Not so long ago, I was living an empty life. I was struggling my way through University, and had no real aim in life. Everything felt sluggish, as if I was in a kind of dream. It was hard for me to get passionate about anything, and I had lots of trouble fighting off apathy and depression.

But I didn't stay that way. I was saved. A few years onwards and I find myself with a paying job, in a stable relationship, and with real goals to strive for. I frequently get to gaze upon beauty, and never has interaction and communication been so blissful. It is challenging, but rewarding, and I know that I am not given any problems that I cannot surpass. I treasure every moment, knowing that what I have now is exactly what I wished for all those years ago. Sometimes it hurts, knowing how lucky I am in my life. Many others don't have what I do. Sure, some are probably happy but I know that I am the luckiest guy of all. After all, everything is a pleasure when I'm playing DotA.

Oh, shit, this is for Winter. Uhhh, thanks for not getting angry when I take too long to reply to a message because I'm playing DotA?
