 4/29, we have Bumblebee (47 battles) and Roulette Dares (11 non basic battles) as our Trainer Of The Week. In the week of 4/30 - 5/6, we then have eternus_situs (42 battles) and a draw of both GliscorMan and PokeViper (both with 9 non basic battles completed). Sounds confusing? Well, this ought to sound simpler. All 5 of you get to claim $1,500 each.

    Story Of The Week
    By Dust & Evanfardreamer Respectively

For the week of 4/23 - 4/29, the Story of the Week is Falling in Balance (Chapter 2), by Alaskapigeon. Set in a post apocalyptic Johto, this story features an odd trio consisting of a hardened gunslinger, a Scyther, and a demonic being controlling the corpse of a small girl. Seeking to end the sickness, a plague that has drastically mutated infected Pokémon and bestowed them with hostile mindsets, the three travel through the vast desert which was once Johto as they search for legendary Pokémon in hopes that they will be able to restore balance to the world.

If you plan to read this chapter, then don’t forget to read the first one as well- and make sure to stay tuned for future installments. Congratulations, Alaska- you’ve won a prize of $1500. Enjoy.

For the week of 4/30 - 5/6, the Story of the Week is A Dame A Dozen by Ryoku. A short story, but it tends to indulge in the anthropomorphized Pokemon worlds that I really enjoy. The names tend to indicate what species the character is, and I was very amused by the mental image of an Alakazam sweeping dust from his desk with a battered fedora. It's the first part in what seems like a detective serial with a bit of a twist, and I look forward to further installments, especially of an Alakazam trying to discreetly tail a Gardevoir without looking like a moustachioed stalker.

Congratulations, Ryoku, for you get to win $1,500 too!

    Roleplayer Of The Week
    By Buzzer & WinterVines Respectively

This week's RolePlayer of the week is Ebail! He's currently on a run through Mount Oktori, encountering some pretty neat mons. For once someone's not going to Deckbi! From what I've seen, Ebail is a Park machine, constantly going on runs and becoming a vet in his own right. He's a good posted too with excellent quality, making his runs very enjoyable. Check it out for a good read or if you want to pester him about trading something he catches to you :) Ebail, you get to claim your $1,500.

Okay, you may have seen Ataro be the Roleplayer of the week before, but he's been doing some very cool stuff over in the Main RP section at Meteor Valley this time. Despite basically managing a triple run, he is still coming with new and interesting ways to do it. Not only has he made his Snorlax be the ranger for one of them; to maintain continuity between the two runs, he has created a unique story where one of the trainer's mons has been flung through a Waterfall and kidnapped. There are lots of great roleplayers in the park at the moment, and we will highlight a new one next week, I just felt like this was such a creative and interesting run that people should go take a read. So Ataro, you get to claim $1,500 too.

    Spendthrift Of The Week
    Stats Collected By Neonsands

Each week, the Spendthrift Of The Week will be decided by whoever spent most in all of the following areas - Pokemart, Daycare, DW, Berry Store, and Park Store. This time, we have Team Evolution as our Spendthrift for the week of 4/23 - 4/29, and ChainReaction01 as our Spendthrift for the week of 4/30 - 5/6. They each get to claim a grand rebate of $1,500 each.
