“Again?”

“Yes, they’re quite determined to keep people from going that route and getting injured.”

“But that’s one of the places where Heatmor are most common! At this rate-“

“That’s exactly why the Durant are constantly tunneling and breaking up that path,” I replied, feeling slightly irritated by the young woman arguing with me. She was a Trainer of about seventeen, and she’d come by at least five times this week in the effort to find and catch a Heatmor. Every time, though, the path to one of the most commonly-populated areas was inaccessible thanks to the efforts of a Durant nest that lived under the path. The Heatmor were in rut, as this was their breeding season, and they were much more aggressive than normal. The Durant, knowing the seasons and ways of their mortal enemies, were doing what they could to protect not only random humans but also other Pokemon from straying down that path and encountering something more than they could handle. “It’s an effort to protect people. They’re doing it for the safety of others.”

“I don’t need some stupid Scizor wannabes trying to keep me from a Pokemon I want because it’s not safe,” the teenager replied snottily. I sighed and fixed her with a hard stare.

“Heatmor are generally solitary creatures who do not like the company of others. In fact, they will go out of their way to chase off intruders to their territory. The fire they breathe isn’t much cooler than the lava in Mount Deckbi and their Flamethrower can reach up to twenty feet. They can run about five miles per hour faster than a human. Now, imagine these ill-tempered Pokemon, and throw in the stress of mating season. The females are super-agitated because of their hormones and the males are so ridiculously aggressive they sometimes attack their own reflection before realizing it’s not a rival male.

“So basically, you have a Pokemon that can run faster than you, can shoot ultra-hot flames farther than you can ra]un in the time it takes the attack to be used, and is liable to try frying you the moment is sees you standing twenty feet away not even looking in its direction. Now I don’t know about you, but I would be quite grateful that the Durant are trying to keep people who don’t know all that from finding out the hard way.”

By this time the young woman had paled a little, looking more uneasy and unhappy. I continued to stare at her until she raised her hands in a submissive gesture, shaking her head a little and looking suitably abashed.

“Okay, okay, I’m sorry. I didn’t know…”

“Exactly,” I said, pleased that the girl seemed to finally understand. “And neither do most people coming here. Now did you still want to fill out an application to visit Deckbi again or do you want to go somewhere else?”

“I think I’ll just wait,” the Trainer said. She then looked somewhat embarrassed as she added, “So, uh…how long…?”

“About another week,” I replied. “Breeding seasons for Fire Pokemon tend to be short. In another week they’ll be back to their slightly less aggressive tendencies.” The Trainer nodded and left the Ranger Outpost, causing me to sigh again. People were so pushy and impatient sometimes…

The phone ringing interrupted my thoughts, and the receptionist (who’d been snickering at the young woman as she left) quickly answered. She nodded once and lowered the phone a little, covering the mouthpiece as she said, “Ms. Sara, we have a Trainer that’ll be visiting Mt. Deckbi coming from the Docks. Would you be able to take him?”

“Eh, sure, I don’t have much to do at the moment anyways. Pretty much everything is filled out for the Ruins…go ahead and let them know I’ll take him, but ask them to forward his information. They’ve been forgetting to do that lately for some reason.”

About seven minutes later the receptionist handed me a printout of my Trainer’s information. His name was Tiberius Dreamsmasher; I quirked an eye at his last name, which sounded somewhat…unpleasant. I shrugged, certain that it had no bearing on his personality, and quickly glanced over the Pokemon he was bringing; a Swampert, a Feraligatr, and an Empoleon.

“Huh, all his accompanying Pokemon are Water Starters from different regions,” I mumbled to myself. “Guy must be a collector.” I continued to look over the information, going to make a cup of tea as well while I waited for the Trainer to arrive.

“Don’t you just love that fresh air Ferligart”

“Ferligart!”

“Well then I guess its time to clime Mt. Deckbi, lets go to the Ranger Outpost and so who’s waiting for us”

I took out Ferligart’s Pokeball, and had him return it was time to head out. I pack all my stuff and was ready move, I gazed up at Deckbi the mountain was beautiful the sky was clear, and there was a cool breeze in the air, yeah this is going to be a good run I think. The last time I came to Deckbi I got some good Pokemon, but this time was getting great Pokemon and with some luck I will find the Pokemon I’m looking for. I started to walk up the path to the Ranger Outpost I wasn’t for from it so, it would not take to long.​

I headed outside and noticed a young man climbing towards the Outpost. From the picture that had been forwarded along with the rest of his information, I knew this to be Tiberius. I released my Sigilyph from his PokeBall and headed down to meet the Trainer I’d be leading through the Park.

“Hey there, you must be Tiberius,” I said a moment later. “I’m Trainer and I’ll be taking you through Mount Deckbi today. This here is Regalia; he’ll teleport us to the base of the mountain.” Regalia hummed in acknowledgement and, after a moment to let Tiberius get ready for it, the Sigilyph encased us in a sphere of psionic power, which was then shot through the that space between space as we Teleported.

When we arrived at the base of Mount Deckbi, Regalia hovered above my head and established a telepathic connection between us. I felt the tickling probe of his mind trying to reach mine; a few seconds later, his deep, rich mental voice filled my head.

=Aahhh, the volcano. We haven’t been here in quite some time.= I nodded in agreement as Tiberius wasted no time in pulling out a PokePlayer and putting a Voice Disc inside it. He then hit Play, and the boisterous cry of a Litwick radiated from the speakers. We waited a few moments, but no Litwick came to investigate the source of the cry. I did notice something else, though, peeking at us from behind a scraggly bush. Upon closer inspection I realized it was a Darumaka. The little Fire Pokemon noticed me looking at it and toddled out from behind the bush, puffing its cheeks out and seemingly trying to make itself appear intimidating. If anything it only managed to make itself look fluffy.

“Any chance you want a Darumaka?” I asked Tiberius.

I got to the Outpost, and looked up to see a Ranger coming my way. After introducing her self the Ranger said that we were going to be teleported up the Mt. Deckbi by her Regala. It took only a second for Regala to Teleport us up to the base of Deckbi. This was my favorite place to be the smell of that fresh mountain air mixed with the volcanic ash, oh yeah I loved it her. The last time I came to Deckbi I had a list of Pokemon I was going to catch, but I got distracted and didn’t get the Pokemon I wanted, but this Time I was getting them well if I find them I would. Its so hard to find the Pokemon you want the ones you don’t want come out of the blue, and when you try to run they don’t let you and since I had One Pokedoll I would be doing a lot of battling this run, I didn’t mind since I never do battle so this run would be most interesting to say the least. It was time to start this run I took out my Pokeplayer popped in the Litwick Voice Disc, and let it play I waited for a few minute but no Litwick came to investigate the sound, but just then I realized my Ranger was looking at some thing I turned my head and a little Pokemon came toddling out from behind a bush. It was a Darumaka a Fire Pokemon, my Rager look at me and asked if I wanted to catch it.

“Hahahahahahahahaha!!!!!, oh my gosh that is the most pathetic Pokemon I have ever seen in my life”

I could not help but laugh at it the little Pokemon looked like it was choking there for a second, then I realized it was just puffing it self up to make it look tough but instead it made it self look more pathetic, and funny that was importune part. I pulled out my Pokedex to what this thing was I new it was Fire but that was all I new about, and to my surprise the little Pokemon was good and when it evolved it was a power house it would take some work to make it a great Pokemon, but I could do it I knew I can.

“Oh, boy I don’t care who you are that little thing is funny, and I guess I can catch it I need more fire Pokemon so why not I’ll do it.”

I took out Ferligatr’s Pokeball, and let him out. From the red beam formed the blue and white alligator Pokemon right in front of me.

“Okay Ferligart that Pokemon right over there is what you will be battling today.”

“Ferligatr smiled at me I could tell he found that Pokemon just as funny as I did. Now he had a chew toy to play with, I knew he was going to have a lot of fun with this one it not every day he get to play with small Pokemon after all. Ferligatr looked at me again, and gave me a nod he was ready to battle at first I was going to just use Aqua Tail attack, but that was a little harsh on the same token I need to be careful about how I attack it. The little Pokemon are the ones that do the most damage to you so, the way I see it we use a Screech attack then a Crunch, and see what it does from there. or I could use a Superpower attack that wasn’t the best move, but I could do the damage I want that and Slash which also was a good attack, but once you start second guessing your self that when thing start to fail so, I will start with the first idea first a Screech then a Crunch attack to fallow it.

“Okay Ferligatr, use you’re Screech now!”

Ferligatr pass me a evil grin as he took a deep breath then exhaled out, and from that can a sound that was like long nails scratching against glass. I covered my ears for the noise was painful. I didn’t want to wait, and see if the attack had effected Darumaka so I gave Ferligatr his next attack command.

“Ferligatr, use you’re Crunch attack now!”

Ferligatr’s mouth opened up and from it came a puddle of drool he looked hungry. and he was about to satisfy that hunger right now.

I quirked an eyebrow at Tiberius’s reaction to Darumaka’s appearance, but didn’t say anything about it. Some people were just like that, but it wasn’t really a good idea to make comments like that right in front of the Pokemon you were about to battle. Darumaka seemed to take offense to the comment, puffing up even more and beginning to stomp back and forth before Tiberius even sent out his Pokemon, working itself into a bit of a frenzy as Tiberius’s Feraligatr appeared from his PokeBall.

Tiberius ordered his Pokemon to use a Screech attack, followed by a Crunch. Feraligatr inhaled deeply and then let out a high-pitched shriek, causing Darumaka to flinch back with a cry and cover its ears. As soon as Feraligatr’s Screech ended, though, Darumaka glared at the Water Pokemon and took a deep breath of its own. It then began to stomp crazily, balling its hands into fists and screaming as if throwing a fit.

The Uproar attack caused Feraligatr to recoil, as it was just as loud and piercing as his Screech had been, only the shockwaves from Darumaka’s screams actually caused damage. Shaking his head to try and clear the ringing, the large alligator dropped to all fours and ran towards the yowling Darumaka, jaws opened wide as he prepared to Crunch. He then snapped his maw shut on Darumaka, squeezing the little Fire Pokemon before dropping it and hastily retreating as Darumaka’s shrieking grew stronger.

“Well, I never thought there’d be a screaming match today,” I said, having to holler to be heard above Darumaka’s Uproar. “If it keeps that up it’ll scream itself hoarse!”

Darumaka didn’t like what i had to say about it. The little fire Pokemon began to puffing it self up I knew what it was doing, the little Pokemon was using the move Work Up which boost the attack of that Pokemon it wasn’t not a bad choice, but this Pokemon would have to do better then that to impress me. Ferligatr’s Screech attack had worked, and the fire Pokemon was in some pain from the attack then again I was too, but that didn’t stop the little guy. Darumaka pass Ferligatr a evil glared then, took a deep breath of its own. It then began to stomp crazily, balling its hands into fists and screaming its head off, just like a baby would the Darumaka was throwing a fit. This move was a Uproar attack, it was just as loud and painful as Screech was. the only differentness between to two moves were that Screech didn’t do damage to the Pokemon where Uproar did. Now that Darumaka was done with that Ferligatr launched his Crunch attack at the fluffy Pokemon. Darumaka let a loud cry I knew that attack had to hurt, because Ferligatr had some big teeth I would not to be bit by those. Now I need to attack again which one to use my move pool was small because I had no Tms on Ferligatr I only had a Waterfall which was a HM, but was to powerful to use I could take the chance and see if Darumaka take the hit and survives, but I don’t take risks like that not when I trying to catch a Pokemon. So I wanted to use the environment to my advantage, but there was not to much I could do with it however that would not stop me with -2 Defense a Slash attack should do just what I need, but I still wanted to do a combo attack the key is to find out what work the best without KOing; the Pokemon you have to just the right amount because if you don’t the hole plan go’s right out the window. So maybe a Slash and Rage attack that could work good together then again there was Slash and Water Gun which I like the best.

“Okay Ferligatr, use you’re Slash attack”

Ferligatr look at his claws then, look at Darumaka with a evil grin I got the filling that Ferligatr was enjoying this battle way to much, but since he never gets to have fun I would not stop him from ripping that little fire Pokemon into a few pieces just this once. Ferligatr took running for Darumaka, I was going to have him use the Water Gun attack right before he hit Darumaka, but it was a water attack and I didn’t want to use it this was a last minute change in my plan, but I knew Ferligatr would not let me down her never has before. What I was curious to see what move this Pokemon would use I need Ferligatr if I ran into one of the Pokemon I wanted, and the last thing I needed was for him to get burned, but I would worry when and if that time came for now I will wait and see what Darumaka does one thing was for sure this would be interesting to see.

Feraligatr seemed more than happy to try and quiet Darumaka, who was still shrieking loudly. The large blue gator crouched, then charged forward with more speed than one would imagine from such a bulky creature. Just as he reached Darumaka, the little Fire Pokemon paused to draw in another breath, preparing to continue her Uproar.

Before she could, Feraligatr drew back his left arm and splayed his claws, then whipped his arm around with force. Darumaka saw what was coming and squeaked in alarm, flinging her own paw forward as flames burst into life around it. Her fist struck Feraligatr’s palm just as his Slash connected with her side; her attack, while hasty and sudden, was enough to take some of the force from Feraligatr’s assault. Not only that, but it looked like the attack caused Tiberius’s Pokemon a bit of pain, judging from the way his lips lifted as he jerked his arm back.

The gator then opened his jaws wide, beginning to inhale deeply. Darumaka took a few steps back from the larger Pokemon, then suddenly pitched forward as she started to pinwheel her arms. The moment she began to Dig, Feraligatr’s chest began to swell. Before he could attack, though, Darumaka had vanished underground. Feraligatr closed his jaws, dropping to all fours and peering warily at the hole Darumaka had created.

Ferligatr lifted up his left arm slash was about to hit when Darumaka squeaked in alarm from Ferligatr’s attack the little fire Pokemon put up its own paw flames burst into life around it. Her fist struck Feraligatr’s palm just as his Slash connected with her side. The attack had hurt Ferligart, but not to much he still had a lot of fight in him so the was no worry. Ferligatr needed to take a breath for a second, Darumaka took advantage of that and began to Dig underground. I had a good idea were it was going to pop up, but that didn’t matter I still needed to weaken this Pokemon I thought for sure that last attack would to more damage, but no one is alway right. I would like to use a Aqua Tail attack, but I don’t want to take the risk of it KOing; it but it was such a good move to use and I wanted to do it but in this case a Water Gun attack sem like the best idea for now plus there was no need to rush anything I had time to get it done right, that and WaterFall but I could not remember how much power that move had then again if I don’t take a risk every not and then I might miss out. The key to this attack would be timing and power I didn’t want Ferligatr to use to much power on this attack, plus there was no water around me so Ferligatr would be using his own water for the attack which would work in my favor becuase Ferligatr can control how much power and water he uses that right there just gave me a idea.

“Ferligatr I want you to use you’re Hydro Pump but aim at the ground got it!”

Ferligatr look confused I don’t he understands my command, but he will. Ferligatr did as I send and drenched the ground in water which made a puddle under his feet this would not be powerful, but then again it was not meant to be just enough to hurt the little guy. The attack would work like this once Darumaka use its Dig attack and popped out of the ground Ferligatr would use his water power and shoot the water up from under his feet and hit Darumaka this was a long shot, but it might work plus they wasn’t a lot of water under Ferligatr so damage would not be great but if it all go’s right it will be just enough.

Tiberius had a good idea. At first I thought he was going to have Feraligatr use Hydro Pump down the hole Darumaka had vanished into, but instead he was using it to create a water source with which to power another move. Feraligatr’s actual attack was Waterfall, which he would use when Darumaka emerged to attack.

After soaking the ground around his feet, Feraligatr hunched over on all fours, waiting for his foe to emerge. There was just one problem with this idea; Darumaka would have sensed the vibrations from Feraligatr’s attack hitting the ground, and sensing no vibrations after that, she’d have a good idea on where to come up. Sure enough, not even a minute went by before she suddenly burst up from underneath Feraligatr, the top of her head hitting the larger gator in the chest.

Feraligatr rumbled and recoiled; though he hadn’t taken much damage, it always hurts to have something hit your chest bone with any amount of force. The Water Pokemon rubbed the point of impact as Darumaka tottered back and forth, apparently a bit dazed from having smacked her head against the hard bone in Feraligatr’s chest. Thus, she was quite unprepared for the Waterfall attack Feraligatr had prepared for earlier.

Recovering faster than his smaller adversary, Feraligatr clenched his paws into fists and let out a bellow, raising a foot and slamming it into the ground. The force of the stomp caused the water and a fair amount of dirt to fly into the air, which then rained back down in Darumaka. The little Fire Pokemon squeaked in alarm as she was covered in water and dirt, momentarily blinded as it sloshed across her face.

Ferligatr waited for Darumaka to use it attack and after a few second of waiting Darumaka burst up from underneath Feraligatr, the top of Darumaka’s head hit Ferligatr in the chest.

Ferligatr fell back the force of the attack hurt Ferligatr but only a little bit. If I didn’t know better I say the attack hurt Darumaka more then it did Ferligatr the little fire Pokemon was dizzy from hitting Ferligatr’s chest, Ferligatr on the other hand was okay he rubbed the spot on his chest were he got hit then, Ferligatr lifted up his foot and slammed it into the earth. The force of Ferligatr’s foot hitting the ground caused the water and some dirt to fly into the air. and what comes up must come down the dirt and water rained down on top of Darumaka head the little fire Pokemon squeaked as it was covered in dirt and water. The little Pokemon was momentarily blinded which gave me the perfect opportunity to catch it. So I reached down unzipped my bag and pulled out my Parkball I pushed the little button in the middle then, tossed it at Darumaka the ball sailled over Ferligatr’s head. I was about to find out if this little Pokemon was mine.

Tiberius decided now would be a good time to try catching Darumaka, and I had to agree that it was a prime moment for the attempt. He pulled out a Park Ball and threw it at his target; it bopped Darumaka on the stomach and popped open, releasing a flood of red light that washed over the little Fire Pokemon. It then reduced her to a mass of crimson energy, which was sucked back into the red-and-white orb before it snapped shut again.

The Ball hit the ground afterward and shook a few times, but they were relatively feeble wiggles and the Ball quickly fell still. I walked over and picked it up, attaching it to an empty slot on my belt and facing Tiberius with a smile.

“Congrats! With any luck all of your battles will go that good. Do you wanna take a moment to rest or do you want to keep moving now?”

I threw the Park ball and it sailed over Ferligatr’s head the red, and white ball hit Darumaka in the stomach, then the ball opened up and a red light beamed from within it Darumaka was engulf crimson energy and sucked up into the red and white ball. The wiggled twice on the ground then stopped, and the middle butten on the ball flashed red once the battle was over I got the little fire Pokemon my Ranger turned to me and said.

“Congrats! With any luck all of your battles will go that good. Do you wanna take a moment to rest or do you want to keep moving now?”

“I want to keep going we can rest later”

I opened up my bag and took out the Pokeplayer I put in the Litwick voice disc and pushed play on it with any luck a Litwick would show up for me.

Tiberius opted to keep moving, playing the Litwick Disc again as we headed towards the mountain. The cry echoed for a few minutes before it faded; as we reached the volcano and started up the path that wound around it, there was no response to the Disc.

“You might have more luck when we reach the caves,” I offered. “Litwick and their evolutions tend to reside inside the volcano instead of out in the open.”

I had just finished speaking when a large shadow fell over us, along with a rush of hot air. I looked up and saw a magnificent orange beast flying above us, its wings, tail, and crest literally ablaze as it passed by overhead. It was a Moltres, and the large fiery crane seemed interested in whatever we were doing. It circled a few times before landing further up on the path, where it was wide enough for the large aviary to comfortable stand. I glanced at Tiberius as Moltres watched us with alert crimson eyes, making no sound save the hiss of the flames on its body.

“Seems like we have a visitor,” I said.

We continued towards the mountain the voice disc played for a few minutes before fading away, and no Litwick came for it.

“You might have more luck when we reach the caves”

My Ranger said but justas she got done speaking to me a large shadow fell over us, and with it a blast of hot air me and my Ranger looked up I saw what look like a bird on fire. The large bird circled over us before flying up ahead of the path and landing.

“Seems like we have a visitor,” Said the Ranger

After getting a good look at the Pokemon I knew what it was, It was Moltres the Legendary Pokemon but I was in luck because I had a Digital Camera.
I took out my Camera aimed it at the Legendary Pokemon and took a Picture of it.

“Okay I got what I want now let see if it let us pass if not I have a Pokedoll we can use”

Tiberius took a picture of Moltres as the avian studied us, then commented about having a PokeDoll we could use if the Legend wouldn’t let us pass. However, the flash of the camera seemed to startle the large Pokemon; it blinked a few times as it recoiled a bit, then took flight with a mighty heave of its powerful wings. It let out a trill as it spiraled into the air until it became a speck. It then dove, plummeting towards the summit of Mount Deckbi. It vanished from sight a few moments later, hidden from view by the stone peak. Most likely it was heading towards the mouth of the volcano.

I shrugged at no one in general as I faced Tiberius, smiling a bit and motioning at nothing in particular as I said, “Well, that’ll fetch a nice bit of money. Not many people get to see a Moltres when they come here. At any rate, are you ready to move on? There’s a cave not too far from here we can explore; we should be able to reach it in just a few minutes.”

After I took a picture of the Legendary Pokemon the flash from the Camera startled Moltres it blinked a few time the took off into the sky, the fire Pokemon flew to the summit of Mount Deckbi and vanished from sight a few moments later. My Ranger asked me if I was ready to move, there was a cave not far from here she said.

“Well I’m ready to go look for some new Pokemon lead on please”

“Before we started to walk I too out my Pokeplayer again popped in the disc then pushed play with any luck I Litwick would here the voice and came looking for it.

Tiberius was ready to continue, playing the Litwick Voice Disc again as I led the way towards the first cave that went more than a few yards into the volcano. The cry echoed from the Disc for several moments, but there was no response. I offered a sympathetic smile but said nothing; the Disc still had two uses left, after all.

We walked for about five minutes before I paused, noticing something odd. We were inside the cave system now, and the path was lit by naturally-occurring fungi that gave off a whitish-blue glow. However, the light seemed a bit too bright, and there was a more purple tint to it than there should have been. I glanced around and noticed movement, barely noticeable as the thing moving was as black as the shadows of the cave we were in. Whatever it was quickly realized I’d caught sight of it, because it emerged from behind the rock it had ducked behind.

“A Lampent!” I exclaimed as the ghostly lantern floated towards us serenely. It was the second form of the Pokemon Tiberius was looking for, that being Litwick. The strange blue-purple glow filling the area was coming from the flame burning in the graceful Ghost’s “head”. It hummed at us as it halted, its slender arms curling and uncurling as it watched us. I glanced at Tiberius and grinned at him, giving a pat on his shoulder. “It must have been drawn to the sound of the Litwick Disc. I wonder if it’s been following us? Well, it doesn’t matter either way. Wanna try to catch it?”

I played the voic disc and waited as we walked up the volcano but no Litwick came once again I was out of luck, maybe next time I will get one. We got to the cave system this was my best chance to run into a Litwick but I could not help to realize my Ranger was little distracted I turn to see what she was looking at and no sooner then I did a Pokemon emerged from behind a rock. It was a Lampent the second forum of Litwick my Ranger turned and looked at me then said, “It must have been drawn to the sound of the Litwick Disc. I wonder if it’s been following us? Well, it doesn’t matter either way. Wanna try to catch it?”

Boy did I want to but I could not I felt sick to my stomach saying that but I just could not, but there was something I could do and that was take a picture of the Pokemon. So I pulled out Digital Camera and snapped a shot of the Lampent I then turned to my ranger to tell he I would not be getting this Pokemon.

“I don’t want to catch this Pokemon Litwick is one thing, but this Pokemon I can’t do so let’s move pass it and if it does not let us pass I will use my Pokedoll”

I couldn’t say I blamed Tiberius for passing up Lampent. Despite their rather disarming appearance, they were very difficult to battle and could easily take down an unprepared team. Instead of trying to catch it, the Trainer instead took a picture of the Ghost. Lampent made a loud trilling noise when the flash went off, quickly floating away down one of the various paths. Afterward, Tiberius played the Litwick Voice Disc again.

Unfortunately, no Litwick responded to the call. There was a good chance that in this area we wouldn’t find any other Litwick, at least not until the presence of the Lampent faded. Ghosts didn’t really like to hang around where other Ghosts frequented, as their energy didn’t mesh very well in most cases.

However, another Pokemon did seem intrigued by the sound of a Litwick’s call, because a small brown Pokemon with a skull on its head came charging into the cavern, waving a thick ivory bone as it huffed and snorted. Upon seeing us it recoiled a bit, obviously having been expecting a smaller foe.

“I get the feeling this little fella isn’t fond of Fire Pokemon,” I said as the Cubone glanced around. “Wanna try catching it?”

I took a Picture of the Lampent and the flash from the Camera make it go away guess I didn’t like the bright light. After the Lampent went away I played the Litwick Voice Disc, but no Litwick came to the call I had one use left in the Disc then the chance of getting a Litwick would go out the window. Just as the light of the Lampent faded another Pokemon came charging up the cavern path way waving its bone around it huffed and snorted. the little Pokemon had a skull on its head as well. Right as I saw it I new what Pokemon it was this was a Cubone, Upon seeing us the Cubone stopped and took a step back, my guess is it heard the voice of that Litwick Disc and decided to came give it a beat down, but seeing us I could tell it was a little confused. My ranger then turned and looked at my then asked if I wanted the Pokemon.

“I get the feeling this little fella isn’t fond of Fire Pokemon”

She said,” I think you’re right,” I replied

I didn’t want this Pokemon to much but I might not run into anymore good Pokemon so it was better safe then sorry on this one. I would catch this Pokemon and if I didn’t get anymore Pokemon I liked I would take this guy out the park with me, after all it was not a bad Pokemon with a little training this guy could go far. I then told my Ranger I was going to battle this Pokemon.

“Okay I’ll battle this Cubone, after all it did came looking for a battle and it would not be nice of me to just leave it hanging so let the battle begin”

At first I was going to send out my Ferligatr but I had a better idea Swampert knew some move that could help catch this Pokemon so Swampert it was.

“All right Swampert I’m in need of you’re power came forth and unleash you’re wrath”

I put up Swampert’s Pokeball and it opened up and a red beam of energy shot out the ball and in front of me it took a second before Swampert appeared in front of me. Swampert was a mud fish Pokemon she was big and blue I loved her she was one of my favorite Pokemon powerful, and could take a butt load of damage too this made her great in my opinion,” Are you ready Swampert,”

“Swampert!”

“I’ll take that as a yes”

Now how to go about this I didn’t want to be aggressive like I was with Darumaka no I wanted to disable from being able to attack Swampert then I would attack but first thing I needed to do was slow it down and I had the perfect attack for that Rock Tomb, that would not hurt Cubone to much, but it would slow it down next thing I needed to do was put it to sleep and I had Yawn, for that it would take about two turns for it to fall asleep I could hit it with some small attack to weaken it then once it asleep one good water attack to finish it off not so it will KO; it but so it will be some weak it will have no power left in it to fight me then I will catch this Pokemon, yes that sound like a good plan to me damn good one in fact all I need to do was execute it.

“All right Swampert I want you to use you’re Rock Tomb attack on Cubone now!”

Swampert gave me a nod then punched her fists into the ground she scouped out to large rock and tossed then at Cubone, it being a ground Pokemon it should not mind getting hit witha Rock Tomb ha just kidding ground or not this was going to hurt if it hit Cubone.
