In Hariyama's Level UP movepool, it is Smelling Salts. Should be Smelling Salt.

 

No, the name was changed. Smelling Salts is correct.

Male Meowstic has Reflect level up and TM.

 

Helioptile and Heliolisk have Thunder Wave listed as both level up and TM

Also, I guess Helioptile should have Thunder added to TM moves since it only gets it via TM whereas Heliolisk is level up.

 

So far moves like that haven't been added in, even though they probably should in one way or another. I've got whole lists of those somewhere.

 

Serebii, Bulbapedia, and common sense all say Dragalge learns MT Draco Meteor.

Charizard's Mega Evos have the MEvo tag a little off in stats. X should have it for Defense and Y should have it for SpDef but not Defense.

Amaura/Aurorus have Hyper Beam and Light Screen level up and TM.

Celebi gets a new SM called Hold Back. It works like False Swipe, but BP, type etc. are not known yet so I'll edit it in here once we find out. Just wanted to post it before I forgot.

EDIT: k so it's a 40BP Physical, Contact, Normal-type move that can't lower the opponent's HP beyond 1. Basically, a False Swipe clone for some lame, stupid reason. trollololol

Charmander/Charmeleon/Cyndaquil/Quilava should have SM Blast Burn.
Squirtle/Wartortle/Totodile/Croconaw should have SM Hydro Cannon.
Bulbasaur/Ivysaur should also have SM Block.

Magikarp should have SMs Hydro Pump and Dragon Rage.

Kanto starter moves are from gen 5 Japanese events, Johto starters from XD, Magikarp from a gen 1 and 5 event iirc.

Alakazam has an MEvo tag for Attack when it's the same.

You said in your post that Mismagius gets Phantom Force, but that seems to be missing.

According to the Japanese Kalos Pokédex guide (mentioned here on Smogon) and Serebii (which has a lot of weird egg moves that are either wrong or missing), Charmander gets BM Air Cutter now (instead of the Charizard only MT, because it makes SO MUCH SENSE for a Charmander!)

Tynamo doesn't learn MT Sleep Talk in B2W2 (according to Bulbapedia), so it should say Illegal for Eelektrik/Eelektross

From Magikarp's page:
- Illegal for All: Body Slam, Dark Pulse, Double-Edge, Dragon Pulse, Endure, Flamethrower, Ice Beam, Icy Wind, Mimic, Sleep Talk, Snore, Substitute, Swagger, Thunder Wave, Thunderbolt
Pretty sure Magikarp never learned any of those and that they're Gyarados only.

On Klink/Klang/Klinklang's pages, the normal abilities say:
Plus : If allied with a Pokemon with Plus or Minus, the wielder's Special Attack increases by 50%.
Minus : If allied with a Pokémon with Plus, its Special Attack increases 1.5x.
They should both say what Plus says.
