Silvally's page seems to be missing a default image. Also, a few things should probably be made more consistent between Silvally and Arceus, like Arceus' form change mentioning "(due to Multitype)" while Silvally's doesn't mention RKS System, so it should be either removed from Arceus or added to Silvally. Likewise, Arceus only has a model for it's default form, though I'm not sure if that's due to lack of availability of the images.

Also, apparently Silvally's forms all link to /Silvally (with a capital S).

Quick heads-up, Alolan Sandslash's dex entry is titled Alolan Sandshrew. Sorry if it's already been pointed out!

Substitute is spelled "Subsitutte" on Incineroar's page.

Turtonator has Protect listed under both its TMs and its Level-up Moves

Most Pokemon with a "Normal Form" (think Deoxys, Rotom, etc.) have "Normal Form" listed under their name on the Ultra Dex. Kyurem does not.

Giratina's page lists a couple of MTs in the form info section that are unique to one form or the other. Since Giratina's form changes based on its held item, shouldn't any MTs available to one form be available to the other?

There's a Minor typo on Minior's page. The Method listed under Minior Forme Variants misspells Minior as "Minor" once.

Alolan-Exeggutor has Solar Beam listed under Level Up moves and as a TM. It also has Worry Seed listed under Level Up moves and as an MT. (Exeggute and normal Exeggutor have the same issue with Worry Seed).

Shed Skin (at least on Dratini's page, haven't checked the others) is listed as a 1/3 chance, it's a 30% chance.

 

Arceus has Dive listed as MT, but it got it as an HM in ORAS.

This is in accordance with how most other Pokedex websites format Deoxys, Rotom, Kyurem, etc.

Actually, it is 1/3 chance. There is a strong possibility that Bulbapedia is wrong in this case, since many other websites (including Smogon and Showdown) are listing it as 1/3 (aka 33%).

 

Politoed has Rest listed as a team for both Gen I and Gen II.
