Some Background information on my character:

Sharcus "Sharkfin" Creek hails from the southern coasts of Hoenn. At the age of 19, he remains a devoted member of Team Aqua, where he serves under the position of Grunt, Pelagic Rank. He ties his Aqua Bandana on his left arm rather than wearing it on his head. He is 6'1'' and has spiky, cobalt blue hair. His favorite bands include Crabhammer and TM18. As a child, Levi would surf to the Abandoned Ship near Route 108. When he was exploring the ship one day, he met an Octillery hiding in a bin. They became close friends, and Levi would eventually make that Octillery his first Pokémon.
