Okay I am so sorry. I got kinda confused along the way and I wasn't informed that I needed one but I do have one now.

 

As stated by others, welcome to URPG and the National Park in particular. (it's the best part). Looking through your posts it doesn't seem like you bought the Pokeballs. We have a specific shop set up to buy Park equipment this is found - HERE.

But before you go running of spending you're rare and valuable money at this stage in your URPG path, we have an event and new style of run for new trainers, such as yourself. It only costs $1000, you get all the equipment you need and it is short and you will only encounter Common Pokemon which tend to be unevolved forms - which is just what you need to progress.

Other Info/Plot Hooks: Sarren's here to catch Pokémon for Trainers who are just starting out. At least, that's part of it. It just so happens that he's rather curious about where a certain person by the name of Tella might have ended up; perhaps you've heard of her? It's been almost seven years, but recently, Sarren heard from a... sort-of friend... that she'd been mentioned in the same breath as the Park. Which is the other part of why he's here.
