    So, yeah.

    EDIT:
    Buoysel successfully captures a Swinub at Mt. Oktori, Individual RP. The cap rate was at 122%, and I figured I wouldn't roll (because no other rangers were online anyway other than Buoysel. himself). Oh, and yeah, I'm the ranger.

    Same as Nitro above: Akinai's Capture Rate was 100% and no one was online, so screw it. Rolled a dice in the ref calc for funsies - 36.
